Excellent location, just minutes from the S-Bahn. Room worked well for a long stay. Breakfast was fantastic and we needed all 10 days to try everything. Staff was very helpful, including making arrangements for an odd check in time with our suitcases arriving before we did. I enjoyed the church bells announcing the time. We took some time to strategically plan where to stay. I will not hesitate to stay here again. This was a great, quiet location with easy transportation options for Munich, Starnberg. Many great dining options as well.

Extremely clean throughout the building, the room was larger than I would have expected and the beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom was well equipped with everything we needed. The continental breakfast was tasty with a varied selection. Staff were lovely and helpful. Location excellent with the S-Bahn only a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

It’s hard to find one thing I liked as everything was fantastic. I had a late checkin and communication was brilliant re. accessing the safe, getting keys and necessary info for finding the room / Wi-Fi codes / breakfast etc. The place is spotlessly clean with bright and cheery decor. Staff are friendly, well organised and quick to respond. The breakfast buffet offered an absolute feast with something for every taste. I loved the fresh berries. There were loads of different fresh breads too. Our room was cleaned every day which was a wonderful treat after a day sight seeing. The location is perfect on the S6 line for Munich centre in one direction and all the towns along Sternberg lake in the other. Planegg has gorgeous restaurants and a beer garden for evening meals and, the hotel is above a supermarket if you want items for the room fridge. I could go on and on raving about this hotel.

Very fresh hotel, there is an elevator and underground car parking (additional fee around 9 Euro). Free parking is also possible nearby along the street. Beds are very comfortable, big plus for availability of rooms with 5 standard beds for bigger families. Bathroom looked new, actually the whole hotel looked very new. Just 5 min walk to train station where you have trains to center of Munich every 20 min approximately. Breakfast really good, it was actually sad to leave only after one evening & night.

Everyone is very friendly and make you feel like family. The breakfast is good with made to order coffee and tea. There is a small grocery store that is adjacent to the hotel. Multiple bus stops close by and short walk to the train station. City center is a short ride away. Great small town feel!

HOLGER the Manager provides excellent attention & care to his visitors We stayed at the PARKHOTEL LEISER to attend a family wedding & certainly recommend this hotel for family groups as well as business & private guests both local & international. The facilities are top quality & meticulously kept & cleaned through out the entire property. Sparkling clean bathrooms ! The cleanest I have ever experienced in hotels ! Comfortable bed, good storage & ventilation. House keeping staff are friendly , prompt & diligent. EMIL the Breakfast Chef was excellent, friendly & delivered a fast service of beautifully presented fresh foods in a lovely , attractive setting overlooking trees in bloom. HOLGER assisted us above & beyond all regular duties. He helped us with local information & assisted us with preparing online international documentation which we were having trouble with. Holger is always available & happy to assist guests with their particular needs. Thank you for a lovely stay ! Most appreciated.

We traveled from the airport by train. Spacious room, excellent shower, good lighting, dark curtains to prevent light in the morning, the staff left us a bag of candy on the bed. Excellent breakfast. The staff is very nice, the communication with them before the stay was also kind. We had a lot of fun!

The beds were excellent, except for the sofa bed with the springs on which the parents slept, it creaked a lot and every movement of one of us at night caused the other to wake up. There was noise from the street very early in the morning.

great location in that it was very close to both the local Tain station and bus facilities and also a lovely supermarket right underneath the hotel!

I hadn’t realised when I booked just how far out from central Munich it was…but once there it didn’t matter so much as the hotel itself, the amenities nearby and the wonderful staff more than made up for this.

What can I say but “WOW” this place was amazing. Great location, 5 min easy walk to the train. The guys running it were top notch. Friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great and coffee service was outstanding. Very quiet area and very clean.

That we had to leave

Accommodation was perfect for our family. We have spent a few wonderful days there. The hosts were really helpful, friendly and kindness . The breakfast was fresh, colourful. We can offer them.

Private parking area is not so big, there are only 3-4 places, but the public places are free until 8am.
