The hotel was clean very convenient Subway right outside the hotel the front desk staff was also very friendly and gave us directions how to get to where we wanted to do by printing out directions from the computer and the breakfast was good.

Even though the breakfast was really nice they should have been a change off menu everyday we had the same thing for our whole stay which really didn't make sense. And when we asked customer service for extra pillows they said they had no more pillows which really also I can't believe that all hotels have no extra pillows.

Location! Walk out of the hotel and directly into the Oberwiesenfeld stop on the U3 - without crossing a street! Cleanliness! The room didn't have carpeting, so you could see the floor was clean. The room was cleaned everyday. Room organization! The WC and shower were in separate rooms - perfect for a family of 4 to keep things private. There was ample space under the beds for storage. There are no drawers, but plenty of shelf space. Bunk beds - kids enjoyed having their own beds. Each bunk bed had its own lamp and electrical outlet. Food! Good breakfast. Many coffee and food stations made for minimal wait times. Not a huge variety, but good choices. Café was open all day with good prices. Employees! Clerks spoke English well and were helpful with luggage storage and taxi assistance. Each piece of stored luggage was tagged individually, ensuring your luggage would not be accidentally taken or missed. The duvets on the beds were nice and fluffy.

The mattresses were hard, the pillows were flat and only 1 per bed, and I hit my head on the corner of a bunk bed. If there had been a topper on the beds, better pillows, and some bumpers on the corners of the beds the stay would have been perfect!

The hotel had a U-bahn station right outside, and was only 10 minutes from central Munich. There was onsite underground parking, which was useful for me. It was easily accessible by car. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was generous, bed and room were comfortable and the shower was great.

There were large tour groups staying in the hotel, who came back late and made a lot of noise in the corridors, enough to wake me up on one occasion. That was the only downside to this otherwise perfect hotel.

We are a family of four and we stayed three nights. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before check-in. The room was very clean and housekeeping came every day. Towels were also changed everyday but that wasn't necessary, The location was excellent and the U-Bahn entrance (Oberwiesenfeld) was literally right outside the hotel. Hotel breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room was bright, clean and large with plenty of seating. There was a large variety and selection to satisfy just about all dietary needs and the staff quickly kept everything well "stocked", and also quickly cleaned out dishes and tables for the next guest. It was certainly a well run team. The breakfast hours would suit the early risers and the sleepy heads! Gordana(?) was super helpful and patient at check-in and when I needed some documents printed. In the middle of our stay, both room key cards would no longer open the door and the front desk quickly provided me another card. The entire staff from check-in to check-out, housekeeping and the breakfast team were great.

We were four and the room had two bunk beds. I would say the design of the upper bunks can be a safety issue. Ergonomically, better hand holds would help get to the upper bunk. Also the very first thing I noticed when I entered the room was the corner of the upper bunk that stuck out into to room - this was a head banging accident waiting to happen specially unfamiliar with a new hotel room, and of course we hit that corner at least four times. Although subjective most of our family found the pillows too soft - we had to fold it in half to get some semblance of support.

The Hotel feels very modern and has certainly strong appeal to you people. Rooms have modern interior and are practical. The mattresses, however, very hard and the pillows too flat. The shower showed mildew and no tissues in tissue box or the wrong soap in shower. The corridors are not soundproof , i.e. the door to the corridors and neighbours coming back during the night very noisy. One could also hear the Lift if the room was too close to the lift shaft. The breakfast is good, but feels very much like mass feeding, as it is always very crowdy. The Kiosk next to the Restaurant is open very late, has a good selection of drinks, and we enjoyed their Burgers while sitting on the terrasse in front of the Hotel. The green Inner Courtyard is also good to sit and enjoy your meal.

We liked everything, the rooms (basic but comfortable), the breakfast with good quality products, the U Bahn is right in front of reception. They didn't have a family room , but gave us 2 double instead, we didn't mind as it was a fun experience for the kids. There are a lot of young people, and families, we liked that, it felt like a college dorm.

It is a huge hotel and it might be overwhelming, sometimes even a bit chaotic. Of course, there is room for improvement (maybe 2 pillows per person), still we recommend this hotel to our friends.

The location and how clean it was. Breakfast was good not the best but it was enough of needs. I need to mention how awesome the manger was Fabio if Iam not mistaken was his name really kind and helpful!!

Our first night was horrible because the air conditioner or the heating system didn't work we slept with jackets it was minus 2 outside and we had two kids! But the next day the manager instant changed the room and was after that good. The hotel parking is crazy expensive I won't recommend it.

H2 Hotel Olympiapark is a great value for the money. This is by far the most outstanding feature about it. You can stay at this hotel for about half the price of similar hotels and not feel like you are missing out on anything. The hotel has a subway stop outside the front door which is fantastic, but it is already across the street from a major attraction, and the BMW museum can be included in that walk as well.

The breakfast dining area simply is not big enough. It is absolutely hectic in the morning during the peak season. Granted, there is outdoor seating available at this time, but it is not a pleasant start to the morning. If you do not care about breakfast, you will do wonderful hear.

The hotel is at a Subway station to the city center, further more perfect distance to the Olympia park and Stadium. the Breakfast was fantastic, although it was very busy, there was always a table available, more then enough food and even at the coffee machines you would not have to wait more than a couple of minutes. They have multiple chargers for EV Cars, charging is with hotel pass for the whole of the stay and just a fixed price. comfortable rooms very helpful and friendly staff

the pillows where of hotel standards (too thin) but if you ask for a second one they bring it right up, so not really an issue

Overall, everything was very nice. The reception staff was very polite and helpful and the Greek staff at the hotel's restaurant was amazing. The breakfast was more than sufficient and of high quality. H2 Hotel was definitely a very pleasant stop (and stay) during our interrail trip!

The rooms were very comfy and spacious, but the bank-bed idea isn't very practical because the person sleeping "upstairs" doesn't have any room "downstairs" to sit when not sleeping. Also, I would like it if the breakfast(which was more than sufficient) had cake or crepes/waffles/pancakes (it didn't offer many sweet choices).
