I used the kitchenette which was great, and the hotel offers coffee for free. The staff was welcoming, helpful, super friendly and generous! The room had a good size and the bed was comfortable (firm mattress). Very clean!

You have to be aware that it’s right in town at the train station, so there is some noise from bars/ the fitness studio underneath/ people on the street. But the hotel gives out ear plugs. I didn’t mind it - the connections to busses, trains are perfect and a walk into town takes 3 minutes!

The room was spacious and had everything we needed in it, stove, plates and glasses and a fridge. Great location right beside the train station, which was perfect for us as we needed to get an early train.

We couldn't store our bikes anywhere in the hotel, the room was big enough to bring them in but they didn't allow this. There was bike storage nearby but you needed to download an app which was confusing and difficult for a foreigner. Only other thing i would change is maybe more different crockery. like a larger plate or some bowls.

Room and facilities were generally nice, staff were friendly. Also a nice balcony/terrace that you can relax on. Location is quite good as it is near the station, and you can quite easily find rental bikes/scooters that will help you move around.

As others have said, the place can be noisy. In hot weather you also need to have the window open, which makes it even noisier. The rooms were fine, but the value for money isn't amazing.

Good location, near to central station and city centre. Clean room with possibility to Cook. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Very private since you dont have to pass reception :)

Everything was good. You could hear the beat from the fitness studio sometimes, but wasnt bothering me. Otherwise there are ear plugs in the room

The room was quite spacious and it had everything you needed. If you want to use the kitchenette, they also provides you with pots and pans. The staff was great, very helpful and smiling. The location is quite central, you can walk to almost everywhere. Very close to the main train station.

Room was perfect for our family of 4 and we loved the very funky decor. It was great with small kitchenette and toilet separate to the bathroom. Staff were amazing and we enjoyed a drink on the lovely terrace. Breakfast would normally be a buffet but due to covid times they had set up a lovely variety of food at our table to choose from. We have already booked to go back again! Earplugs were provided so maybe the walls are a little thin but we had no issues during our stay. Easy walk from HBF and to the Alstadt.

No tea/coffee in the rooms.

A great location, within walking distance of the altstadt. Comfortable rooms, very comfortable bed , great shower. A roof terrace for having a beer or a coffee. And as a bonus, a fabulous kebab place just round the corner ( not the one opposite the hotel door) . Not sure why some reviews are more mediocre - for us it is totally recommended.

Okay, minor thing, It was very hot and we had a loft room. There were 2 ventilators which helped a lot but not as good as airco. But hey, That's not an easy thing to fix ;-)

My priorities are a good mattress, clean room and good breakfast. This hotel gets 3/3.

The location was south of the railway station and in the same road as a soup kitchen for the homeless.

Interior of the hotel was very interesting. Rooms were big enough, new and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom wad new and big. Located near main station.

Felt a little unsafe around the hotel. Not a bike-friendly hotel as there was no place to leave bikes.
