The hotel is located at perfect location, in a walking only area, just a few steps from Syntagma square. We have booked the Family room and is super spacious. The cleaning crew has done the amazing job each morning and have made refills of 2 still water bottles, 2 cokes and 2 orange juices free of charge. The staf is super nice and supportive. We have got a wine on the house while having a dinner at the lobby. Pizza and steak at the hotel restaurant is great.

The food selection for breakfast could be better. One type of sliced ham, one type of sliced cheese. The food rotations is very slow which means once we came for the breakfast around 8am the eggs were missing and the croissants were missing. When we have asked for the refill we have waited for 30 min to get it. One morning when we have asked for the egg refill the waiter has brought 5 eggs and it was 5 of us. So 1 eg per family member. The hotel was not crowded at all as it was December. This would be the only thing to improve for our stay. Everything else was perfect ☺️

After small water problem in our room they have moved as in the best apartment they have. Best staff, best location, excellent breakfast... Everything was perfect

Breakfast was great. The location was excellent. Centrally located around everything. Would definitely comeback and stay in the same hotel.

Maybe for breakfast some American style bacon and sausage would have been great. But over all the breakfast was great every morning.

The location was really nice in a beautiful area in Athens. They were so quick to answer all of our concerns via message prior to our travels. They arranged pick up and drop offs for us to and from the airport for simplicity. The breakfast included was really great. The bartender who was working on June 13 morning was incredible and made the most incredible lattes for us which were all included with breakfast! All of the staff were very helpful and nice. The room is small and simple but exactly what you need before heading out to the islands. It was very clean and we loved that it was laminate floors and no carpet.

Honestly nothing. It was perfect for a one night in Athens.

Good central location for most things. 20mins walk to the Acropolis. very close to main shopping area. The room was spacious, with balcony, although nothing to see on our 4th floor room. The bathroom was a good size, however it was a step into bath with a wall shower in the corner of the bath which made it a little awkward to get right under the water stream. Breakfast was pretty good with a range of food etc.

TV had a rubbish English speaking channels - only 1 that we could get. Taxi's can't get to the front of the hotel as it's a pedestrian area, however the positive was there was no traffic noise.

Close proximity to metro stop, excellent restaurants and cafes, hop on hop off bus. Room and bathroom were large and toiletries (toothbrush/paste, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel and soap) provided. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of items to choose from and coffee to order. Locals ate during all meals as well. Staff were all kind, helpful and spoke English.

Mattress was too soft for me, but friend slept great on hers. Was only told about private taxi for airport shuttle (51 euros) but another option is the metro train for 9 euros and about same time 40 mins. Bath tub/shower very high step over.

The hotel responded quickly to any questions I have prior to arrival. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing; the best I have ever had in a hotel. They will make you a latte or any other specialty coffee you request. Hotel Lozenge is in a safe good location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering going to Athens. It is within walking distance to popular tourist attractions which worked out great.

The hotel is located on a pedestrian street so cars can't drive right up to the door, but it worked out fine. Our taxi driver got us as close as possible and we had to walk the rest of the way with our luggage.

Welcoming staff at reception, nice large rooms with balcony, great central location near Syntagma yet on a quiet street in the pedestrian area. Quite flexible with check in and check out time which helped a lot as we arrived early in the morning and had a late afternoon flight the next day. Very nice roof garden with a view to the Acropolis, but unfortunately it was closed during our stay. Excellent cappuccino with breakfast!

The building is a little old and the corridors to the rooms not very attractive, the lobby area quite small and tight. Our room on the 4th floor had a balcony but only with a view of the apartment building just across the (pedestrian) street. But that's a minor quibble, overall it was great and we would stay here again in future.

The rooms are well appointed and modern and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly and professional. Their is a lift for a few people as well as luggage but also good, safe stairs that are easy to walk up and down too. The breakfast was excellent and had plenty of variety, the room service was also well priced, prompt and good value. Location was perfect with easy access to public transport and major attractions. I had a lovely stay at this fabulous boutique hotel and would definitely stay again.

No negative comments for this hotel at all. It suited all my requirements.
