The spa area is exceptional for this type of hotel, with an excellent large 90• Finish Sauna, a seperate Steam room and an infrared Sauna. All completely new and extremely clean, well maintained. Absolutely at the level of higher class hotel.

No dedicated staff at the bar and sometimes an overcrowded crowded reception area at times, with waiting-times for ‚orher‘ services loke the bar etc. this results in a stressed personnel which negatively reflects on the overall atmosphere. The location (direct neighborhood of the hotel) looks rather ‚poor‘ wich gives a negative overall geeling at check-in…. (i.e. is it sage to leave the car in this neighborhood…). but the friendliness of the personnel and the excellent spa (for those who appreciate this service) make up for most of the above. Nonetheless, my first impression when first arriving at the facility wasn‘t the best, which is a bot unfortunate)…

The rooms are really nice. We stayed here on our way to Croatia which was perfectly halfway from where we left in the Netherlands. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and give a good night's rest. The shower is also excellent. In the morning you can grab a decent breakfast and even fill up your thermos with coffee or tea! The city itself is quite a bit bigger than we initially expected. Plenty of decent places to grab some dinner or have a drink. Easily reachable when you're traveling by car.

A bit further away from the city centre. But on the other hand very close to the highway, so an excellent hotel to stay when traveling through. The fridge needs some time to start cooling so if you bring stuff with you that needs cooling, it takes 30-60 minutes to get properly cool I reckon. In the morning our drinks etc. would be nice and chill for the road ahead.

The room was modern, clean and excellent for us, after 14 hours of driving. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom very clean and from our window we saw our car - parking free ( outside ), it was safe. What we liked more, was actually , the breakfast! It wasn’t expensive , for us, was the best deal of the day! Moreover, the food was fresh, diverse, and the drinks, as well. The staff ( Reception and Breakfast) made us feel absolutely welcome, always helpful ( Reception ) and friendly ( Breakfast ). Certainly, I recommend this hotel !

Everything was absolutely fine!

The apartment was spacious and met all our expectations. It contained everything that one may need for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom with modern and electronic toilet equipment (smart system), but unfortunately, it was not working. So, we had to utilize the old-fashioned way of manually pressing the flush button )) The location is a bit far from the city center, around 8 bus stops away, with the bus stop just around the corner. But the city itself is beautiful! There are many historical attractions worth visiting!

-The refrigerator was not turned ON when we moved in. Don't know if it works or not. -We made a booking from the Booking.com site with the status Confirmed, but when we arrived the staff were not able to find my reservation. So it potentially could be a scenario, if the hotel was all full, we could have to look for another place. I would recommend the visitors to confirm the booking with a phone call just to prevent a bad thing to happen.

Staff is very friendly and helpful Parking in the garage is convenient. Breakfast is good. Air-conditioning works good. Small fridge in the room.

Room needs some maintenance; the night lamp didn't work. Toilet brush was broken. (was in two pieces) Rain shower is nice but it makes no sense when the water flow is way to low. Approx 5l / min is not enough to have a normal shower. Showering takes at least 4x the time it would normally take with unrestricted water flow. Restricting the water flow is pointless.

Reception staff was great: helpful, supportive and understanding (thank you!). Hotel and restaurant were clean; room was very quiet. Airco was working. Breakfast had some good variety of food, and was properly resupplied during breakfast serving time. Location was perfect for transit, very close to A3. Hotel had underground parking (paid extra) - very handy when there were no parking spaces left on the street, but also good to keep the car safe and cool during the night.

Really good location, close to motorway. Lovely staff and nice looking hotel with free parking. Great breakfast, lots of options. A good stay.

Cleanliness wasn’t best- dirty wet socks left on balcony from past guests, shower drain cover came off whilst showering and evidently hadn’t been cleaned (hair and dirt very visible from past guests).

Excellent customer service, the duty manager dealt with a slightly unpleasant situation perfectly! The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfy! Breakfast was really nice and fresh, it made our stay even more pleasant!

Apart from the broken shower in our Junior suite room, for which we got other rooms instead, I can't fault it! It is fit for purpose and very good value for money, we wanted a hotel as close as possible to the motorway.

Although the outside of the hotel does not look very promising, the interior was beyond my expectations: recently renovated, with a modern, pleasant air, very spacious rooms, warm carpet, underfloor heating in the bathroom, large and comfortable bed, clean linen and friendly staff ( customer oriented). We had a small problem with the refrigerator and the boy at the reception immediately solved our problem with a smile on his face. We thank them in this way! We will gladly come back here!

There is nothing to complain about.

One guy was working on reception and was handeling like 20 people at once with incredible speed and efficiency in the same time he was ordering me a pizza from a restaurant near by, I never saw this in my life! Kudos to that guy ! Everything else was ok, breakfast is deacent and location is close to highway. Parking is possible on location in garege or outside on a street.
