This hotel is cute and was in a perfect location to walk to the Christmas Market and all around Nuremberg. The staff was very friendly and the room was good sized.

The bathroom smelt like sewage. It smelt of chemicals when we first got in but as that wore off the bathroom did not smell good. We opened the window in there and that seemed to make it better. But then the bathroom was pretty cold (even with the heat on). Also it would have been great if they had a smart TV in the room. Then we could have casted our own apps to watch TV in our language. It was hard to wind down in the evening with a movie when I could not understand any of the language on the TV in the room

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hauser. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, plainly explaining where to park so that we got the correct voucher upon check out. The room and bed were lovely. Our dog was provided his own dog bed, water bowl and treats in a very kind gesture. The location was very close to the main Nürnberg square and right beside the river and historic bridges. The price was very reasonable during the busy Christmas market season. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The bed was also comfortable. The room had a personalized welcome sign on the bed when we arrived - it was a lovely touch of hospitality.

It was in an excellent location for walking into town and the Christmas markets. It was very cute, a little on the small side, but adequate for just the two of us. It was warm and cozy and we were happy with our stay. The staff were friendly.

The check in and check out was tricky because they don't have an area to be, except for a small landing on the stairs where we were all backed up with suit cases waiting to check in and out. There is no elevator and we were on the "3rd" floor (actually the 4th floor). These were all minor inconvieniences though and we would still stay here again.

Great Central location to the Christmas Markets. We took a taxi from the train station less than 20.00. there is not a breakfast option at the hotel and they do not have a lift. All waking to Markets within 15mins. A bit longer if you want to to visit the castle, but overall it was a nice historic hotel.

Not recommended to take luggage from the train station as the roads are hard to pull luggage over. When we checked in, the attendant took our bags to our room, very helpful. (this might have been a fluke as the other attendants were all women)

Overlooking the peacefull plaza surroundings it became my personal haven where I could unwind, enjoy a cup of coffee, and soak in the heavenly atmosphere. The room's design and furnishings only added to the overall sense of comfort and style. The hotel staff, without a doubt, were the real stars of the show. From the moment we checked in to the time of our departure, their friendliness and professionalism were truly commendable. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering helpful tips on local attractions and always greeting me with a warm smile. In conclusion, our time at Hotel Hauser Boutique was a wonderful blend of comfort, hospitality, and an unbeatable location. If you're looking for a hotel that combines the charm of the town with a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place for you. I wholeheartedly recommend it and eagerly anticipate my next visit.

Excellent location, close to a convenient point to start visiting the old city (this is a must, it looks spectacular!). Nice and quiet room in an old-fashion building. Good restaurant at the ground level of the building. Secured (paid) parking in the nearby.

The hotel is too discretely labeled and finding the position is not easy at all. You see from reasonably far just the name of the restaurant, Opatija. There was a mobile air conditioning in the room, but no hole to fit it at the window. Thus, you get more noise than cooling. The room was rather small.

Located in the middle of the old center or Nuremberg. Easy paid parking option just a block off-site in commercial parking garage (arranged through hotel). Very well kept room with well appointed minibar in the room. Great water pressure in bathroom. Very well kept rooms and building. Very friendly and helpful staff/owners! We could not have stayed any better just on the edge of all the action.

The shower stall was a little small, so no dancing while taking a shower, but the bathroom was beautiful appointed and the whole hotel was wonderfully kept and clean!

Very nice-looking and well maintained rooms that were very cosy. Felt almost like a home away from home which is unusual for a hotel. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Location was also perfectly located near all the sites and plenty of delicious cafes and restaurants close by.

It's right in the city center so expect a small bit of noise from outside. I was staying on the weekends so that was possibly why, but regardless the windows and rooms were well insulated so there shouldn't be any issues falling asleep.

Parking was not available in the hotel garage, and the local streets are resident parking only. We were able to park in the Hauptmarkt car park, and whilst this is only a five minute walk away it is not easy with luggage. The hotel has no food available - the restaurant in the basement Opertja was excellent though

My wife works on Jacobstrasse and i like to visit her occasionally during her 2100-0500 shift on either a Friday or Saturday night. Plus my sister-in-law flew in on Saturday for Christmas. So we needed a place to stay, 2 nights, that was close to work and close to the Nürenberg Christmas market. This hotel was awesome. We didn't eat the food there, but there's a little bakery on the tiny island, that's a 4 min walk from the hotel.

My wife was clearly sick and requested hot water from the bartender in the afternoon and he tried to tell her they were closed. She had to explain to him she was sick, then showed him a tea bag, and he reluctantly gave her hot water. Saturday night around 2300 i went to the bar (there were still beers and cocktails being served) and asked for 2 espressos and the bartender said the maker was off for the night.
