Location is perfect if you plan to travel by train. The room was nice and quiet.

Be very careful!!! I was contacted by someone pretending to be a hotel employee in the Booking app chat. Oddly enough, he/she knew all the details of my Inc reservation. room price. I was asked to verify my card. Everything seemed authentic and I ended up being charged €270... Now I'm trying to get that amount back from Booking.com.

I liked it all from the check-in to the room. The lobby is welcoming and the hotel new. Staff is very nice, professional but with a personal touch and not stuffy. The Portuguese speaking receptionist was sweet. Elevator requires key access which is good for security. Price was really good for the room booked. Room was very bright and had a great bathroom. Beds were nice as were the duvets. Beds might be too soft for some. TV had ample channels but only BBC as an english channel but I am assuming Mannheim does not get many English speaking guests. It is walkable from the main train station.

Like everywhere, I always recommend a fridge be placed in the rooms and when I say fridge I do not mean those awful minibar fridges.

The hotel is brand new. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Very close to the central train station. Even though the window was facing railways, the room was very quiet. I loved the bed - big and very comfortable. Welcoming staff.

There was an odor of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. I complained at the reception and they promised to check. After that the odor was less but did not dissapear completely. Not sure about the reason. It was the only issue though. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

This hotel is very easy to reach from the central train station. It has a great money for value package. There is a nice hotel bar as well. The hotel beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly.

The view out of the window is not so nice. you will see a lot of train tracks and many different types of trains. The hotel is far enough from the tracks to get bothered by this and the windows are well isolated.

Excellent location, walking distance from Mannheim main train station (Mannheim Hbf). Modern soundproof rooms: the rooms, the bathrooms (we had two rooms) and the beds were very clean. The hotel employees were very polite and even the housekeepers could speak perfect English. We didn't try the breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

I found the shower floor a little bit slippery. But I'm not going to blame the hotel for that!

Comfortable beds, hot water in the shower, modern bathrooms, parking under the hotel, many restaurants nearby, quick check-in, helpful staff and good temperature in the room.

Very expensive breakfast, almost 20 euros for parking for 1 night, room ventilation is loud and the surroundings (view of the rooms) are desolate, with construction sites and empty lots.

No room cleaning for the entire stay (Monday to Friday). On the last day though, one hour before the check-out time, someone tried to enter the room without even knocking at the door.

A very comfortable hotel. Very convenient location, close to train and tram connections. Supermarket 5 minutes away. Beds extremely comfortable, great shower and good size room. Convenient bar downstairs. Happy to mind luggage.

It would be good to have a fridge in the room.

Everything you need for a hotel stay : clean room, comfortable bed, AC, water heater, black curtain, quiet room (it’s near train station and a main road, but couldn’t hear anything when the window was closed). Recommend to someone who wants to stay in Mannheim.

Great value for a good price. A few minutes walk from the main station but compared to other mid priced hotels in the area this one is really modern and comfortable. Although the windows go out to the train tracks they are perfectly isolated for a good night's sleep.
