When I booked, I used the special request option to give the heads up that I'd want to drop my bag before check-in. They replied quickly, and when I arrived, they greeted me warmly and acknowledged the request. The staff including the Manager were really friendly. The hotel was really clean, and I loved my room. A/C was a bonus. Breakfast was YUM! I appreciated the extra steps taken to reduce waste. (They asked what time I'd be down so they can pace the amount they prepare.) The variety was somewhat limited compared to others, but the quality was superb. I had everything I would normally want! This was my 3d stay in Nuremburg--and it was the best.

No one asked me if I wanted to pet their dog. Booo! I wish my husband could have travelled with me. He would have loved it.

Ideally located hotel for a couple of nights in Nürnberg. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided great tips about where to and where to eat during our stay. They have a few parking spaces but I would recommend asking the hotel if they are available during the stay. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice.

There was no lift to our particular room which was up two flights of stairs. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but is alright for a couple of nights

The hotel carries the vibes of the overall medieval texture of the city. As a solo traveler, i can tell that my room was totally comfy, and legit to stay. It is located in a walking distance to all must-see places. The staff was also nice , helpful and communnicative. Breakfast was also awesome.

For me there was nothing to complain.

Location is perfect - right in the middle of the old city of Nuremberg. They have parking spaces off the street in a parking garage a couple buildings away Very helpful and friendly staff with top notch recommendations Rooms have A/C for hot summer days - not common in the area and makes a huge difference! Loved the thoughtful touches - the welcome sign and notes.

My window was stuck open, but other than that - no complaints about the place!

Location was superb. Staff was very kind and helpful. Facilities are comfortable and they're in good shape. Definitively will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Only thing we did not like was that we stayed in upper rooms and no elevator to get there, with big luggage are very uncomfortable as we are seniors persons

Excellent location in the very heart of the city. Comfortable and cleaned rooms. Parking in a short distance. Good breakfast and excellent staff. No lift but it’s an historical building: take it or leave it. No doubt, we took it :-))

Very good location, close to some cafes and restaurants, in the heart of the Old town. Hotel located in the old building but has a good communication.

The shower cabin is extremely small… Fortunately I am not a big man but…

Perfect position within the historical city center and the atmosphere of the hotel, matching it.

Bathroom equipment could be better. Basin and shower were relatively small, considering that most of the bath area was unused.

Room in the “historic side” was charming and updated with latest conveniences.

Tiny shower. Curtains didn’t block light completely. Breakfast was good but ran out of rolls, OJ and milk sometimes.

Nice little hotel on the edge of the old town. I was worried about arriving by car but the street was very quiet. I just left the car in front of the hotel while I dumped my bags in the room then the manager took me 100m to a modern underground car park. Then I was free to walk all over the old town

Noisy air conditioner but I have the same at home
