great location, modern style, new and clean, nice rooftop bar and pool.

our room was very very small and located in the basement level next to the gym and elevator which was very noisy all night long and in the early hours of the morning

The location is excellent. Just a few minutes walk to the Acropolis and some very nice restaurants recommended by the girl at the reception. The rooftop bar and the pool are amazing. There are some nice cocktails too. Our booking was for only one night but we liked everything so much so we wanted to stay a bit longer and Yiannis did his best to fulfil our wishes. This guy is everywhere at the hotel and he really cares for each guest! The breakfast was excellent. You should definitely check the a la carte menu. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The coffee machine is a great addition too. But the coffee tastes better when Yiannis makes it for you! I recommend this hotel if you are visiting Athens. We are definitely coming back!

Chic, creative and modern boutique hotel in a great spot next to the trees in Filopappus Hill in Koukaki. The terrace has undisturbed view to Acropolis and we really enjoyed the cocktails and the sun beds up there. The hotel is in a great position for exploring the highlights, but also the small gems of Athens, as the neighbour hood is full of small and intimate restaurants and bars. The hotel itself has an attractive small size which gives it a very cozy vibe. If you like modern and clean design don't look any further! on top of that you will meet a staff that are attentive, sincerely and very welcoming.

A nice and clean hotel. We had a mountain view room on the first floor. The room was spotless. I particularly loved the breakfast. It was exceptional. I loved the egg white omelette with green peppers and onions (as I requested from the menu). Also tried the pancakes (very good) and French Toast (which wasn't for me but my husband loved it). They also have this wonderful cake in the dining area which was my favourite with a cup of coffee. Excellent location. Walking distance to the Acropolis and the Acropolis museum and restaurants.

I think fresh water bottles (glass preferably) would be good for rooms. Filtered water in glass bottles will also be good for the environment. Some instructions on how to use the air con and heating would be useful and perhaps a storage room for luggage for those who have a late flight so someone in reception doesn't have to keep an eye on it.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They have helped us in so many ways. The breakfast and pool/service was great too. The room was comfortable and had enough space. Location is good, many nice bars and restaurants down the street in the trendy Koukaki neighbourhood. Just a few minute walk to the sights. Don’t need to look for rooftops in the city since the rooftop bar on the hotel offers the greatest views of acropolis and the city.

Our stay was very short, less than 24 hours, but we did find the room comfortable and the staff helpful. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order, and the breakfast room had a pretty garden patio view. The surrounding area is quite hilly, not far from the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum.

The hotel is very new and seems to have some thoughtful features but maybe not yet complete. For example we found a lack of towel bars and hooks in the bathroom, only one towel bar which happened to be in the shower. These could be added to allow places for hanging bathrobes, towels etc.

I really enjoyed the stay at Neoma Hotel. It really surpised me, from the first moment i entered the hotel. The room had amazing city view, great soundproof, great staff and amazing Emelis products in the bathroom. The location of the hotel in an luxurious part of Athens, super safe and next to a nice hill. The pool, oh wow, what a view, what a good music and friendly staff.

The downgrades, not many: the room side could have been bigger (but not an issue), the breakfast is a la carte which doest t have the biggest choices for food especially if you are vegan. PS: choose the city view room, don't choose the upgrade to hill view. There is nothing to see and the room is without sun.

This property only opened 3 months ago so everything is brand new. Everywhere you look you can appreciate the attention to detail. The owner and staff seem to have thought of every conceivable amenity that a discerning traveler would need and then delivered that in spades. The staff are friendly, professional, and always available to assist in any way they can. The property is small and so if you are looking for that boutique feel which offers a personal touch, then this is certainly the place you should consider. Oh and one more thing, a review would not be complete without mentioning their rooftop bar and view of the Acropolis and almost all of Athens - Spectacular !!! No hesitation in coming back to stay here or in recommending this place to anyone wanting a luxurious boutique abode.

From its central location, to its boutique layout, Neoma is truly a rare find. The warm and professional service of the staff is exceptional. Being tucked behind the busyness of Athens, means minimum traffic comes through on the street. And even when it does, despite being on street level, and on the first floor, we didn’t hear a thing. The rooms are bright, clean and the bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The shower of the bathroom in particular was incredibly soothing with its oversized shower head. It will have those who enjoy their shower time, struggle to leave. The breakfast offering was of great quality and ample in the range they served. I look forward to returning to Neoma next time I find myself in Athens..

The switches on the walls could get tricky or confusing to those who may be of more mature age, and would be more user friendly if they were simplified.

A TRULY PHENOMENAL BOUTIQUE HOTEL. First, if you’re new to Athens as I was, the location can’t be best as you are nestled right under the Hill of the Muses and can hike that and the Acropolis easily. But the star if the show was the amazing rooftop dinner and views - truly, breathtaking and absolutely 10/10 fine dining meal. So delicious. Excellent and attentive service by the whole staff, special shout-out to Elpidoforous! When I come back to Athens this is the hotel I will always stay at, and I will insist this place as my top recommendation. Thank you Neoma!
