the hotel is new and it was clean and close to the center.

The room was too small, breakfast was ok but not great. Vegetables were not fresh

Location was very convenient for us. The old town centre is about 10-15min walk. Hotel was near a big/busy road, right next to the parliament building, but rooms were pretty quiet. Breakfast was very nice too, with lots of choice and staff willing to go out of their way to keep you happy. Roof terrace with pool + bar/restaurant was amazing, including view of the Acropolis. Staff were excellent at every level and always happy to help.

We had a small issue with the booking of dinner with entertainment - misunderstanding about the timing of the entertainment but that was kindly dealt with by the duty mgr. In the room, it would be nice to have more cupboards. In the bathroom: it would help to have more hooks to hang things; it would be nice to have more light overhead; it would help if the towel rail was not directly in front of the sink. Little details but somehow quite annoying every day...

Very nice and upscale hotel, staff is very kind and try to be helpful, rooms are modern and comfortable, very high-tech.

Pool is tiny and with absolutely no shade. The sun up there is very intense all day until 9 pm. I ordered a cold coffee next to the pool (8 euros!) and as soon as I got it they decided it’s now tome to change for the dinner menu and just took my parasol without asking, so it was impossible to stay there and enjoy my overpriced drink. Also it is surprising that they bother you to check the minibar all the time while you’re in the middle of the city and the price of the stuff there is ridiculous, it would be much nicer to give a few free items for the amount they charge anyway and not bother you with it all the time. As it is common in many other hotels.

The property was centrally located in Athens near nice shops and bars. Inside the quality of the hotel was excellent. We requested a cot for our son and it came equipped with everything you need for a child including a change table , baby products and bath and baby toilet. We felt spoilt. The view was exceptional and the food at both breakfast and dinner was some of the best we’ve ever had.

The room was a bit small considering it was an international hotel and didn’t have much room for large suitcases, or even wardrobe space, but it didn’t matter much as we were constantly outside .

I only have to “details” to point out about the staff: - the waiter on the 10th floor restaurant put one of the used plates from the table next to mine, in my table, instead of taking it away immediately. It was “odd”, to say the least, in the middle of my dinner to have another used plate in my table! - when I checked out, I think I should have been told that the hotel had it’s doors closed for precaution, it’s the 1st of may! And should have been told that there was a rally near the hotel and that public transportation were on strike. I had to ask for alternatives to go yo the airport. 5 star hotels also should mean excepcional staff, unfortunately it wasn’t the case.

all good thank you - very well organised. Hotel rooms are very well designed, comfortable bed and especially important, comfortable pillows.

Location was ideal , accessible to metro , taxis and all public transportation - nearby areas were vibrant with restaurants and shops around , in general stay was pleasant , room was clean and hotel and comfortable but not too wide!

We booked for 3 nights, 2nd day we were out of water in the room and we ordered a bottle from housekeeping - got surprised that we had to pay for it eur 10, staff said in a rude way that only one bottle is complimentary for the whole stay (regardless number of days booked) and we were two which I really didnt like - that's below 4 stars hotel standards comparing to the money paid , even there was only 2 coffee capsules next to the machine which they never refilled after cleaning the room- these things should be complimentary !

Location is ideal, furniture and beds are great quality. Ambiance is lovely and relaxing environment. Good place to relax after a busy day in city.

Staff is not very engaging or service-orientated, they do a good job but not 5-star calibre. No attention to detail like turndown service; we were returning guests after visit to Greek islands but room wasn’t ready, they ask about checkin requests but not very accommodating. Service is not bad but very standard.

Breakfast was amazing, broad range, delicious and beautifully presented. The roof top pool, bar and restaurant were beautiful, the view of the parthenon was spectacular. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully presented. The service, from the front desk, to the concierge to the room service, was perfect.

The pool area could have had a few more sun lounges. However, I understand the limitation of space, being a roof top pool

We ate at the hotel restaurant on two evenings during our stay and both nights we were the only guests. The food and service were impeccable but it lacked atmosphere and felt a little strange being the only diners not once but twice. On the Saturday night of our stay the rooftop and pool area were rented out to a private party and closed at 5pm. Just something to be aware of if you are planning to use the pool and take in the best sunset views of Athens. We were disappointed to miss out on this.
