Location - The location was perfect, there are a number of great restuarants within a 3-5 minute walk, a 10 minute slow walk to the Acropolis entrance and a 15 minute walk to the center of the old town. There is also a bus service within a 3 minute walk that you can use to take you to the beaches. Room - The hotel are currently renovating rooms, so you will either be allocated an old room or a new room. We had an old room, it was still clean, well looked after and maintained. As a guess I would suggest maybe the room is 5-10 years old so still completely acceptable. Breakfast - This was great, a good selection of food, a table was always available and the food was regularly restocked. Roof top bar/Restaurant - The view form here was amazing, the food tasted really great and there is a good selection of drinks. Perhaps a little more expensive than the restaurants around the local area but that's to be expected in a hotel. I still completely recommend it! Staff - The staff make this hotel, everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. From reception to the cleaning staff and the bar staff. The staff are a highlight of the hotel and we would go back again just for this!

The building over the road was under construction, they started and stopped work at reasonable times so this wasn't a problem at all and would not put us off going back.

The location was spots on! And the hotel was very nice. The view from the roof totally worth it. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, the shower was very clean, and i didn't hear noise from other rooms.

Is close to a main road, if you like silence to rest, make sure to request a room turned to the acropolis.

Every single member of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and professional. The room and balcony were good sizes, the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was very good, the room never lacked anything and was always very clean. The hotel location was great, walking distance to everything: Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki and loads of restaurants. I appreciated having a fridge stocked with water as well as having a kettle and coffee provided. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the staff and of the hotel. They exceeded my expectations. I would most definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Unfortunately there was construction going on across the street which was noisy but that is not the fault of the hotel.

The location is very convenient for to take M2 metro to various places. The cleanliness is up to standard. The view of Parthenon from the rooftop restaurant is magnificent. The price is very reasonable for the quality.

I stayed in room 201 on 2nd floor in front of the elevator. During the morning and night when people are coming and going, it is very noisy. The room is not soundproof. There are also buildings reformation at the moment, so it's bit annoying during the day. But I really don't mind because most of the time I was out roaming in the city. Moreover, the hotel is quite concerned about this so they gave me some complimentary gift for the inconvenience. Also the wifi is very slow. I ended up using my roaming data for entire stay.

Location is excellent with easy access to public transportation, a large variety of restaurants and shops close by, and easily within walking distance of the majority of archeological sites in Athens. There is a breakfast available that has a very good selection of food to get the day started off right. The roof top restaurant has a very friendly and helpful staff providing very good meals and drinks for lunch and supper.

There was construction on a building across the street from the hotel during my stay that was very noisy. The work started at 8am and ended at 4pm.

Fantastic experience which combined convenience , pleasure, and resting without spending a fortune. The accommodation meets high standards of quality in terms of all aspects. Let's start from Teo the receptionist who welcomed me warmly and professionaly despite arriving very late, he explained everything to me and he also provided me with an adaptor to charge my phone. In the room I was surprised by the complimentary gift which was a bottle of wine and a box full of mini chocolates. Moving on the room was clean and really comfortable having all the possible hotel amenities you could imagine or ask. As about the breakfast it had everything you needed to start your day. I could definitely say that can easily be compared to 5 star hotel. Last but not least the breath taking view of Acropolis on the roof top. Highly recommend it. Thank you.

The staff were fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble. From check-in to arranging a transfer to the airport. Rooms were spacious and had all amenities needed. Housekeeping also made sure that we had everything we needed for our rooms - from extra water to forgotten toiletries. Beds are very comfortable too. And then there was the rooftop terrace/bar - fantastic views of the Acropolis and the Jazz night was very enjoyable. Already planning our next trip and will definitely be staying here next time!

Nothing to dislike

The location was very good for our needs, most of the staff were so helpful and friendly from the reception to cleaning staff and most of the bar staff. Two were not so suited to their chosen job in our opinion. However we were very happy with everything during our stay. The live entertainment was a lovely addition and we enjoyed the saxophonist and duet very much. Truly this hotel was great for our needs. I am returning in January and will try to book again.

The older young man (if that makes sense) of the bar staff was not friendly or helpful and it seemed to affect the young girl he worked with also, perhaps he had something going on!? We used the bar every night of our stay and only one night when the young man with dark beard was on did it feel like we were welcome and he seemed very happy and good at his role and made polite friendly, fun conversation. We would ask for a room on the less busy road side next time as we are not used to heavy traffic noise but that wasn’t a huge issue, it’s just we live in an area with no traffic so not used to it. The above are not complaints just little things.

The Hotel has probably the best view of the acropolis from it's roof top bar & restaurant. Breakfast and the food in the restaurant was excellent such a great choice and standard of food. The room was excellent with a large king-size bed very clean and all the facilities to make your stay so enjoyable.

Across the street was the demolition of a building so from 07:30 - 15:00 the noise was unbearable with heavy industrial hammering to break the old concrete. I feel the Hotel could have messaged to give prior warning of the inconvenience and to give you a heads up

The staff of this hotel are what make it. They are all so polite, kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. My husband has dietry issues, and they went out of their way to assist.

The hotel rooms are now dated and require an update, especially the bathrooms. They are tiny, and should have moved on past the shower over the bathtub with the plastic shower curtain. It makes it very difficult with people with mobility problems. So much wasted space in the balconies, yet can hardly move in the bathroom.
