When I opened the door to my room there were two steps immediately to the right down into the room which I nearly fell down, perhaps a warning notice on the outside ot the door might help.

The hotel was conveniently located in the old town close to the main market, the castle, the walls and plenty of great restaurants. Our room was spacious and included a sitting area and mini fridge. Breakfast options were varied.

The shower in our room was on the small side, and the breakfast was somewhat pricey.

Super-location in the old town, nice boutique hotel, the room had a very large terrace with a table and chairs. However, the room is a bit cramped for two persons, and has some rough corners and several weird and quite steep stairs (the bathroom is on a different level).

The breakfast arrangement in the lobby is not ideal, though the breakfast was good and nicely arranged. I would try a different room next time, though.

When I booked, I used the special request option to give the heads up that I'd want to drop my bag before check-in. They replied quickly, and when I arrived, they greeted me warmly and acknowledged the request. The staff including the Manager were really friendly. The hotel was really clean, and I loved my room. A/C was a bonus. Breakfast was YUM! I appreciated the extra steps taken to reduce waste. (They asked what time I'd be down so they can pace the amount they prepare.) The variety was somewhat limited compared to others, but the quality was superb. I had everything I would normally want! This was my 3d stay in Nuremburg--and it was the best.

No one asked me if I wanted to pet their dog. Booo! I wish my husband could have travelled with me. He would have loved it.

Location, and the ability to park right across the street. I came for the Christmas market, and it was perfect! Upon check in, there was glühwein. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is located in the oldest building and within the wall. You are literally in the Altstadt and maybe a 5min walk to the Christmas market. The bathroom as big, there was a restaurant next door, plenty to do all around.

Living history, very clean property, excellent location near castle, scenic Weißgerbergasse, and Sebalduskirche church. Friendly staff.

I was perfectly fine but larger people with mobility issues would definitely struggle.

When I got to my 3rd floor room, there was a sign on the bed welcoming me. It was very heartwarming. The room was very charming too. Location was perfect!

I was on a 3rd floor room and there was no elevator. But that being said, they did carry my suitcases up stairs for me.

The hotel carries the vibes of the overall medieval texture of the city. As a solo traveler, i can tell that my room was totally comfy, and legit to stay. It is located in a walking distance to all must-see places. The staff was also nice , helpful and communnicative. Breakfast was also awesome.

For me there was nothing to complain.

Cute and quaint place to enjoy our stay. Super clean, comfy beds and well appointed. Easy walk to restaurants, river and centrally located to old town. Easy parking close by hotel for €15.

Stairs could be a challenge for some. Lovely staff helped us with our bags.
