Room had different amenities, breakfast was really good.

Breakfast system was very strange: I came for breakfast and then went to toilet, when I returned I was told that I have already had breakfast and cannot have more. So, I had to explain that I didn’t have the breakfast. So, very inconvenient and stupid system for getting the breakfast

Great breakfast, great location, staff really helpful and friendly. Also a great outside courtyard to eat/sit in. They couldn't have been more helpful when our room safe jammed. They managed to get a guy out on a Sunday and he literally had to angle grind his way into the safe to retrieve our passports which we needed for the following morning. Their safes are fairly solid - took him over an hour to get in!

The heat in the room. There was no aircon and the room heated up over the day and was like an oven in the evening. (Our room was at the front of the hotel). We had to sleep with windows open and fan on full which was pretty noisy.

We were looking for a hotel for one night and this one was near the train station - just 15 min walk. The room was good with a mini fridge and hairdryer + shower gel and phone. We checked in quite fast but got a bit confused by 2 reception desks: Munich city / Munich deluxe, check your booking before addressing one of these. The room was little but cozy, windows to the yard with an open air patio and another part of the hotel. Some people were listening to the music there but soon left, so we got lucky, I guess it can be a bit noisy especially in summer when everyone is outside. The bed was very comfy and clean, although the bathroom tiles/ shower doors and etc and some pieces of furniture furniture could have been refreshed. The room had a mini fridge which was a big plus, a safe and a hair dryer were there too. Breakfast was included in the room price which was amazing: boiled/ scrambled eggs, bacon and a variety of sausages, light salads, a great choice of jams, drinks and toppings, some cereals and bread. It was a bit crowded at 9:10 but by 10 am it got cleared. A great value for this price!

A little kettle in the room would be really appreciated! During breakfast it was a bit hard to find a spot and cutlery since the tables had only a limited set of utensils. Staff cleaned the tables and laid new cutlery almost one hour after we arrived (around 10 am) so we had to go around the tables to find a spare fork and cup 😅

Good location close to the central railway stations (app. 15 minutes walk or one metro station away), very nice breakfast (basic but all is fresh and tasty except scrambled eggs but they’re never good anywhere in Germany :) comfortable room, nice courtyard where you can seat and relax or even have your breakfast

No air conditioning in the room, the room we had (for 4 people) on the ground floor was a bit dark. The water pressure in the taps very weak. But there are minor flaws, all the rest is very is good

this hotel is what a budget hotel supposed to be and some. All in all it is a small room with a bath but what else do you need? Location is good, it is very near to the U-bahn stop "theresienwiese". You can walk to the city center too. Breakfast is more than enough. I really enjoyed it. There was no noise during the night so no disturbance during your sleep. It all checked my boxes for a pleasant stay. There is a shopping mall right across the hotel so you can buy anything you want easily.

The location was great. The value of money was also fair enough. Breakfast was also good and delicious. But a drawback for me is the noise outside the Hotel. People from the streets as well as the card can be easily heard inside the room, but I guess thats normal since the Hotel is located in the city center.

You can also hear the noises of the people inside the room if you walk in the hallways, I guess the walls are not concrete.

It was great, I loved the design, I loved the location and price. I don't expect a lot from the hotels I'm choosing, cause they're usually on the cheaper side, but this one was amazing, there was a mini fridge, a hair dryer and a large TV which I didn't use, but I appreciate it. The breakfast had a huge choice of everything you may need. I read a lot of complaints about the size of the rooms, but I don't know what rooms they had, mine was good and had a huge bed which I loved. I had a great sleep there.

The only thing I didn't really like was the lighting. 3 out of the 6 lights weren't working and there is no light between the door and the bed which makes the room pretty dark in the evening.

It was very easy to find the hostel from Munich Central train station, it took us about 20 min on foot with heavy bags. The area where the hotel is located is nice and quiet. The rooms were clean when we arrived and had everything as was said on the website. A great bonus was a tasty breakfast that was included in the price.

The shower space was a bit small but it is not a big deal at all.

We had the best interactions with the staff on the reception. The man on the morning of our arrival, was so helpful with finding a local laundromat. The man on the evenings, Fabian, was super helpful with information and confirming that our Oktoberfest love hearts were appropriate. The room was adequate for our needs.

The light switches for the bathroom and main room, were on the wall outside the bathroom. Normally, that would be fine, but the door if the bathroom slides over them! It makes it noisy and awkward to turn lights on and off.

Good location, very easy to get from the Hackerbrücke train station (the one right before getting to Munich Central on the train we took from the airport - should be fine to get there from Central as well). The room itself was fine, clean, and had a good shower.

We asked for twin beds when booking, but ended up in a room which technically had twin beds, but they were together making a double bed. So we had to drag one of the beds around to have proper twin beds. Breakfast was fine, but they were weirdly prescriptive about what counted as 'toast bread' and was therefore allowed in the toaster.
