The property was in a great location with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go and lots of restaurants. The room was nice with efficient space for 5. Small kitchen for eating in, 1.5 bathroom, nice balcony with decent views. Breakfast was good and they provided GF to accommodate one member. Small elevator. Friendly staff. The service kept the room clean. No complaints about the beds.

The penthouse is directly below an Italian restaurant and you will know it due to the noise generated until they close and finish cleaning some time after midnight. You will hear all the noises associated with being directly below a restaurant and I never went to sleep before midnight. You will also share the small elevator with the restaurant patrons. We even had one customer try to enter our room in error. If the patrons choose the stairs you’ll hear that too. All said, the room is fantastic but tarnished by being under the restaurant without adequate sound dampening. I wouldn’t mind staying at the location again but certainly not the Penthouse.

An employee Aliki was an absolute dream! Very helpful and pleasant at every moment! She assisted us with restaurant choices, transportation information as well as assisting us with locating a Wine Store that shipped wine in the area. The cleaning staff and breakfast server were very pleasant and helpful as well! Would definitely return to this great location in a prime area of the Plaka District. Very quiet at night despite having an apartment with a balcony facing the busy street.

The apartment is really very nice, spacious and clean. The apartment has four rooms: living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The living room and bedroom are equipped with flat-screen TV. Everything you need can be found in the apartment: there are towels, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer, washing products. Fully functioning air conditioning. In addition, the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the subway station that takes you directly to the airport. A 10-minute walk takes you to the acropolis. The breakfast is fabulous. The staff is very kind.

The location was great, near to transport, restaurants and bars, but nevertheless quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food, including pasteries and fresh fruit. Having a washing machine was a plus for my friend, who had already been travelling for a week. The reception staff were all charming and helpful, and made us very welcome.

The room, although well equipped, was quite small and dark, looking onto a courtyard. Thankfully there were lights over the beds for reading. The room safe was at the bottom of the wardrobe, so it was hard to use for people who find kneeling difficult. The coffee could have been better...

Location is 10/10! Personal is friendly, always smiling. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty.

Only minus is that our room (urban view) had extremaly limited dayglight, but we had spacious terracce. So thats not really big deal

1. Super pet friendly - the staff were so welcoming and warm to both myself and my dog and the location offered free reign for my furry friend with no restrictions and also included pet bowls for water and food! 2. Perfect Location - centre of everything - walking distance to all attractions and 2 min walk to metro/bus to airport. 3. The breakfast was included and really good - the roof top patio has a great ambience and the Italian food was awesome! 4. Last but not least ALL the staff were so welcoming, extremely accommodating and very helpful with all our asks and needs. Bravo to Efi and the team!

Nothing - everything was perfect!

nothing better can be found. all the sights are at a distance of 10-15 minutes walk. all public transport stops are within walking distance, including a shuttle to the airport or a tram to the beach. The vifi worked fine, I worked calmly. nearby cafes where locals dine. two supermarkets. great breakfast . what else can you wish for? note for families - with the help of sliding doors, you can separate one room from another. there is a great hairdryer in the bathroom, and this is very rare. very comfortable beds. a useful washing machine.

Everything was perfect - smooth check in - very friendly & personal - room was spacious, clean & modern (a small balcony, kettle, cooker, fridge, settee area, all toiletries provided, hairdryer - even provided with a washing machine). Safety deposit includes. Extra thanks to Zoi at Reception - super friendly and very hospitable. Location was fantastic - 3/5min from Syntagma Station - on a side street off Ermou St (quiet but busy) - 3/5min walk to Plaka - 10min easy walk to Acropolis. Plenty of eateries & shops around. Would stay here again.

Nothing - couldn’t fault it.

We got amazing assistance from the hotel team, I was not sure if this was a hotel or an apartment complex, it is an apartment hotel - the room was very nice for 4 with a kitchen, a laundry machine, a separate bedroom, and the living room converted into a kids bed room. Everything was in a walking distance - lovely atmosphere right outside. + Breakfast was very nice, with gluten free options that we needed.

The street is quite noisy, since the hotel is right in the center, but that can be expected.

Second visit to this hotel. We previously had a studio but this time there were more of us, and we booked the penthouse. Very spacious with a large terrace for eating outside. It is well-furnished, comfortable, in good condition and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely helpful.

We felt the kitchen was not particularly well equipped - there was a dishwasher which is good and loads of plates but not much cutlery, for cooking there were just a couple of frying pans and two huge casserole dishes. Also, there was only one full shower room with a washing machine, the other "bathroom" was just a toilet and basin.
