A decent hotel worth the money. Rich breakfast which was worth the extra money (not included in our room price anyway). Comfortable beds. Close to subway and tram just outside the door. Nice walking or running along a small stream just one block behind the hotel. AC working all right so you could keep the windows to the street shut. Big lobby we’re you could eat your takeout or just sit and talk.

Maybe some noice from the street but it didn’t really disturbed when the windows were shut. Wouldn’t have minded a refrigerator in the room.

Relatively inexpensive accommodation option. Clean room, friendly staff, nice sitting area, cool patio, parking for bikes and car. The subway is very close.

Almost no cleaning and didn't change towels for 3 days, but at home I use one towel for more than a week. The toilet door does't close and just slides in. FOr this reason it was uncomfortable to live with a colleague. It's really a strange solution. And there were also old books in the room that smelled. I'm allergic to them.

We, family of four with kids of 9 and 13, stayed for two nights without breakfast. Everything was really clean and the private parking was available for our car, which was great (although the garage was not locked). The family room could have been a little bigger but no problem for us as we've not spend much time there. Good connection to city via public transport. Location is not very central but for us, coming by car, it was very reachable and no problem to take the public transport to get around.

Firstly, how close it was from the metro station. The staff was very nice, the breakfast delicious, clean rooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, we had towels, soap, hot water, air conditioning.

Some towels were old and on the second day, when they came to clean the room, they took the foot towel and didn’t replace it, only after the next day. It was useful because it’s very difficult to shower without a bunch of water ending on the floor

The room was clean. The underground garage is not far away from the hotel. The Wi-Fi is good. It's not bad for a short stay.

The room is equipped with an oven but there are no utensils, so it is practically useless. The centre of the city is easily reachable by car, but we found it difficult with public transport, as one has to change different transportation vehicles.

nice staff and very spacious and clean family room, we just stayed the night but it was comfortable. the location is very good, a metro station ia just 2min away to get to Munich downtown in just 10 minutes..would definitely recommend and come back

the rate payed should have included breakfast as well. but there are some bakeries around so no big issue. the pillows could have been better.

This location is around the corner from an excellent music practice facility. That is a must when you have someone in the family who needs to practice piano every day, even on vacation. The rooms in this hotel are spotlessly clean and well-appointed. The optional breakfast at 12 euros is well worth the price, and an excellent way to start the day. The hotel is 5 metro stops on the U1 from the Hbf (which is why it is lower priced than similar or worse places near the Hbf). The staff was excellent.

I have nothing bad to say about this property. It is extremely well-managed.

A very well thought out hotel. Modern yet warm feeling rooms, wonderful bathroom with stall shower. Shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries. REALLY comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Little cubby holes to put your clothes, plenty of hangers, and a place to put your suitcase comfortably. We loved the clean feeling without the awful usual carpet.! Lots of outlets to charge your phones. Great option if you don't ask for maid service for a night FREE BEERS! We stayed two nights, and it was great having a nice cold beer served in a real glass. Great friendly helpful staff. Certainly would come back again in the future. I forgot just a short walk to the subway station and in town in about 15 minutes or less!

Only one point I have to make, the stall shower was great, but it really needed a hand bar on the inside wall for safety. other wise all was prefect.
