The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to the metro station. The beds were good and the rooms were big enough.

The curtains were not very good in my opnion. They looked more like suncreens than real curtains so in the morning the room was bathing in sunlight. If you are used to a dark room to sleep this is not very comfortable Another minor thing I could not find the breakfast times on the website hence we were a bit too late.

Absolutely unexpected, but a great place to stay. Calm location, however very close to the metro and public transport, close to Olimpic Park for a walk or a shopping mall for purchases. Friendly staff, polite and customer-oriented. Found the room for me however it was very early for check-in. Perfect inner terrace, and generally have a feeling of being at home.

For whatever reason, this is the second 'The Flag' place I stay and the second place where the water drain pomp doesn't work...however this time not in the bath but in the kitchen. Anyway, it's a minor, so it doesn't affect the overall experience.

If you find place where stay on Oktoberfest, this hotel will be a great choice! Perfect location near two U-bahn stations, 25 minutes by U-bahn to Munich center. The breakfast is really good, with a lot of different dishes, it's definitely worth the money. I also liked the cozy courtyard with trees, chairs and small fountain.

There is no door in the shower and the water can even reach the sink. Also such hotel does not have air conditioner, but I was warned about it in advance. And in September is was not a problem

Perfect hotel for a short visit. You have everything you need. It is close to the park. In the surrounding there were enough parking spaces. The area is industrial zone so not much to do there. But it is Munich, you can go everywhere. The room was very big and nicely organised. You can enjoy your breakfast in summer in the nice garten enjoying the sun. The area on the weekend was really quite so we could relax well. We will come back.

Breakfast was much better than we expected. The food and drinks machine at the ground floor saved us from the hot weather and the hot temperature in the apartment. The garden in the morning gave us good feelings of relaxation.

No conditioners in the room, it was very hot at night. The pillows are very uncomfortable and the bed linens could have been better quality. No washing machine in the apartment. Location is quite far from the Center if you do not have a car.

Excellent breakfast, there’s all what you need for a good morning, nice coffee, tee, salmon, yogurts, croissant, cheese, fruits, excellent variety of everything. The staff is super nice, all staff : receptionist, restaurant and all. 24h gym, close to Olympia park for a nice morning run. 4 minutes from the metro station Georg and 10 minutes from Olympiapark station, extremely well located.

The rooms were very comfortable (mattress also) and clean. I was given a room on the street side which was quite with the windows closed. Hotel has an underground parking easily accessible. It is located 10 min walking distance from the metro station connected with the city centre and 20 min walking from BMW Museum. The staff at the reception desk and at the breakfast was extremely nice and helpful.

I miss small cosmetic elements (conditioner, pads, etc. ) in the bathroom. There were no option for non-gluten products for the breakfast.

The location is very good, public transportation Is very nearby. Cafe is right next door, and KFC in walking distance (KFC is open until 00:00). Machine with full meals in the lobby, you can warm it right there or in your room. Very quiet, almost can't see/hear other guests. Good WiFi connection. Some beverages were in the fridge for us, no charge.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. No dish soap. If we travel for a few days, am I supposed to bring it with me or buy a whole bottle?? NO trach cleaning at all. We were there for 5 days, no one came. Towel change only once a week.

The hotel has a casual and young vibe. Everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly. We didn't have breakfast but from the looks of it, it's a pretty generous breakfast considering it's cheaper than what you would pay somewhere else.

The room was a little smaller than advertised. If you're traveling with people who you're not comfortable being naked around, it might be a little hassle to shower in privacy.
