The apartment is conveniently located near many stores and restaurants, as well as the tram and subway. It's a very short walk to the Acropolis. We had no problem walking everywhere in town, and it was easy to get to the port for a ferry as well. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of outlets. The washing machine is a nice addition, especially with children. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and the living room was comfortable. The apartment has a lot of room, really a nice place. It's on a higher floor but there is an elevator.

The Internet was sometimes not reliable in the farther bedroom.

The location close to all public transportation and rental cars agancy..(2 stops from Syntagma, 1 stop from Acropoli...), the kindness of the staff, air conditioning, clean, well aquiped, the photoes in booking are representing the reality and Athens in general

We liked the place and well be hapoy to stay there in future again. Only thing we recommend is checkin in advance about the variety of care products that the place offers and if you are staying for a relatively long period of time, then the same goes for the variety of cleaning products that the place provides.

Nice comfy apartment with all amenities needed for a family of four. For the Athens weather, AC units in all rooms are a super feature. Good location, near the Acropolis museum, metro and tram station across the street, walking distance to Plaka and Syntagma. Smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very responsive and helpful.

It's not something I didn't like, just like a lot of previous reviews, the bathroom could have a renovation. Far from it being bad or whatnot, with a little makeover the appt would be tip-top 😊

A very spacious apartment, super close to metro, close to Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma. Tram to the beaches is next door. Easy check in process and good instructions in a manual inside. Feels that the owner tried to create a very convenient space. And you can see the Parthenon from the balcony!!!

One thing to mention - the living room looks over a very busy highway. But bedrooms are lòoking over quite courtyard. A little noisy in the bedrooms if you sleep with no AC and all doors open.

The apartment was in a prime location, close to a main train station, great for going from the airport and moving around Athens. It was also wlaking distance to restaurants, and attractions (entrance to acropolis). The place itself was spacious, and kept neat and tidy, comfy beds and pillows, it is in a 4th level, but there is a lift.

Nothing to dislike

We've been for the second time in this property. Everything remains very comfortable. The apartment stays very well maintained. Almost everything is in good order. Just to remind - location of the apartment is an absolute top as you have Acropolis, Plaka, Museum Quarter, Kolonaki all in 20-30-max 40 minutes leasury walking distance (we are with kids!) or 1-2-3 metro stations. Metro station entrance is across the street. Tram stop is in front of the door. Definitely a choice if we're in Athens once again.

Iron press should be probably replaced. Otherwise all equipment looks to be fine.

The location of Athens Heartbeat was perfect. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The washer/dryer combo and two bedrooms were very nice. The kitchen was useful. I used my Netflix account to watch movies on the large tv in the living room after long days of sightseeing. Air conditioning was a blessing too.

Bring shampoo, laundry soap and some trash liners.

Very good sized apartment! We had so much space it was fantastic. A full kitchen equipped with the basics, a washer and dryer in one, two balconies, a great tv with Netflix, comfortable beds with extra pillows, great air conditioning and drinkable water. Shower also had fantastic pressure, and great location. Metro right across the road if you don’t feel like walking. We would definitely come back

The apartment located in the heart of Athens. All the famous attractions are in walk in distance. We didn't have to take public transport or taxi to visit any attraction except for the Kalamaki beach. It was 25 mins away by bus. Beach was also nice and super clean. Not crowded at all this time(October). Apartment was well equipped. We could find all the essentials in the apartment. Bathroom was also clean and equipped with some complementary toiletories like wash gel and shampoo etc. Rooms were moderate sized and could find more towels and extra sheets in the rooms. Living room was also nice. We really liked the couch, footrest and the smart tv. :) We checked in late(around 23:00). The instructions given by the hostess to self checkin were super simple and easy to follow. Special thank to Maria, our hostess. She responded within seconds for all our questions and also arranged very late checkout for us. Thanks Maria once again for being a wonderful hostess. We will definitely visit again! <3

The traffic and noice from the street outside. But it's not a problem with the property. When you close the windows, everything was perfect.

Our host was easily accessible and helped us with all of our needs. We also loved that there was a washer and dryer and were able to do a load of clothes since it was needed.

We didnt stay there long enough to not like anything. Everything went pretty smoothly.
