Everything was organized well and through emails. We could check in any time and without the need to meet anyone at reception. The room was well sized and clean . There is tv, Fridge, coffee maker, water boiler, and towels.

The only downside was that the dishes in the cabinet were not clean, we had to wash them before using

Good breakfast, convinient location, possibility to take a pet. Although the staff is supporting only online very quick reaction and ready to solve questions/problems.

Overall no negative impact, yet the cleaniness and maintanance of the room could be improved.

Around the corner of Lidle - a good grocery store. Bus stop across the road. Beds comfortable, and bathroom nice and big. The inside of the flat was quite clean, but not on the balcony. Nice to have a coffee machince in the room.

The outside blind on the balcony was broken, so we did not have any privacy in our room and had to get dressed in the bathroom or kitchen away from the window. The balcony was extremely dirty, can do with a sweep. Quite far from the city centre, but close to more quiet and beautiful neighbourhood.

Good value for price an comfort. More residental are of city. Distance from city center with places to visit but quiet with markets literally next door. Restaurants and gas station in vicinity.

Problem with online checkin. If you are foreigen with almost no conection to internet and old phone do not try it at all. I was asking parking. They did not confirm it or did not explain that just in next street parking was during night and weekend for free. No elevator could be problem.

The rooms were really nice and very safe. Everywhere you had to enter a code and I know is a bit annoying but to me it meant safety and no strangers coming in. The apartment had everything you need and is so we'll distributed that you have enough room to storage and have space for our doggy. We really enjoyed.

We had problems with our codes to enter the building and our rooms. We had help from client service and fortunately they responded fast and clear. We were missing a coffee machine in the apartment, that would have made it perfect.

Lovely apartment, very clean n modern. Spacious. They'd thought of just about everything you might need. Nice touch having cool drinks n snacks on arrival. Good prompt contact via watsapp with the team for any issues.

Personally, because we're older and not so tech savvy, i think you can't beat an actual person on reception to speak to. We won't use this kind of booking /checking in system again. Nightmare for us to work out the uploading of passports etc

Fast support of "helpdesk", kitchen area with equipment, minibar (to choose beer and prosecco or both ;) ), plenty of space for your luggage and stuff (wardrobe, drawers in bed), no key access,...

There was no sitting on balcony (the chairs can be brought out) and no table there. A bit further from downtown and transport...

really practical for overnight, all there, clean, accessible, easy with a car

Lovely flat in a good location with a really comfy main bed! It was easy to get into the city by tram from about a seven minute walk away. The apartment was really spacious with loads of light.

There were a few things missing like toilet roll and towels but we did get help to find them from the team on WhatsApp which was great! The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped, it needed things like a sharp knife so you could prepare food so if you’re planning to cook a lot might not work!
