Location Facilities and room

Front of house staff on arrival had trouble with their booking.com interface and their system didn’t have the correct information on it - I was told that they couldn’t change anything because the booking had been made through booking.com. It took a long time to resolve in very warm temperatures, with my family waiting in the car. Eventually, a phonecall to a colleague allows us to check in as per our original booking

To arrive at a hotel room and find that everything has been thought of, a place For everything, mirrors where needed, comfortable bed and great pillows and sheets, shower with plenty of hot water and ample! Well designed, breakfast offered enough and good quality products. Staff was kind and helpful. Good we Will Come Back and will recommend it !

Would have love salmon at breakfast time…parking to get there was a challenge this time. Next time we will know better.

This is our 2nd stay. Breakfast as always was excellent. Hotel Staff friendly, the breakfast staff remembered us! Now we have found you, you are our, 'must stay at hotel' in Münster, so accessible for the Altstadt. Can't be bettered.

Just a slightly larger room next time please. Room was tight this visit betwixt bed and bedside table, but not the end of the world.

I really loved the location. Very close to the city center, 5-7 minutes walking distance to every visitor attraction was a great advantage. Good breakfast with a great variety of things to eat. And the staff was extraordinary. They were helpful, kind and most welcoming. I strongly recommend this place.

The only disadvantage is a "shape" of hotel. Lobby and reception desk is in one part of the building and rooms are located above a shop. Publicly opened staircase you need to climb up to get to the private zone of hotel rooms is something I disliked. The architect had "a vision".

Clean and easily accessible, parking available and in a fantastic location

My American elderly mother did not like that no washcloths were provided. User temperature control would have been helpful. Noise from delivery vehicles in the early morning woke us because we had our windows open.

We had a room with access to the executive lounge which was good. Nice coffee machine there and drinks - snacks in the morning and evening. Rooms had good light and lovely high ceilings. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Great location on the edge of the old town and not to far from the station.

More shelves and hanging space for clothes

Every thing. Location. Room. Staff shower. What a brilliant hotel. Best I’ve stayed I. For years.

I stayed for too short a time

Location is very nice, it is in the city center, near to many good restaurants and shops. 10 minutes walk from the train station. In total nothing to complain about. The only inconvenience is that rooms and receptions as well as breakfast are located in different buildings.

Great location on the edge of the old town. New and clean. Underground parking. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff

Very good breakfast, really enjoyed it.

Please don't clean out our room before we have actually checked out! I know we emptied it and went for a walk, but I would have liked to have a final shower and checkout time was much later
