We arrived at the location with no details as to how to check-in. Luckily a very efficient staff member (Michelle) helped with the online check-in, parking for our car and most importantly freezer storage for my husband's medication. The venue is conveniently located for travel into the city centre and there is a shopping centre nearby. We had various problems - insufficient towels, TV not working but these were dealt with promptly via WhatsApp.

The lack of information prior to check-in was very stressful. I believe that they are attempting to move towards having no staff at the site and this could cause problems. Our room for 2 only had towels, duvet for 1. TV didn't work.

Surprisingly large single-bed room, nicely furnished with a small kitchenette and free drinks and snacks. Bathroom was tiny but perfectly clean. Check-in was done on-line and worked flawlessly. Location is superb, the hotel sits between two U-bahn lines with a large shopping center a short walk away.

My room had a very loud bathroom fan which was impossible to turn off (even withdrawing the room card from its holder didn't stop the fan, despite without the card no other appliances and lights in the room had electricity). Sleeping was possible with the bathroom doors shut, but the noise was comparable to traffic outside. Again - this is likely an issue on one room specifically.

Almost everything in the room was perfect, it was very clean, well equipped, and I appreciate it but the corridors were often neglected and I could see same trash for more than 1 day laying around. The corridors are not different than in exclusive hotels but they are not cleaned regularly which is a pity. Also I had to ask for coffee capsules as during cleaning they were not refilled. Same for public area downstairs by entrance where coffee machine and water for the guests is located. Coffee can and milk tray was mostly empty. I went to your loundry room (as adviced by NUMA in Whatsup) to fill up the tin (for everyone) and I got 4 capsules. That wasn't enough to fill up that tin at all. I don't know why you are saving on coffee capsules. If it is too expensive to provide them whenever they are gone, please think of another way to provide (cheaper) coffee option or don't provide it at all. It doesn't look good when public tin and the tray in my room are always empty. I got a lovely card from NUMA with apologies for it but guess what? The coffee tray in my room was still not refilled. I hot beer and crisps instead. It was lovely gesture but I actually aske dfor coffee... This is what cleaning of the room normally always includes - refill toiletries but also tea, coffee, sugar. Not sure why there is a problem with it. I liked my bed, small fridge and freezer and enough place in the kitchen to cook my dinner. Bathroom and shower is new and very pleasant. Lots of space on shelves for clothes, cosmetics etc. It was very comfortable stay in general.

Everything was great. Even though there is no physical staff, they were very responsive via whatsapp, and anything I asked was resolved within minutes and were very willing to help. The rooms were clean, with everything you need. Complementary food and some drinks were available in the room and fridge. There is big Olympia shoppig center with lots of content you may need. The bathroom was clean and nice. I was a bit concerned about building being close to the street, but we were at East wing(which I would recommend if with kids), and it was not noisy even with the window open. It was not too hot, so lack of air conditioning was not an issue with opening the window. Pin you receive is for opening room, underground garage and entrance to facility front door. Will use this again if I decide to visit Okotberfest for sure 😀

I really have no objections about stay

Very close to the U-Bahn and within walking distance to a mall and other amenities, but in a relatively quiet area. Nice if you’re there for work. You’ll probably never see anyone at the desk cause the hours they’re available are very limited, but emailing the management in case you need anything worked for me. They were very fast and efficient.

The gym could have been a bit nicer, and the fact that it is almost impossible to see anyone at the desk made it a bit difficult if I had any problems. Specially during check in, since the machine they had outside didn’t work.

Room was very spacious for the two of us, there's also a kitchenette for some light cooking. There's a petrol kiosk right across the street that is 24/7 which is very convenient. Staff was very quick to respond to us borrowing an electric fan as the room felt a little stuffy. There's also a McDonald's nearby so its great for supper when nothing else is open.

Location was a little further than what we wanted, but with the train pass it was still quite easy to travel around Munich. Also Lime scooter was available everywhere so it's quite convenient too.

Location close to where we needed to be in Munich. Room good, plenty of parking in paid lot, nothing available on the street.

Even though I requested upon reservation to check in early so that we could change for the wedding we were attending, and even though I was told that they would do what the could, no chance to check in early. Each time I contacted them to find out the response, they would say not possible, and then send me a message asking me to evaluate their customer service.

Clean comfortable apartment, Water, cold drinks and snacks along with tea and coffee all provided free of charge. Secure underground parking is available. Secure access to building with fully digital check-in and check-out. Great location, a five minute walk to Olympia Einkaufszentrum shopping and U-bahn station, then 15 minutes to Marienplatz. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Munich. Highly recommend.

Very hot weather during our stay. So, no air conditioning was the only negative.

The room is very nice and clean. We were staying in a Studio. We are brothers and the room was perfect for two people. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The first day Victor welcomed us and helped us to check-in and to give us information about the city. He helped us many times during our stay and we are really grateful with him for all his engagement. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return soon. Best greetings from Doha.
