Great little budget hotel right next to the train station. Easy check in even though it was late at night when we arrived, with clear instructions provided beforehand. Breakfast consisted of fruit, pastries, bread, eggs, cereal, cheese and ham. Plenty for everyone and staff constantly replenishing items. Reception staff very helpful at explaining local buses to Europa Park and paid for our bus ticket when we returned from the park. Rooms were clean and tidied daily (bins emptied, towels replaced if needed etc). Very quiet on an evening so ideal for families with young children.

This hotel is primarily meant for families and young adults visiting Europark in Rust. We used it for a place to sleep close to Basel. This part of Germany is close to Rhein and France. It is also part of Schwarzwald. The hotel is only one km from A5. The region has a lot og agricultural land and is therefore beautiful as well as peaceful. There are many small villages in proximity. The breakfast was better than expected. I was very pleased to see a lot of various bread types, Bretzel and Schwarzbrot included. I had mainly egg and Leberwurst on top of the bread. Plenty of fruits and many eating choices. The other tourists also looked pleased. Many, many parking places. Free.

I am too old for scary rides in Europark

We used the hotel for 1 night during our visit to Europa Park. The hotel was more than sufficient for what we needed. The decor maybe slightly outdated, but that wasn't a problem for us. The breakfast was rich, everyone found something they liked. We are family of 5 and as we booked last minute, the price for 2 rooms including breakfast was a very good deal. The communication with the hotel was very good, the staff helpful and pleasant. We also appreciated the free bottled water (please, also include the still water additionally to the sparkling :-)

Not a big problem for us, but there aren't restaurants in easy walking distance from the hotel. But there are many of them in Rust, which is an easy drive from the hotel. Just check your parking possibilities before you go, so you don't end up driving in circles like us :-) as there aren't many options for parking on the main street in Rust. Also it's a good idea to book your table for dinner as they get full very fast with the park visitors.

We've got this room on the last minute booking with quite some discount (indicated by booking.com to be ~40%) which made it a good deal. Nice hotel, with a private parking, good WiFi and VERY good breakfast with a variety of choices (worth paying for it!). The room is spacey and well equipped. A free water bottles are close to the reception.

You have to be aware that the reception is opened only during the morning. In the afternoon access to the hotel is via the code. There will be an envelope on the reception desk with your name and card(s) to the room. For us everything went smoothly and we did not have any request/questions to the reception upon arrival, but if you will have, be aware that there will be nobody to greet you.

I was celebrating my birthday and Im so glad i booked this hotel . As soon as we arrived at hotel they decorated our room really nicely with Prosecco and petals and swan shaped towels ,service was very very good and people were very nice , the free shuttle service to europa park was so convenient and on time , for breakfast on my birthday they also surprised me with a reserved table with decorations and they always went above and beyond to make our stay special. Although Breakfast area looked small they had everything you need and was clean their cakes were very delicious and bread was very fresh . Will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and visit again . Really wish to also thank the receptionist which was very helpfull . This hotel is the hotel to go to when visiting europa park ! You have a train station very close to hotel and free shuttle service and stays are very affordable !keep up all your great work and thankyou once again for all you have done .

Location is good, near Europapark. Pizza/Kebab restaurant and a big grocery store across the street. We booked a triple room. The main double bed was really comfortable. I am grateful that there was a proper 3rd bed in the room and not a sofa bed. Good breakfast was included in the room rate. I felt safe staying in the this hotel as all the guests were required to show the COVID-19 certificate before getting a room key, we sent it ahead by email. Dogs are allowed, charges apply. It was our second time in this hotel and we would come again.

Although there was a proper 3rd bed, the mattress wasn’t the same good quality as the double bed. My husband didn’t sleep well on it. Please cut the overgrown bush outside the room window. You could hardly open the window. Plus the risk of having mosquitoes in.

Very convenient and uncomplicated check in process. They give europapark parking ticket free of charge and there is free water in glass bottles. Breakfast was good with fruits and multiple options. Highly recommended.

There is no ac and building is little bit old. Other than that there is nothing major to complain.

Unfortunately, the room temperature at night was high and the table fan was not enough to reduce the stuffiness. It's better to open window fully for all night after sunny, hot day. Rooms are rather small but if you spent there nights will be enough.

The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate. Get there early otherwise the dining area will fill up fast. The area was well stocked with numerous options and the area was kept quite clean.

No A/C but this is Europe and it is not common. There was an oscillating fan in the room, however, it very loud and not enough for the whole room with 4 guests.

Comfortable rooms with good size/space, very clean and nice decor. Close to Europa Park, staff very kind, good breakfast. Very good quality for the price. The room for a family of 4 was perfect with good size and space. This is my third time in Europa Park and this is the best place regarding quality/comfort/price of the 3 hotels in the area I have stayed so far.

The rooms are not well isolated so you can hear noise from rooms next to if loud but for me not really disturbing at all
