Walking distance from Kostas, Diporto, Stani, central market, Plaka, Acropolis, and many more Athenian cultural institutions 5. The management is super friendly 6. The rooms are very clean 7. Value for money!

1. Psyri Square is where the locals party, and they party hard 😃. So if you are a light sleeper, then you may want to search for a quieter location. 2. The management is available & responsive via WhatsApp 24x7, but if you need 24hr in-house reception then this may not be the hotel for you.

Location was perfect! Located in a really nice, safe and cosy area in Athens with lots to do and a lot of places to eat/drink. Also pretty close to 'Monastiraki' metro station (easy to go to the airport & other places from there)! We also really loved our room and would book this stay again just for the room only, the bed was really nice/soft! Room was decorated very lovely. I found out our plane lost my suitcase when I arrived in Athens airport (the plane left a lot of suitcases on the island we left from due to weight problems) & our hotel host did absolutely everything to help us out! He helped calling & contacting the airport and kept us up to date, which made us feel a lot less stressed about the whole situation! Would absolutely recommend this place!

I stayed in a very charming loft in this hotel. The space is rationally divided, with a kitchenette and a bathroom downstairs and another bathroom upstairs (YES!!!). Water pressure was fantastic (for shower and washing). There was definitely a lot of attention paid to details, such as the contactless soap dispenser, kitchen equipment. The staff were awesome, very attentive without being intrusive, and very helpful. They stayed in touch and even kept track of when I was away on excursions to clean the place without disrupting my activities. They also arranged for transportation to the airport when I left. The location is right in the middle of the action, which did not bother me, but be prepared to be entertained by music during the weekend nights (until about 1 am on Saturday). Otherwise the only noise may be that of tourists chatting while passing by. Location-wise, one will never starve around the place, and walking a couple of minutes toward Monastiraki one is regaled with a picture perfect view of the Akropolis. Metro to/from airport is also at Monastiraki. Because this is a loft and the stairwell to the upper level is rather narrow and turns as well, accessibility to the sleeping area will be an issue for people with mobility problems. Also, I think that no more than two people (couple) could lodge comfortably in the space. But there may be other types of rooms in the hotel: given the extreme kindness and availability of the staff, it is worth asking directly for information. Note: bakery just outside- opens Mon/Sat at 6:00, very convenient for breakfast.

Not a dislike, but something to remember when one is in the place: like many other places in Athens, including at least one important museum I visited, the toilet flushes but no paper can be thrown in.

We had a lovely stay! The appartment was super clean, the owner was super friendly and available for everything we needed before and during our stay, and the location was super cool and central. Next door there's a really good bakery and lots of bars, coffee places and resturants in the area. We were travelling with a baby and the place was really suitable to our needs in that regard. We will definitely come back in our next trip to athens :)

The place was a bit noisey - from the street and the neighbours in the building... but we were expecting that since we understood this is typical to places in the center of athens.

We couldn’t have stayed at a better place. The location was prime close to all the ancient sites walking distance from the main city centre. The room itself was spacious, clean and tidy. The kitchenette was very useful. The staff were very nice, couldn’t have been more helpful. The facilities for ironing and laundry were very useful. They also provide taxi services to port and airports at a fair price from the local taxi prices. Visiting Athens for the first time the hotel made our lives easier as it was so close to everything.

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at Urban Tales! It is centrally located within easy walking distance of all of the main archaeological and historical sites of Athens, in the very vibrant neighbourhood of Psiri! There are so many restaurants and bars within mere steps of the apartment - it is a truly perfect location. The owners, Tassos and Sofia, are incredibly hospitable and welcoming. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and easy. The apartment itself was spectacularly clean, well-equipped, and much bigger than we expected! The bed is very comfy and bathrooms (our apartment had 2 full bathrooms! A nice surprise) very clean and comfortable. One note is that the apartment is located in the buzzing area where nightlife is a highlight, and the music and crowd noise from bar next door to the hotel does carry into the apartment. If you enjoy staying out late and enjoying the nightlife, this probably won't bother you! But do keep it in mind if you are a light sleeper or are easily woken by noise ;) Tassos and Sofia did supply us with earplugs for sleeping, which we really appreciated!

Cannot speak highly enough of this property! Excellent location within walking distance of many cafés, bars, restaurants, street markets and bakeries, as well as some of the attractions of the city. The room was spotless, very comfortable bed and nice and quiet in the evenings. The host Tassos was so friendly and welcoming, texting me the code to the building on the day I arrived and checking in from time to time to see if I needed anything. It is a newly opened property, hence it has fewer reviews than others. Overall an excellent option for a stay in Athens. Highly recommended!

Very clean, cozy and tasteful. Comfortable bed. Excellent, friendly stuff. Very central to all touristic attractions.

Psyrri is a tourist spot, therefore there are many bars and restaurants. Be aware that it‘s not a quiet place.

We’ve stayed the weekend of the June 9, first of all thank you to Tasso for all the great communication, arranging our transport and having patience with all our flight delays. Loved staying here for many reasons 1. Fantastic location 2. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, all right out your doorsteps. 3. Place cleans and confortable 4. You are close to everything without being in the middle of tourist central. 5. Everything is walking distance, we never used and transportation beside airport/ferry. 7. Tasso for being so nice to us

Nice Maisonette in the heart of Psirri. Right next to a plethora of restaurants, Bars etc. and around 20 mins walk to the Acropolis and 7mins walk to Monastaraki Square. Staff were helpful and friendly and the facilities were good.

Stagnant water in the showers, you could see the part of the floor near the drain were grounded down but the problem still remained. Shower room smelt damp and emitted a strong smell. There was a fault in the switchboard and so the AC unit kept switching on and off by itself, strangely this was at night!
