Great hotel with location and modernize.

The staff was impolite, I was check in at 15.07 p.m on Jan 2,2024 but the women at reception told me that the room is not ready so I have to wait but later on there have many customers came for check in and they can check in.I wait until 15.37p.m.( half and hour after check in time) I ask that women again , she said sorry the room not ready so I asked her why did the other customers can check in , she said you ask good reason so she will find the other room for me after that I can gather the room. I want to know that why did I can’t check in at the first time at 15.07p.m. (Check in time 15.00o.m.) I also prepaid for the hotel

The location is vg - it’s near the train station so easy to grab a taxi and it’s also a 3minute walk to the Old Town. The room is lovely - it’s bright, it’s clean and spacious. The dressing area and bathroom are both a generous size allowing for a family not to feel too cramped.

The pool is very cold which makes it fine for a dip but kids may find it too cold which defeats the purpose of booking a hotel with a pool. They only offer 1 room card and it’s needed to use the lift. Please offer 2 cards as standard so that families don’t we’d to travel in convoy!

Very good size room, comfy beds, good size bathroom and good quality toiletries. Breakfast was extra so we didn't try it. Location was about 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

We booked this hotel because of the spa offering, however when we arrived we were told that treatments were only available from Friday to Sunday; there was no information on their website or when we arrived at the hotel. Not a huge dial obviously but it would be nice to know in advance so we could have done other arrangements.

The room was beautiful, and large. It was almost like having an apartment. The breakfast was good, we ate there both mornings. There was a good selection of foods. It was also very close to Hauptbanoff and all trains, trams, and busses.

The shower floor was slick when wet. It needed those shower strips in it to keep you from slipping. When checking out, they tried to bill me for things in the mini bar that we hadn’t used. I also tried to pay my 204Eur charges with a 500Eur bill. The manager went on about how nobody used those anymore and how they couldn’t accept it. All he had to do was take it and give me my change. (Really,? A hotel has never had anyone pay with a 500 euro bill before? Finally another agent took it and gave me the change.

I liked everything; the hotel's excellent location close both to the Altstadt and train station, good breakfast, comfortable beds, good cleaning, nice spacious room, our rooms location on the 5th floor with exciting view from our balcony over all trains coming and going, nice staff, good spa area with great saunas (I particularly liked the fact that the spa was included in room price unlike some other hotels). We had a really, really nice minivacation and couldn't have asked for anything else.

I jacuzzi in the spa area would have been nice. :)

The hotel is located reasonably near the Old Town, making the central town accessible on foot. The room size was great. We were offered to use the facilities, such as the spa and swimming pool but we did our stay was too short. Nevertheless, it was great to be offered this.

The room was not sufficiently soundproofed; the noise from the train station opposite was persistently heard throughout the night. The location - it was very difficult to access the hotel, in spite of the sat nav, due to the roadworks and diversions and this created additional challenges which the hotel could have mentioned in advance. The staff were providing minimal welcome and minimal customer service.

Great location - super close to Old town; few hundred meters. Very nice room with AC and a mini fridge (enough space for own water. Very pleasant staff. Great parking accommodation at about 17Euros!

On site restaurant is expensive. However, one does not have to eat there with all the nearby options of the old town or otherwise, thus a minor issue

Breakfast super. Assortment very good and quality too. Comfortable, enough space and personnel always mannerly and resident. Pool good and area is comfortable. Parking very simple. Room is good, has enough space, we were in executive room with 2 queen beds.

Pool water a little bit cold for us. The hotel and room was clean, but here or there could be a little refreshment - bottom blanket edge was freckled, but the bed clean. Bathroom clean but some corners were tired.

Hotel staff was very friendly. They spoke English and helped me when I tried to speak German. Breakfast was very good. We ate at the restaurant, and it was good, and the price was reasonable. It was also an easy walk from the main train station, and a post office is also very close.

They offer a laundry service, but it is expensive. The shower is the type with a wall and no door, so water got out.

I liked the spacious room and the facilities of the hotel. there is indoor swimming pool and somebody can relax . Also the location is very close to old town. The staff was very helpful and willing to answer our questions. Highly recommended although the negative below.

I didn't like the fact that even we are staying at the hotel , the parking is not guarantee and i had to look around in the street for parking or look for the main train station parking. in addition , since somebody pays 160 per night, then why you ask for 15 euro for parking each day ? ....that's a big negative for me. In addition the breakfast was not so "rich" to be 22 euro per person , but i would say that kids are free.
