Great location with plenty of lovely places to eat really close by. This area of Athens is perfect to visit all the sights. The breakfast included was very good. The room was very nicely furnished. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Much nicer indoors than it looked from the outside. Quite quirky with a church in the reception and a massage chair.

The balcony was narrow with no real view and no furniture to sit on. It was fine for 1 night pre cruise but I would probably opt for a better room with a view and more outdoor space if staying longer. They are going to have a rooftop terrace sometime in the future which will be good..

Although located in a rather tired looking street itself, the Suites are only 50m from Ag. Anargron which is full of restaurants and bars all the way up to Monastriraki Square. The Suites building itself, though, is smart and modern, with a nice, well-appointed breakfast room. There were always cooked options available (a strange mix sometimes) but also lots of very nice cakes and baklavas. Our apartment (106) was located on the 1st floor, street facing, but reasonably quiet. It was of a good size, with kitchen area and large shower room, all extremely clean. Only complaint was that my wife would have liked a mirror somewhere in the apartment other than the bathroom.

These are only minor complaints:- 1. Only 1 mirror, located in the bathroom 2. Breakfast hot options sometimes a strange mix. 3. Fruit was very tired. 4. Mini bar prices not in room.

Breakfast was pretty nice with a decent selection of foods to suit sweet and savoury tastes. Particularly liked the fact English tea was available which always goes well with the pastries on offer in the hotel.

Filter coffee would have been nice for breakfast, too many poor standard coffee machines these days (personal view). Odd to see the staff coming and taking away plates of food for their own breakfast whilst guests are having theirs. Also lots of young females (don't know why but appears a trend there) appear to eat breakfast and then fill up the food containers they bring with them, surmising this is so they don't spend any money on eats during the day..

Royalty suites is clean and comfortable, in a good location opposite a pedestrianised area in Psyrri full of restaurants (all of good quality portion sizes were big) and ice cream shops, plus a few gift shops, a 10 minute walk to Monastiraki square where you can pick up tour buses, access to Plaka shops and Ancient Greek ruins. Breakfast contains a range of cold and hot food, plenty of fruit and nuts etc, and was good enough to start the day. Cleanliness of our room was very good.

Reception could have introduced their services such as excursions, and I would have preferred booking through them and probably saved money, instead I used get your guide which proved to be a let down.

The location of this hotel is quite good, situated right on the border of Psyri. It's on a busy street, so I never felt unsafe, though the graffiti might be a bit off-putting at first. The hotel's facilities were solid. The elevator worked, and the air-conditioned room was well-equipped with plenty of amenities. The shower was also really good. We stayed on the top floor and had a nice balcony, though it didn’t offer a view of the Acropolis. Still, it was pleasant and a great spot to relax. The staff were all very attentive and supportive, even allowing us to check out a bit later, which we really appreciated.

The facilities were pretty good, but not excellent. For example, in our room, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, some of the door handles were coming loose, and there was even a dead mosquito on the wall that remained there for the entirety of our stay. Cleanliness definitely could be improved. As for the breakfast, it was alright—not outstanding, but decent enough to get you started, with a few Greek delicacies included.

Perfect location, close to historical sites as well as to restaurants. Good breakfast with lots of choices.

When booking executive room their description said landmarks view and they showed beautiful balcony with chairs- reality was completely different- very narrow balcony with the view of residential building. We were super excited to have this spectacular view and we're disappointed- upon checking in receptionist apologized and wasn't able to change room) Also wasn't happy that the housekeeping left balcony door slightly open after clearing (we were gone and our balcony was shred with rooms next to us with divider- also empty bottle from drink was left by balcony doors)

Great location close to restaurants/bars and the metro, but still quiet. The room itself was very well equipped with a small kitchen space with everything you need to make simple meals, great shower and bathroom equipped with a shampoo, conditioner, lotion, spare toothbrush and toothpaste, etc. and a very comfortable bed.

There is a bright green emergency light above the door (and next to the bed) that left the room lit with green light once you turned the lights off. It was difficult for me to sleep (even after efforts at 2am to try to cover the light with a towel!). I was really surprised by this to be honest and I hope they fix this since everything else about the room was great.

Our suite was wonderful. A corner room with large windows/sliding doors on 2 sides. One outdoor patio had a hot tub and small table with chairs and an exceptional view of the Acropolis, especially lit at night. The other patio had two swinging chairs. Indoors was a small kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, fridge, dishes and sink. A dining table. The room turned and there was the sleeping area with luggage rack and some storage space. The bathroom was a nice size. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Reception desk staffed 24/7. We were a short walk away from Monastiraki Square (and metro).

I was disappointed that the wifi was unsecure. We received a password upon check-in, but there was no need for it as it was an open system which made us cautious. The top floor restaurant/bar was under construction so we were not able to access it, a reason to not give full points.

The hotel has a great location a stone's throw to lanes filled with bars and restaurants and a 15 minute stroll to the railway station My room was light airy very clean with high quality bedding and towels etc I was on the second floor at the rear of the hotel which was quiet but didn't have a view ( I was staying budget room to be fair Breakfast on the ground floor was a substantial choice of both hot and cold things I'd definitely stay here again !😀 Steve

Nothing really I suppose a room with a view but that's in the higher price bracket

Location was excellent, staff was excellent, room modern and clean. Overall really good Just next to all the vibey places but not right on top of everything - down a quiet side street which was perfect for us. I loved the extra touches of games and a small book selection, small shop. They've thought of everything to make our stay comfortable

Everything was great. The breakfast could really be improved especially the coffee! Keep freshening it up - fresh fruit and veg would be welcome
