The location of this apartment is unbeatable—right in the heart of Athens, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, perfect for our family of six. Communication with the property was seamless, and the convenience of accessing the building and apartment via codes was a nice touch.

The apartment was quite noisy, but that's to be expected when staying in the center of a bustling city. It’s something to be aware of, or consider booking a unit on a higher floor—we stayed on the ground floor.

Fresh clean apartment in great location close to lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Apartments are a good size and fantastic view of acropolis. Also only a couple of blocks away from the Museum of the Ancient Agora and Monastiraki market area. Bars below can get noisy but it has good sound proofing overall.

One minor item is that (as in a lot of areas in Greece) you can't flush the toilet paper and have to put into a bin. We have experienced this before but always had an option of a bidet tap to help with this issue. Surprised with such a newly renovated apartment this was not no included and suggest could easily add in future. If staying for a few nights, as we were, you really want to get rid of waste and this has to be done by taking it a couple of blocks to main rubbish area. Still great apartment with a lot of positives.

As an Indian i was a little hesitant about booking the apartment in a foreign country but the apartment exceeded my expectations. It was exactly like the one shown in the pictures. And all the popular destinations, town square and the metro station was a walkable distance.The apartment was really clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. And the staff were really great they replied to my calls and messages quickly. And it was really affordable and worth every penny. And the view of the acropolis was so beautiful.

This property was in a great location and allowed easy walking and access to Psirri, Monastracki and Plaka. We easily walked to the Acropolis and all other attractions we wanted to see. We were thrilled with the property overall and was clean and very comfortable for two people with a good size with a shared bedroom and a kitchenette with a little area with a table and couch. The balcony was small but allowed for two people to sit. The kitchenette was well equipped and came with a coffee machine and pods (although some UHT milk would have been good). Overall thrilled with the experience.

Overall the property was excellent, the only comments are the stairway was very narrow but there is a lift if you are uncomfortable and housekeeping did not come during the stay. Some milk to accompany the coffee would have been a nice touch. This is a very hands off property, we didn’t see any staff during the duration of the stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Downtown Lofts Athens in the penthouse, and it was an unforgettable experience. One of the two spacious balconies offered an incredible view of the Acropolis, and the private hot tub was a perfect touch for relaxation. Despite being located in a lively nightlife area, the apartment was incredibly quiet inside, providing a peaceful escape. It had all the comforts and amenities of home, making for a very comfortable and convenient stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Athens!

Loved the space available in the room and location in the heart of Psyri. All staff were kind and helpful. Very responsive. Perfect location to walk to anything you could want to see - the Acropolis and the Parthenon, where Socrates taught, the temple of Zeus, Ermou street, where St. Paul taught, Little Kook, etc. all streets immediately near by are covered in amazing, authentic restaurants, bars and clubs.

It is loud at night, being in the heart of the entertainment district. For nightlife people, it’s amazing and fun!! Directly across the stress from a beautiful club. For families with small children or people who want a quiet night, this would not be an ideal location.

Best neighborhood! So many shops and restaurants. Walking distance to most of the major sites. Close to the train, even when dragging two roller suitcases and backpacks….and an elevator. It may only hold one person with luggage at a time, but it was a life savor for us after a busy day of sightseeing and walking 7-8 miles a day. The hot tub was also a wonderful way to unwind in the evening. The large terrace was perfect for an afternoon reading session while your travel partner naps. The views of the Acropolis from the bedroom are stunning.

There is a coffee maker that requires some type of pod. My only “complaint” is that we did not receive more coffee pods. When I asked, I was advised to buy some, but I didn’t know what kind to buy.

The loft is very well located in one of Athen's most movemented streets at night. There is a lot of restaurants and live music places to visit nearby. It is close by to the most important tourist places and has an incredible view at night with the Acropolis on sight. This view can be appreciated even from the bathroom while you are taking a shower, what a nice detail, I must say! The personal seemed very friendly despite the fact we haven't met in person. It seems like there were just one message away from helping us with anything we needed.

The room could be a bit bigger but other than that it seemed nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was sentral. Everything was clean. View on rooftop was amazing. Building was secure and the keyless eleectronic entry was convenient. Our stay was amazing and if I ever come back to Athens I will surely rebook. Very clear and quick feedback and responses from hosts.

Constructive feedback would he to provide salt and pepper, instructions and map for the closest public bin, and recommendations for things to do in the immediate local area, and a clothes rack to dry clothes..

The location of the house was perfect. A five-minute walk from the metro station and close to many restaurants and clubs. Right in the middle of the Athenian nightlife but still quiet and peaceful inside the flat. The flat was plush, nicely furnished and well maintained. With all the necessary amenities, plenty of light and appropriate space. The terrace with Parthenon view accessible to all tenants was very pleasant to enjoy the beautiful view while sipping a cup of coffee! Also very useful were the lockers available for leaving luggage on the day of departure. In a word perfect and everything taken care of to perfection.

Just to be picky I had read that the flat was to be cleaned after 2 nights which was not done
