The hotel has a very good location.

The breakfast was very poor and without any variety. There is an extra charge to pay if your arrive after midnight, 10€ for each hour, we had to pay 30€ for arriving at 03:00 in the morning. I have stayed in more than 100 different hotels in my life but have never seen such a thing. Overall the hotel is highly overpriced for whatever it is offering.

Staff was great. The included buffet breakfast was excellent and allowed us an early start. Try the Greek Yogurt. Room was kept clean. Small Hotel with about 9 rooms. We had a full kitchen. Our room did not have any windows facing the street but we were not there very often. Bathroom shower had enough pressure. Washing machine with detergent was available in room but no dryer. There was a small area outside the window where you could hang a limited amount of clothes to dry. Small elevator which really didn't matter. Hotel was within walking distance to many good restaurants. Syntagma Square was very close. We walked to many sightseeing locations.

Staff was kind, polite, and very helpful. Breakfast was as expected, the dining area has a special athmosphere. The rooftop restaurant is amazing. We stayed 4 nights in a street view apartment with a nice balcony. We got towels changed once. The kitchen in the appartment is far better then expected, the beds in the bedroom are comfortable. Worth the price. Perfect location. I reccomend it to guests want to be close to Athen's heart in an apartment.

The sofa bed in the living room is good for 2 children ( I was with children, so for us it was perfect), however for adults it could be a little more comfortable ( I slept there two nights).

The room was clean and large with a seperate bedroom, living area, kitchen and even a balcony with a small sit-out that we used. The furniture was elegant with excellent furnishings. The bathroom has lovely toiletries, especially the hand lotion! There was a washing machine which we used with the supplied detergent pods and we could comfortably dry out clothes on a small rack in the balcony. All of the staff is very friendly. Zoe showed us upto our room, did a little walk-through and offered to demonstrate the use of the washer and oven. She even arranged to have our luggage brought up. Amani at the breakfast counter was a vibrant conversationalist and always had a smile on her face. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a decent range to suit all tastes, we especially enjoyed the pies! Appreciated the complimentary fruit and couple of drinks left in our fridge. The location was perfect for exploring Athens, it was so central that we could walk back to our room a couple of times every day for a break before setting out again. The hotel is in a quiet side lane just off a busy street, with several groceries nearby.

The wifi was spotty during our stay. For a large kitchen like this one, we expected to see a few basics like paper towels, a couple of sharp knives and a chopping board. A small bottle of cooking oil and a few seasonings wouldn't go amiss either.

We stayed in room D1, which is on the 4th floor at the front of the building, overlooking Voulis Street and just one block away from Ermou Street. At under one hundred and thirty USD for one night, including breakfast for two, we thought it was excellent value. The apartment has a living/dining/kitchen area, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a balcony that can be accessed from both the main room and the bedroom. The floors are wood and marble tile and everything is in great condition. The beds are comfortably firm and are two twins adjacent to one another. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Because we had to check out early (before breakfast service starts at 7:45), they gave us a whole trolley full of food the night before, including milk, orange juice, pastries, bread, Greek yogurt and muesli, eggs, cheese, and ham. There is also a full kitchen, including a kettle, microwave, stovetop, oven, and fridge. The area is full of life, with shops, cafes, and restaurants right outside. There is also an Italian restaurant on the building’s rooftop, and guests receive a 10% discount. All in all, a great experience!

If I had to be nitpicking, I personally prefer a more modern decor style.

We couldn’t recommend these apartments enough! Extremely friendly, welcoming staff (who even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us as we had to head out before the breakfast time in order to reach the Acropolis for 8am), and the location was brilliant - no more than 15 mins away from almost all key sites. Apartments have everything you need and more, including towels for the beach if you’re planning on heading down there.

Only marked down slightly because of the noise that you can hear from the streets, but there’s little the apartments can be done about that in all honestly (and the location more than makes up for it), and if you’re tired, you’ll sleep through it!

The location is excellent, close to all major attractions and right in the heart of the activity. The breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The staff was courteous and helpful, especially Zoi. They gave us a cart of goodies for breakfast in our room the previous night since we told them we were leaving for our day trip before the breakfast started at 7:45 am.

Ours was the penthouse unit E. The property as a while is great but if you are booking the penthouse then be aware of these 2 issues. There is a rod restaurant right above and they are open late. They keep moving furniture and doing stuff in the kitchen which creates noises in the bedroom below. If you are a light sleeper then the penthouse is not for you. The other thing is that the unit has a second door from the staircase side. The elevator side door is the main door. The staircase door to the unit does not lock. So we locked the bedroom, to which there is a separate physical key, whenever we went out.

Breakfast was excellent and extensive, with an array of both hot and cold choices. A washing machine was provided and the convenience kitchen was nice. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. There was no problem with hot water. The location was unbeatable for the tourist, within walking distance to all of the major sites. There is a safe in the room.

Missing dish and paper towels and sharp knives if one wanted to cook anything but the refrigerator was a good size and there was a nice staff welcome with some beverages and fruit.

From its' prime location (where we felt safe) with perfect proximity to access some of the best sites in Athens and the transport hub of Syntagma Square to the most amazing customer service from each and every staff member V1935 Luxurious Apartments is a win!!!! The daily breakfast buffet far exceeded expectations and as someone who is heavily plant based there were many satisfying options beyond the usual meat, dairy and egg. The roof top restaurant was another A+ experience and I recommend everyone visit. Zoi, John and every single staff member of V1935 a big ole THANK YOU!!! Whenever next I or my friends visit Athens we will be staying with you :) Much Appreciation 3 ladies from Barbados

This was a terrific find. The hotel is in a quiet side street 5 mins walk from Syntagma Square and Metro Station. Staff were helpful, breakfast was more than adequate. There was a lovely Italian Restaurant on the roof and ample restaurants, cafes and bars in the locality. The room was vast with a separate bedroom, lounge area, kitchen and bathroom and even a small balcony. It was a lovely space to relax in after a tiring day enjoying Athens. We would definitely stay there again if ever in Athens.
