Amazing breakfast. All kind of breads, cheese, fruits and a wonderfull cupuccino :) The staff is very polite, nice and friendly. The hotel has a great location, we walked to the city center everyday. Very clean and cosy hotel. They allow us to leave the bags in the hotel after the check in.

The only point I recommend to improve is the insonorization between bedrooms. We could hear snoring in the next bedroom.

The hotel is really close to the main station and also to the city centre. The staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was above average.

In the room could have been a kettle with some tea, but other than this, the hotel is great.

Still using the old fashion lock and keys so they prefer that you keep the keys in the lobby when going out. That works out fine most times but if there is a line of customers checking in, you may have to wait to enter your room

within 10min walk of main train station. tram stop at the doorstep - 5min to train station, 15min to old town. handy when you have luggage. fabulous breakfast. the room and bathroom are spotless. staff are friendly and helpful.

Room on the inside are silent and better for catching up on sleep. The location is excellent with the Tram station connecting to various other transit options. Arriving from Airport was easy by using the S Bahn and short walk from the Hackerbridge station. Key sight seeing points are in walkable distance or by using city transit. Staff at reception is very helpful in providing directions and also tickets are available at the front desk. Breakfast was ample and had variety. Check In and Check out was quick. Rooms were small but sufficient for short stay. Also a small table fan was provided to keep things cool in summer.

Would have loved to have a coffee kettle in the room. Road side rooms could have better sound insulation since the Tram runs for long periods into night.

THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT, and the opportunity for packing it is perfect. The room facilities where good. The location was perfect. The noise levels considering that the tram pass by is also good.

The shared bathroom needs to have for at least a daily cleaning specially the toilets. In the shower it is required to mop it frequently for removing the water that others users left behing.Also the room have a big window towards the street lights, so It is required to provide thicker curtains

Everything during my stay at the hotel met and exceeded my expectations. The location is great, and a lot of main city attractions are available via public transport, and not even that far away to walk to. The staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean, well organized and there was a lot of space. The breakfast was great.

If there's one thing I wish was better - it's the Internet connection. I had a local SIM card that I used most of the time in my room for business and family calls. The wi-fi wasn't always reliable in my room which seems to be at the most remote corner of the hotel.
