It had most of the basic things you would need for a week's stay eg tools for cooking, it is clean, the price is real good for the place you get, well worth every cent. Checking in and out was easy, reception was very accommodating. Also very responsive to any queries that we had. Will recommend

Everything was great. Except that there was a huge storm during our stay. The following morning after the storm, we were awakened by the "leaf blower" guy at 7am to clean the outside area. You will need to ask if you wanted your room cleaned, otherwise it will be left unkempt.

It is a new and clean accommodation, in a nice neighbourhood. Parking was free of charge on the street, and we did not have problem finding a free spot during the weekend. I guess it is different during the workdays. Anyway, there is a parking in the basement for 6eur which is affordable. Internet was very good. Having a kitchenette was not a priority, but it came in handy. There are a few bakeries and restaurants in a walking proximity which work on Sunday!!!! :)

There was a bunch of mosquitos right in front of our door, which was strange to see because everything else was spotless. They did not bother though :). Even though we had a small patio, it is right in the entrace area of the accommodation so do not expect any privacy. Reception works until 10pm, which we did not know, so it took us a minute or two to figure out how to get in (there is an instruction on the door). One small thing - door locks are unusual and it toom us a few tries to figure out how to open the door (now i understand why there is an example of the door lock at the very reception desk :) ).

The room has everything you need, small stove and utensils. Though we did not use it, they provided this for the clients. Toilette is really clean and has dryer rack which was what we needed after we got soaked by the rain. Pretty safe neighborhood.

The for me is to hard, or maybe its just a preference. The location s quite far from the center. Also, we got kicked out by the morning shift reception even though we advised the previous one that we will stay an hour later because of the wet clothes that we have. But the issue was sorted out anyway. Maybe more communication within the staff would be beneficial

Concept is good, building and furniture is new, location is good in the sense that you can park for free in neighboring streets, close to public trnasport and some supermarkets and bakeries and cafes.

Towels were not clean, need to be washed at higher temperatures, and stains need to be dealt with. Beware that currently ( July 2023) there is a big disruption in public teamsport making your journey to central munich much longer and complicated.

We stopped in Munich with our baby and dog to see a friend working at the hospital. Location was perfect and the staff gave us a garden apartment so the dog could easily hang out on the grass outside. Apartment had everything we needed for a quick stopover with a baby. As a bonus there’s an excellent Indian restaurant a block away that’s open late. Best Indian food I’ve had… ever.

Room was a bit small. Tight for maneuvering with a baby.

Cleanliness. Very friendly staff. Balcony. Very good price for what your get. Laundry room. Great garage parking. Functional stay.

Good, clean hotel. I liked this place. It’s very useful having the kitchen facilities. Great to have a small balcony to sit out on. Secure garage parking optional extra at a reasonable price. There is a nice bakery/cafe/ice cream shop and also two supermarkets and an Indian restaurant within 2 mins walk which was ideal. We had our car so no issue that the hotel is 15 mins outside of central Munich, I wouldn’t choose this location without a car personally.

Very Clean and nice Facilities

By check in there was a Jung man total unmotivated (efficient, not rude at all, but still very unhappy with his job obviously). By check out, the Jung Lady was very friendly and polite, always with a smile on her face. By checking in we thought we got the wrong room as it was settled for only one person even though we made reservation for a double room.

The whole property was very clean, from the underground car park, the reception area, the corridor and of course the apartment. Modern appliances. Large beds. The receptionist was very friendly and welcomed us very warmly.

More space around the kitchen hob for dishes, but we knew this before booking so this was not really a surprise.

Good option for self-drive travellers, not far from main attractions area. There are some free parking lots outside the building, the neighbourhood seems queit but safe. The loft studio is spacious with complete kitchen ware and clean, and there is coin-laundry in the building which is really convenient for us.

Just that the kitchen has no knife, we ended up using table knife to cut things.
