Comfortable beds and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Everything worked. Also, the restaurant they referred us to was very easy to walk to and German food was great. They also booked a taxi for us and made sure we knew how/where to find the driver.

The design and decor was modern and utilitarian/functional rather than contemporary yet cozy. We also didn’t like that our room was in another building across from the main hotel. And there was no phone to call down to the front desk.

What I loved about this stay was the excellent customer service. Having direct access via WhatsApp for any requests was incredibly convenient, and the staff who welcomed me were kind and attentive. Another highlight was the breakfast area—it had an amazing view of the canal/river, creating a wonderful connection to the outdoors while enjoying your meal. The service from the waitstaff was exceptional, adding to the experience. I also appreciated how close it was to the Christmas markets—I didn’t have to walk far at all. The place had a super chic vibe and a pleasant, luxurious scent—an "expensive cool chic" kind of smell.

What I didn’t like was how small my room was—I felt very cramped, especially with the two large suitcases I brought. Personally, feeling confined makes me uncomfortable. I prefer having extra space to store luggage out of sight, keeping the room visually clean and open for a more relaxing experience.

The breakfast was lovely, there was a lot of choice and was lovely quality food. The location was perfect for getting out and about seeing the City. We loved the views from our balcony and the industrial yet warm and cozy interior design. The Spa was lovely.

It would have been good to have been shown the different pillows available on check in as the ones in the room were so soft we couldn’t get used to them but kept forgetting to ask to change them. The pool was really cold which was a shame as it would have been nice to spend more time in there making use of the fabulous views and beautiful windows.

The hotel was moments away from Nuremberg's mail plaza. It was walking distance from everything! Our room had a view of the plaza, yet was very quiet. The room was nicely laid out and comfortable. The welcome we received when we arrived was outstanding. We were tired from a long train ride, but the ladies at the front desk helped to put a smile on our faces.

We asked for an extra hour to check out, and were told it would be an extra 99 euro. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, and this was a first! It left a bad impression on an otherwise wonderful stay.

Perhaps they need more staff at the coffee place on the high demand hours. We just went somewhere else because the poor guy was alone trying to supply all the cappuccinos and waiting for coffee in the morning is not great fun. Our room needed more structure for use. No place for suitcases or where to sit comfortably in the room. The foot bench is also badly Design since it tilts when there is no counterweight on the opposite end. My partner is klutzy so guess what happened. I stood up and he went over with the bench! It was funny for us but perhaps other people won’t find it amusing. I loved the materials and colours.

Excellent location for the old town. Very comfortable bed, good bathroom, good quiet air conditioning, and we made good use of the balcony. Quiet room, didn't hear any other guests or noise from outside. Friendly staff.

I didn't feel encouraged to use the pool or facilities. We were told to use the QR code to get info on the hotel and felt a little impersonal. The bathroom mirror wasn't suitable for applying makeup or shaving. Would have been nice to have slippers particularly to use the pool. There wasn't enough utensils to actually cook anything in the room or open a bottle of beer. However the hotel would probably have been accommodating if we had asked.

It is in a fabulous and convenient location. I also loved the restaurants on the ground floor and the stores around the courtyard. The beds were comfortable, and there were great amenities. Pool is open until late hours! The hot drink voucher was a small gesture but appreciated.

The hotel has many rooms, so getting into your room is not the easiest thing. I didn't enjoy the fact that there was no room service, no telephone to contact the reception, no frigobar, and not even a cold bottle of water. TV doesn't have Netflix or other streaming services to connect, and the toilet is too separated from the shower. I also found the wardrobe too small.

Best location, absolutely best place to scout the downtown area. It´s very modern and very very clean. It has a pool, gym, and Sauna, all very good. You can see the oldtown from the top floor pool. They have a backery downstairs that it is definitely worth checking. It has a 24h parking that only cost 18 euros, plus one can charge the car downstairs. We rented a family room, we had a larg room with a toilet separate from the main bathroom, it even had a kitchen which we did not use. We loved it, we will go back there if we are in town again.

Loved this modern hotel right in the midst of the main christmas market. Literally steps away if you are looking for location. We booked into a corner suite and it was amazing. Huge room with a small kitchenette, dining table, couch and chairs. We especially like that the bedroom was separate from these areas. The bathroom was also very large with a spacious vanity and shower. The suite is all windows and even has a small balcony overlooking the water and Christmas lights. Highly recommend this hotel for it's facilities, location and helpful staff. It's a bit pricey but worth it.

So close to the main square and the Xmas market, we could pop back and forth loaded with goodies / warming our toes / changing wet footwear, etc. Really handy. Quality service and the receptionists were really helpful

The hotel could have warned us that you have no chance of booking a restaurant once you are out there, as it's so busy at Xmas. So your choice is book really early before you travel if you want a guaranteed evening slot, or take a chance that the restaurant has a spare slot when you turn up. This is more likely if you try lunchtime or very early evening, but with the more popular ones...forget it !
