The room we stayed in was clean, check in was easy, we got all the ammenities in the toilet, and it was an overall pleasant experience!

However, I would like to bring to your attention that when it was cleaning time, my friend was in the room and she let one of your employees in to empty the trash and change the towels. They engaged in a friendly chit chat to pass time. He asked for her Facebook, to what she agreed to, but when she was typing in her name in his phone, he got close to her and tried hugging her around the waist. She told him not to do that, to which he backed off right away. Just wanted you to know that since I think that behaviour is not professional and could cause your guests to feel unsafe. Please inform me what measures you plan to take in order to prevent this from happening in the future. Regards, Aleksa

The hotel is very nice. It has a bakery right outside, the metro station is just a walk in the park away. The rooms are clean, stuff is very friendly and helpful. It has very easy acces to the city center by metro and train. The surroundings are peaceful.

The park that you have to walk to the metro station, it feels a bit unsecured after 10 pm. It's not that bad for group travelers but for a solo traveler maybe it feels unsafe. But this is just regarding the location, the hotel is very good. I would choose it again when visiting Munich.

The property was so nicely located next to a grocery store, bakery, and was an easy walk to the Trudering station. Staff was so kind! We arrived early and asked if we could leave our bags until our room was ready. The gentleman working the reception said he had a room set for us and we could check in instead.

I wish their hotel loyalty program offered better perks! The property turned us on to wanting to look for other’s within their franchise for future stays. But their loyalty program isn’t really enticing.

Location was very good for visits to the innenstadt. Facility was clean. And the bakery on the corner was very good.

The question of whether breakfast was available was a bit fuzzy, but the bakery on the corner was there to save the day. The coffee in the lobby was a bit overpriced. It would be better if a coffeemaker or electric kettle was available in the rooms. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby but still were very limited on options for coffee and breakfast.

Great value for money. It's basic but it has everything we needed for one night.

The doors on the lift close really fast and the sensors aren't great. I got a pretty nasty bang on the head. Also, it's slightly weird that the toilet and shower share a sliding door. If someone is in the toilet, the shower is open. If you close the door on the shower, whoever is in the toilet will not be happy... And that sliding door doesn't lock. Very awkward.

A great option for a short stay, in a very good location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and responsive to requests for items or information about the surrounding area. We didn't check out the breakfast so I can't give any thoughts on how that was, but there are some convenient nearby shops and bakeries.

There were some tech issues with the self-service check-in machines, so I had to check in via the counter, which fortunately was quite smooth. They also had some problems locating my friend's booking when she checked in.

The location is great really close to the metro station. They have a parking spot for 10 euros/ day which ia a good thing (it could be free since you are paying for their room services but it:s alright).

There was a turkish girl at the reception that lost her patience when I asked for some direction regarding the parking spot. Too arogant with me was, but she was really nice with my boyfriend (when he was alone)😊 - not weird at all :))))

This hotel is everything we hoped for. We needed a comfy stay for 2 nights during the euros, and it was spot on. Great value for money also... Very clean, everything looked like new, all facilities of great qualities, and staff were excelent. And not far from the subway station. Thank you.

No fridge in the room. Especially in the summer time, it would make a difference to keep drinks cold.

The room was very clean and it was very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast so I don't know a lot about that, but the receptionist were very kind and helpful when we had key problems :)

The bathroom in our room was a bit weird, you can't close the shower and toilet at the same time because they have a sliding door. :D But it wasn't a big problem, it's just weird.

Turkish lady in reception was very friendly with us, he patiently answered our questions and tried to do best for us. Room was clean, comfortable. Easy to access city center

I absolutely hated the idea of having one sliding door for both toilet and shower room. Also there were neither kettle nor fridge which are minus things for my perspective.
