very good location - less than 5min walk to the underground station on the U3 line which directly goes to most attractions (circa 15mins to Marienplatz for example); walking distance to Olympic park and BMW museum Very friendly reception staff and efficient check in and checkout comfortable beds Quiet: we asked to be allocated rooms on the quiet side and they kindly accommodated it - our rooms didn’t face the front area very nice showers with good water pressure and well insulated shower cabin so no water spillage

cleaning service was very poor - toilet and washbasin weren’t clean and in the 4 days they never replaced my tissue box which was empty first night I also found out I had no shower gel - they didn’t put a new bottle in when someone else checked out. so I had to leave an empty bottle on the table to get attention and get it replaced the next day coffee capsules not replaced which is a shame as they advertise the rooms as coming with a coffee machine but in reality you have an allowance of like 2 capsules for 4 days :/

The hotel meets all expectations. It is located some distance from the city center but a Metro station is within easy walking distance. The staff is very friendly and super helpfull and the front desk was never too crowded to give one quick attention. It is modern, spacious and we felt comfortable and at home in the hotel.

We were allocated a room for disabled people, apparently as the hotel was full for the night in question. This type of room is not suited for a couple like us with the bed pushed against the wall and only accessible from one side and the bathroom, although well equipped, was designed for wheelchair access. We did find this irritating.

They offer a sofa bed which is great for my 5 year old. Most hotels offer one big bed for 3 but I don't want to sleep with my child. He is big enough for his own bed. It was possible to turn the heating off. This was excellent as like in most hotels, the room is way too hot and very well isolated. No heating at all is perfectly fine. Most hotels make it look like you can turn down the termostat but nothing happens. In this one, you can cut off the heat entrance. Taking into account the prices for other hotels, this one was rather cheap but the breakfast is excellent and the whole place is relatively luxurios.

Only down side is location but there is a metro station 100 meters away. You can get to the historical town in 15 minutes plus the Olympic Park is right in front. With a bit of walking you can get to Sealife, the BWM museum and the whole Olympic Village no problem.

It is very close to München BMW museum and just on a major road so it's easy to find by car. It has a decent breakfast compared to lot of 4 star properties in germany. Most of the staff is friendly. Sauna/ steam facility with a gym is nice but very small room. Parking is easy under the hotel but slightly expensive.

we stayed 4 Days. On Sunday breakfast they ran out of oranges for fresh Juice which is not done for a decent hotel. It would be also nicer that they give slight change in breakfast as it's gets very monotonous after 2 days. Plenty of staff running around but they are bad at service. One need to yell for attention. Just one could speak in english. Very irritating was a staff member running after me in parking after check out. Claiming that someone had stolen few towels and if it was me. Sounded pretty racial. I drive a BMW X7 as he could see since i was loading baggage in it I was with family as well. So was pretty insulting. Why didn't he ask other cars parked? What i could make out was that i was the only one with color.

Having air conditioning was wonderful. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower was super. The wfi was good and the bed comfortable.

We started with a triple room but that was just a fold out bed smashed next to the big bed - it would not have worked for 3 people because there was no way 2 out of the 3 people could get out of bed romally - we would have had to crawl of the end of the beds. I am way too old to do that. So we felt we had to get another single room.

Their breakfast is one of the best during my stay in Europe. They have a wide range of selection, with hot and cold dishes, they have fresh juices, and their breads and croissants taste very good. The location of the hotel is superb too as it is just about 150meters walking distances to the underground which can easily link you to the city. They also provide a covered parking with charges ( Euro17 per night) and we just leave our car there and hassle-free.

They are many people during breakfast, i think they are not enough of manpowers. I need to wait more than 20 min only they served hot chocolates for my kids.

November 2022

The room was great and very clean. We were on the 6th floor and had a fairly decent view. The location was the best part because the hotel is almost right outside the entrance to the train station which was super convenient to zip in and out of the city centre. The Bayern Munich team was staying at this hotel (their bus was outside when we arrived) which said a lot.

The bathroom door was semi transparent and didn't seal closed (it was a sliding door) which can make it a little awkward with friends. If the light is on, it doesn't leave much to the imagination! Munich in general was quite expensive during the time that we stayed so it would have been nice if the hotel was a bit more affordable - it was the only reason we didn't stay more than 2 nights.

The location for me was very good, easy to enter and leave the city without driving through traffic in rush hours, the rooms are quite good in size, and the reception staff are kind and willing to help, city center is not far, 15 mins by car or 10 mins by metro which stops few hundred of meters away.

I am frequent visitor to this hotel, my suggestions are always the same, breakfast is a mess, need more staff to clean and arrange tables quickly for other guests, especially if you attend breakfast after 9 o'clock! some facilities in rooms need more attention and maintenance, a light was not working near my bed, during off season times, the hotel room night price is higher than similar properties in Munich and if you are looking for cheaper hotel at same level probably you will get it easily

September 2022

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and that they had a pretty decent restaurant/bar on the main floor. Also for the time we were there, they had a live DJ at the bar for two of the nights so that was pretty fun. Although the walkability of the area is not that great (more specifically there is not a lot to do in the immediate area), the train station is just a short walk away, and it's just a short walk towards more central areas. We were specifically there for the Superbloom festival and that was located at Olympiapark which was just one stop away.

The shower was kind of on the smaller side and that was a bit difficult for me personally because I prefer bigger tubs/showers so that I don't feel as cramped. Also the first person that I checked in with was kind of curt/stand offish so that was a bit off-putting, but the person I checked out with was a lot nicer. Everything else was more or less fine.

Clean room, very good breakfast.

Ive booked a room for 3 people, but when we arrived the bed for the 3rd person was not prepared. I called to reception to inform that it is not done, the lady apologised and promised that the bed+towels will be prepared when we are back in the evening. However, i did not get the towels (the bed was prepared) and i kindly asked the receptionist for the towels again, but never got them :( Also was really surprising that the wi-fi worked only in lobby, but not in our room! The receptionist irritably replied that he knows about the problem, but there is no way to fix it.
