There was no breakfast included. The location was excellent Ample room for 5 people The staff was very helpful. They addressed all our needs for transfers to and the airport and were very helpful and understanding when my charge card was rejected due to a glitch. Your customer service was wonderful. All my questions were answered quickly.

If there was more than one bathroom. There were 5 of us. The bathroom with the shower had mold on the walls.

Perfect location for exploring Athens for a few days. You have everything within a few kilometres walking from historical sites, shopping at all levels of quality and uniqueness to local bars and restaurants when wanting to escape the touristic centers like Plaka. Perfect location

Need to be aware that your transport may have a small challenge dropping you off and collecting as property is in a pedestrian street - nothing that a very short stroll can’t fix.

Fantastic location in central Athens, just off Syntagma Square. Clean, well-appointed and with a really helpful point of contact (although nobody actually on-site).

The central location meant quite a bit of noise at times at night, even with windows closed and air conditioning on.

Great location. Despite the fact that the apartment is located on a busy street, it is absolutely quiet inside with the windows closed. Clean and comfortable, looks exactly ad on the pictures. The staff is very welcoming and fulfilled all our requests. There was an electrical problem, but it was fixed very quickly.

Amazing location was walking distance to everywhere. There are plenty of places to eat in every direction. Walking distance to all key tourist spots, including the acropolis, Plaka, changing of the guard, etc. In the middle of everything. Great host. We had everything we needed.

Perfect location on the main street but you don’t hear the noise from it. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is well maintained and decorated. The beds were comfortable, the blinds were good and the towels were new

The residence was tastefully decorated,clean & fresh. Staff were always very responsive online, we were greeted by Dennis who helped us with our luggages & gave us a thorough orientation around the apartment. He was also easily reachable & quick to respond. The facilities were very good, they had prepared even laundry detergents,drying racks & laundry clips. Nothing was lacking. The location was superb, right at syntagma square with super easy walking to monastiraki & even acropolis. Overall very satisfied with our stay & would definitely come again.

The pictures for the apartment are very accurate! So tasteful! All the furniture was solid and comfortable and having a working smart TV was amazing for the kids. Great communication with staff. Everything we could have needed was available (dish/hand soap, toilet paper, basic medical items, travel toothbrushes, etc.) Quality curtains helped to block light and sound. Our family enjoyed every minute and could have easily stayed longer!

There was nothing I didn't like! This is a busy area, so one must be prepared for the street noise. Light sleepers will need to bring ear plugs. Also, you come in and out from the street, so be aware of that. Some might not like the area between the apartment and the Agora.....easy fix......we just always walked through Plaka. My only suggestion would have been to have fans available :)

Everything- location, size, decor, comfort, service. Our hosts communicated with us regularly and helped us with any of our questions or requests. We were greeted by Chris who went above and beyond to look after us.

The location is perfect for a short stay in Athens. It was 5 of us and we had plenty of room.

The trip to the Parthenon that we planned with the company was a bit chaotic and quite expensive.
