- Central location: The nearest subway station is around 2min by foot, and the station is 3 stations away from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), 4 stations away from the Old Town. Super convenient. - The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, and there's a small park at the corner. Quite some restaurant and bar options nearby as well. - Steady supply of warm/hot water in the shower (important in cold days!)

- The room looks a bit old (as from the carpet)

- Location in a quiet residential area, but near metro ("U-Bahn"), 5 minute walk from Schwanthaler Hoehe or Heimeramplatz station. (or 15-20 min. walk to Main Station) You have the advantage of central location and quiet area. - Breakfast above what you expect (e.g with scrambled eggs, fruit salad in addition to the 'usual' wide range German Buffet.)

My experience in Ars Vivendi Hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. Very quiet place, very clean, the room is little but the bathroom is amazing. This hotel is very close to restaurants, supermarket (edeka) and Schwantharlerhöhe station (U4), you can connect easily with the center of Munich, Marienplatz and train station. I recommended a lot Ars Vivendi Hotel, very good quality/ price relationship!

Was perfect, but I missed a kettle in the room.

The location is perfect, central, with subway and Train connections, has parking garage relatively close and mainly has significant number of restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely friendly, able either to speak English or to go along with a basic German, which is difficult as most people just speaks back in English as they see you're not proficient. Also they treated my daughter (4y/o) very well.

There were some details I the room that could have some improvement. For instance the hair dryer had issues and the shower had a small leak. Potentially related to my room only.

The rooms were clean and the receptionist was very kind. The service was adequate to the price. The hotel is not that far from the city centre, we walked, but those who don't like walking can use the public transport. The metro station and bus stop was around 5 mins walking from the hotel.

Adequate space for a single twin bed, comfortable, nice feel, quiet for a corner room - minimal/no street noise at night. Close to public transport. Bonus for balcony and mini fridge.

Locked out when I arrived even though I had mentioned my estimated arrival. Explanation on door was in German only.

The location perfectly met my needs. The staff was kind and professional (spoken good English), and the cleanliness of room. During the night, I slept perfectly, as no noise came from the outside.

The fridge's door was not closing. The bathroom did have only the shower gel and no shampoo.

Family wedding and all travelling from England, France & Spain and Germany/Berlin so super location as the Bride & Groom living close by, couldn't have been better! Rico was a star and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. Saeed was also extremely helpful. Breakfast plentiful and very good. Can recommend this hotel with a big👍

Location great being near metro U5 near festival area and only 2 stops from hbf. Ultramodern with electronic security, all new interior, lighting, plumbing.

The mattress was thin. The wifi was very slow in the evening and only went well in very early morning.
