View from the room wasn't great but we were only on the first floor and we didn't spend much time there anyway. The roof top view on the other hand was fabulous and you could go up there whenever you liked. The beds were comfortable, and I'm picky about beds! The rooms have a few built in USB charging ports which is very handy, so if you do forget your charging plug, you'll be fine! The breakfast set up wasn't big but there was still variety (pastry, cereals, breads, yoghurts, salad, boiled egg, fresh orange juice and more. It was good enough to set you up for the day. I have to say the breakfast ladies were super lovely! I always tried to say thank you to them after each meal. All the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately I forgot to get the names of them but the two gentleman we often saw at reception were so friendly and helpful. The one who checked us in gave us a map, plotting sites and offered restaurant recommendations as well. Location was fantastic. 3 mins to the Acropolis which is on a lovely promenade you can walk through. 15 mins to the centre (Monastiraki, Syntagma). We walked pretty much everywhere. Only taking a taxi to Lycabettus Hill - a 15mins journey about 10 euros. It is about an hour from the Airport - Taxi fare was about 47-50 Euros one way.
There were sometimes people talking loudly in the hallway which is more of a them problem than a hotel problem but it wasn't often enough to really bother me. So do note the doors aren't super noise blocking. Not so much to dislike to be fair. It's not a luxury hotel so you shouldn't expect it to be.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We were impressed by the hotel's commitment to sustainable tourism and environmental responsibility. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, the room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable (and thankfully long enough!), and the bathroom was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary Christmas treats and readily available coffee, the 24-hour bar, and the peaceful atmosphere. The rooftop on the fifth floor, where we had our breakfast every day, offered breathtaking views of the Acropolis and was open to guests throughout the day for drinks and relaxation. We celebrated New Year's Eve there, with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine provided by the hotel! Furthermore, the central location made it easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. I can't imagine a better experience.
In an otherwise flawless experience, the only minor inconvenience was that Uber taxis don't stop directly at the hotel entrance. However, this is a negligible detail, as both Uber and public transport are readily available within a short 200-meter walk.

The staff were exceedingly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were modern and clean. The view of the Acropolis was magical. We even got wafts of a major concert going on in the ancient Amphitheatre beneath the Acropolis. The view of the Acropolis was something we didn't want to let go when we left. This hotel with its friendly staff would be my first choice if I were to come back to Athens.
There is nothing I didn't like about this boutique hotel. We did have an overload issue on the lift when five hefty humans tried to get it to operate. Fortunately the safety system of the lift said there was an overload issue which turned out not to be an issue when one of us got out. Seriously, though, there was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

Fabulous staff and excellent location. Before arrival, clear quick communication with the hotel pre-arrival made for an easy transition from the cruise port to the hotel, using the booking chat we were able to arrange reasonably priced transportationâa very efficient and smooth check-in. The desk reception staff member was polite and thorough. The rooms are small and clean, with air conditioning in good working condition, and quiet we booked for two people per room as a party of 6 we had 3 rooms and they were able to place us all on the same level. The hotel has a small newer elevator that is good for two people and bags at a time. amenities provided small refrigerator runs quietly, and a kettle with tea or coffee is in the room. Beds and pillows are very soft, we found this to be true of most hotels in the area. Our departure was also equally smooth as we were leaving before the regularly scheduled breakfast buffet, the Desk staff member was able to arrange pick up, at the airport, and a tasty boxed breakfast to go (highly recommend) I am sorry I did not get their staff members name, they are excellent representatives of your hotel. We also were able to take advantage of the location, great for exploring the local sites, and bring a snake and some drinks up to the rooftop patio to enjoy the wonderful view. We kept the table lamps off and just admired the scenery.
The pillows are very soft, firmer pillows would be good. Ask for an additional towel there is only one per person provided, and some hooks lower down to hang things would be helpful, but most are too high to reach. A warning to guests to watch their step in the bath as the shower stall's floor edge is pointed and raised just enough to stub your toe easily.

The Hotel is in a nice area, lively but not crowded, safe and pitoresque in one way. The view of Acropolis is just amazing by night and in the morning when a delicious and generous breakfast is serve on the rooftop. At the desk are avaible some sweets and Mandarine Juice. The staff was really kind and gave us suggestions about places to have dinner nearby (great traditional food!). The room was clean and beds very confortable, parhaps only a bit small for a long stay. Anyway, I am very satisfied, I love the city in winter, I have been hier many times but first in december and my aim was to visit archeologica sites with my son who studies ancient Greek. Perfect to reach Acropolis and by feet to the most important places, also the museum - wow! - is just 5 minutes walk.

1.Room with window view of the monuments of ACROPOLIS, especially at night (with lights on around the Monuments) & in early morning. 2.Breakfast terrace view (opposite the Acropolis), breakfast was rich & healthy! 3.Location: so close to the Acropolis! 4.Location perfect: so near to everything within walking distance you could see EVERYTHING, especially at night for cultural events at the Odeon of HERODION ATTICOS!!! Everything was great!! Many thanks to the staff - they were ALL very professional, polite, helpful, smiling people rich with genuine Greek "philoxenia" (hospitality)! EYXARISTO!!!
I liked EVERYTHING - It was simply AMASING!!!

Fabulous location literally a couple of minutes from the Acropolis. The staff were amazingly helpful every time we spoke to them. Also, they were just friendly and attentive, not sitting around playing on their phones.... The view from the roof top is exactly like in the photos, it is amazing, especially at night. Lastly, the breakfast selection was excellent. Lots of variety, I barely had room for lunch as the breakfast was so good.
The room was basic - though to be fair we did book the economy room. Also, there was an odd knocking of pipes late at night and first thing in the morning, which was presumably the heating going off and coming on.

The property is very good, which explains why it is almost all the time fully booked. What I liked the most about it, is the location, enabling a walk all over Athens sightseeing locations, with a spectacular terrasse view on the acropolis of Athens. The staff at the reception were very friendly, provided a map and a suggestion of areas and restaurants to visit. The prices at the bar of the hotel were ok, compared to other places of Greece. Overall very good value for money
The price for a teeny-tiny room, 120⏠per night for a small room, is somehow expensive, but is definitely worth it compared to the hospitality received from the hotel staff, and to the hotel location and view.

Breakfast and cocktails in the evening on the rooftop area was exceptional. The view is unmatched in Athens for the Acropolis. Close and uninterupted. We booked the bedroom with a view but it really was only a view when you went onto the small balcony. Thus, the rooftop is where we preferred. :-) Breakfast was amazing & plentiful. Best in our 3 weeks of travel across Europe and this includes Paris! The front reception area is excellent with refreshments and the service was kind and professional. We were able to keep our baggage there for 5 hours until check-in, as we arrived early from a cruise. We went adventuring for the day and on return, found our bags already taken up to our room. Location is 10-15 minutes from all the main attractions; we were able to walk everywhere, even in 35 degree heat. Airconditioning was excellent, given the heat in July. Restaurants, minimarts and cafes are all close by.
Room & bathroom were just a tad small but still very clean. When you spend all day adventuring, it's really not a big deal. But I can't think of anything negative. :-) We wished we had more than two nights.

The property is perfectly situated and in a very quiet area. Athens is very walkable but this was a perfect spot as it was right next to the Acropolis and we could walk towards the stadium easily too. The staff were amazing, so friendly and the staff member who checked us in was so helpful with telling us where to go and how to get anywhere. The view from the top is incredible!! The price point was unbelievable with the view. You can get drinks 24 hours from the hotel bar and go up and look at the Acropolis. The rooms were comfortable, the single beds were a bit small but still comfortable. Breakfast was a great spread for a cheaper hotel. Would highly recommend staying here!!
The wifi was very patchy. When it worked, it worked great but when it didnât, it was hard to load maps or order an Uber etc. Wasnât a big deal though.
