I stayed in 7 hotels during my trip throughout Europe and this hotel was the best i stayed in so far, the staff are super nice, informative and helpful, especially Yanni, the facility is amazing, just amazing! Brand new apartments with washing cloth facility which helped me a lot, upon checking in I received an email with restaurants names in the area, activities, and a lot more information I also got an upgrade to a 1BR instead of a studio which was a very pleasant surprise, and got a complimentary wine bottle too :) I had an amazing balcony with beautiful view and some plants in it, with a table and two seats I loved it. Very decent neighborhood, supermarket, fruits and vegetables market, pharmacy and hair salon were all a few steps away and everyone I met was so nice and friendly, there is also an amazing bakery that sells the best orange cake i have ever had, among other cakes too, I went there at least 4 times! There was also a breakfast joint behind the hotel where I enjoyed my eggs and coffee in those lazy days! Acropolis was also 10 minutes walk, there was also few authentic Greek Restaurants next to me with some fantastic food to try. Metro station was 2 min walk, bus station was 1 minute walk, and main road was just 4 minutes walk I loved Athens and I will be back very very soon and will only stay at the same hotel.

Absolutely Nothing

Loved the location, the apartment was clean and a beautiful space to come back to! Very friendly staff who sorted out airport transfer for us. They also kept in touch with us pre arrival. Staff had lots of useful tips for places to see and where to eat. Super comfy beds!!! The place is a short walk from the Acropolis, the museum, and other main sites. Very safe neighbourhood with lots of food options. Cannot heat the outside noise either. I was so worried that this place was fake because of all the amazing reviews but now I see why!!! Would recommend this place and would stay again!

One bedroom did not have a view but I wasn't expecting one. Shower took a while to warm up and had an indoor ventilation which meant it was a weird direction but such a minor issue! I was apprehensive about booking as the pictures looked like artistic impressions rather than real photos, but our apartment (No.3) was as the pictures!

Location was amazing, right next to the main tourist spots and the metro too. Very quiet at night too. Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. The staff helped us with transfers to and from the airport and they were on hand with info on where to go.

The tea bags they provide aren't great, that is literally the only complaint I could find.

A very comfortable and quiet apartment with a balcony. For us it was apartment 8 on the 4th floor. There is everything you need to have a good time. The bedding is excellent, the air conditioning perfect. And it is extremely well located in a quiet residential area. Just 10 minutes walk from the Acropolis and very close to Plaka, Syntagma etc. If you arrive a little late, the key is waiting for you and everything is well explained. Communication is excellent with everyone, and if you do not want a cleaning service, or on the contrary if you want more, you can arrange it. In addition, you can leave your luggage on the last day. Honestly, a perfect experience!

Great location, just down the hill from the Acropolis on quiet (for Athens) tree-lined street, and just up from Syngou-Fix metro station (5 mins walk). Good choice of restaurants with quality food close-by, also a handy supermarket. Well appointed apartment, super comfortable bed, good bathroom and nice kitchen/dining room. Efficient Air/Con. We had a late night flight out of Athens and the provision of day lockers and use of a bathroom after we had checked out was greatly appreciated. Wonderful communications through the booking.com app with loads of useful info. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment.

Wow! This place is really amazing. I was worried because the price was so good but so were the reviews so I booked it. And Wow. Possibly the best deal I've ever booked. Giannis and his sweet dog met us in the lobby and explained all we needed to know. The building was spotless and secure. Our room, #5, was basically a 2 bedroom apartment. So roomy and even had a small balcony. This place was fantastic. Clean, safe, secure, walkable to food/drink/shops/sights. I really am still kinda in shock at what a great place this was for the price. Do not hesitate to book this!!!

Fantastic location just a couple of minutes walk to the Plaka (main eating and souvenir area) and acropolis. Modern and clean - the entire apartment was well looked after and secure. Aircon throughout which was a godsend given the very hot temperatures (38°c +) Staff were very friendly and accommodating - they showed us where to get extra supplies (toiletries, coffee etc) if we needed. Communication with Yannis both before and during our stay was brilliant. He sent through suggestions of things to do, places to eat and was very welcoming. Additional recommendation - there's a bakery at the bottom of the street and across the road. Their breakfasts are amazing! Very handy having breakfast covered before going to explore.

We stayed for three nights. Lovely little apartment for my partner, little girl and me. Staff were lovely, and you can pay by card for peace of mind. Excellent communications from Yannis about how to get to the apartment, including check-in, food, etc. Great facilities and very clean. Beautifully decorated. We loved that they provided all your kitchen essentials for cooking. Shower water pressure was excellent. Pillows and beds were comfortable. Great location, about 5 minutes walk from Syggrou-Fix Metro stop. On the same street close to the Metro there are three restaurants that serve excellent food and are highly rated on TripAdvisor (ROKA, Kalamaki and SeaWolf). Around the corner there is a My Market for groceries too! Thank you!

Nothing. We liked it very much! If I was being really picky, it would have been useful to have salt and pepper, and oil for cooking, and some milk for coffee.

Fabulous apartments. Perfect location for places to eat and walking around the city. Comfortable bed, powerful shower and great little kitchen. The balcony was great to sit out at night and drink a few beers. Loved every minute of our stay here and would not hesitate to book again if we find ourselves back in Athens

This is just amazing! I am sooo happy I made my choice for Great Living! I worked for tourism almost 15 years, travelled and saw lots of hotels, apartments and villas, but here you feel like home from the first moment. And if you were lucky to meet Kleopatra you will be inspired of Greek women energy, optimism and heart-warming! Ευχαριστώ, Κλεοπάτρα! The rooms are very, very clean, freshly decorated, it has everything one might need. Bed is super-comfy! I had also a nice balcony for my morning tea/coffee. Yeah, they will put some capsules of coffee and the tea-bags as well as white/brown sugar! The area is very safe, quiet at night, you do not have a feel that you are staying in capital city, but within 5 min. you will find several popular and lively spots for dining or wine sipping. On neighboring street there are lots of Insta-look sights including house of Mikis Theodorakis daughter Margarita. Acropolis and Acropolis museum is within the walking distance, not far from the hotel is fab ice-cream parlour "Dolce Far Niente" and if you choose Parthenonos street for your walk to Acropolis, passing Divani palace htl on the next crossroad there is excellent coffee roastery/take-away "Coffee Dive"! Will definitely come back as soon as possible!
