Parking: private in a garage. Staff was also nice to keep our for an extra day, although we had no room booked. Clean and renovated room. Wifi works with login form. Easy checkin/checkout. Despite the nearby main road: quiet room.

I would start by saying this Hotel totally exceeded our expectations. I believe it is rated as a 2 star hotel but it Definity did not come across as one. The reception area was nice and the staff were really helpful. As we were there for the Oktoberfest it was nice to have the 24 hour reception and bar. the hotel is located a little further than to the city centre but there is loads of transport nearby the gets getting around really straightforward. it took us about 20 minutes to get to the old town.

The Room was a little small and dated. However, it was extremely clean and quiet.

Not in the most convenient location

The room was clean, tidy and everything as expected for a big chain hotel like ibis. The location is good, its a 20 minute walk from the metro station but all straight, flat roads. Local places to eat in a 10 minute walk area and there is a kebab place 2 minutes around the corner away. The staff were friendly at reception and there is food and drink to buy in the lobby downstairs. There is also AC which was pleasant with the hot weather.

There weren't any tea or coffee facilities in the room and the only English TV channel was the news.

Our stay in Ibis was just O.K. I don't look for much from a hotel other than a clean bed and quiet sleep, we booked the room nearly a year in advance. We arrived and were greeted nicely, we went to the room and there was construction outside our window, which was an inconvenience when you are staying there for Oktoberfest, but they were fully booked. The breakfast is a little expensive for what it is, buffet consisting of scrambled eggs, bratwurst, 3 selections of cold meats and cheese. The residents bar is a nice touch, with mighty pours of whiskey! It's about a 40 mins walk from the Oktoberfest grounds and in a nice area that seems very safe. The lovely girl on the front desk is very helpful but has the personality of a rock. I would recommend this hotel as it is clean, the beds are comfortable, housekeeping is very good, and the staff are helpful.

A better breakfast selection would definitely go a long way! And maybe run it a bit later?!? Finishing at 10am is very early especially around Oktoberfest.

Friendly and helpful personnel. Very clean. Quite rooms available even though the hotel lies directly on a main road. Just ask for one. A large and good REME supermarket just 5 minute walk away. Public transport just around the corner.

Beer more expensive than the most bars or restaurants!!! The hotel offers a garage for €15 a day, otherwise parking possibilities on the street are very limited. If you park on the street, be aware of the times. Certain streets are only for available for residents after 6 pm.

Everything! The staff very super helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff are amazing! They made our bed everyday and cleaned very well!!!!

The only thing that we didn’t like was the air conditioning, it was fine when on but it always shut off after a while.

We liked the cleanliness, size of the room and the staff were really good and accommodating specially Sonny who was very kind, approachable and friendly.

The bathroom is the major concern due to the set up of the shower. There is no partition or shower curtain that will contain the water splashes within the shower area, when you bath, the water will be everywhere and will make the whole bathroom floor wet.

Receptionist Sonny was awesome. Friendly, informative and extremely helpful to resolve our A/C issues. The breakfast exceeded expectations and the location to transit was perfect. I was also very impressed at how quiet the room was. I would definitely stay here again.

The A/C was problematic in the last two days of our stay. Hotel often tried to resolve the issue but the room remained warm.

Nothing particular. It lacks features like coffee machine, etc, but this is understandable for a 2-star hotel. The nights when I stayed were expensive (more than 200 Euros), but it was Oktoberfest, which is also understandable.
