amazing location, very comfy bed and stylish decor. lovely staff who organised our transfers from port/airport

breakfast was a let down. One of the reasons I booked was the raving breakfast reviews. We waited 10 mins for a glass of juice to be poured from a carton and our food came out 20 mins later cold and soggy, there was only 1 other guest so not sure why we were served so slowly. The waitresses were nice however seemed very flustered and there were dirty dishes everywhere.

near between Plaka and major local excellent spa it is but more modern and staff were very friendly and helpful the stairs are great but elevator is better the breakfast was different and excellent it is lot better than other places such as the Stanley. Adonis and Bretagne nice incidentals like make mirror and cosmetics many power outlets which was good for us excellent ice cream and great Nescafé frappe across the road at Dicky Dee, plenty of good tavernas or restaurants if you look around a chemist across the road arranged a taxi to the airport

Location is excellent, right in Athens centre and close to main attractions. Staff was super friendly and kind. Even though the room wasn't big, it had the best bed I've slept in a long time! The bathroom was also great, with an amazing shower and a very contemporary decor.

The building is a bit small and the reception space is limited. It doesn't compromise the service but the hotel would benefit if it had bigger facilities

Very modern hotel with good sized rooms (we had a family suite). Good sized and functional bathroom too. Breakfast was amazing, you order 2 items per person plus drinks and can either have it served in your room or have it down in the bistro. You also nominate what time you'd like breakfast served, and it runs up until 12 to 1pm! The location is fantastic and close to lots of attractions, restaurants and bars.

Just a very minor criticism, we got a bit of noise from the hallway and bistro downstairs (we think it was the bistro). We were staying in room 101. Not sure if this is a problem for other rooms.

This hotel is ultra modern. You might think you don't want that in historical Athens, but, believe me, after the 14,000 steps you will take touring the Acropolis, yes, you really do. It was super duper clean and had (most unusual in urban settings in Europe) a giant and wonderfully hot shower with excellent water pressure. The bed, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The room was spacious with lots of places to put away things, including a long countertop There is a teensy elevator (the hotel is small side to side with six or seven stories) so you don't have to climb stairs. The breakfast is really incredibly good. (You need to order what you want the night before and they have it ready in their little cafe on the ground floor). Great coffee from a cappuccino machine - really wonderful. The front desk staff arranged dinner reservations for us and gave us good suggestions. They took our suitcases up to our room for us and down the short flight to the taxi as well. It is in a very good location to easily walk to a great many things, including the Acropolis, museums, the large wonderful botanical park, etc. Air conditioning worked great. (note - this is a key card electricity system - you have to put your room key in the slot for the electricity to work, then remove when you leave the room)

The curtains were difficult to close all the way, and leaked in some light. Also got a little bit of street noise, even though we were on the fifth floor.

Our room was a large corner room. Nice mattress. Great air conditioning. Big shower. Little balcony with table and two chairs. Very comfortable space. Clean. Made a four-night stay so easy. Location was a short walk to the Acropolis Museum, many restaurants, etc. Actually a very central location. We walked everywhere. In every direction. Lots of staff. Always people cleaning, cooking, etc. Everyone was pleasant and eager to help. Assisted me in getting medical attention when I developed a minor infection. Breakfast was notable. Delicious. Fresh, quality ingredients. Eating in the little, cute cafe was fun and we chose to do that rather than eating in our room. Pancakes and egg dishes were favorites but so many tasty options.

The entrance, lobby, elevator and cafe are small but our room and one other we saw in passing were quite large. The competent and sweet staff made every space welcoming.

Location was great - the distance to Ermou was awesome, especially since we had all our meals there. Room was big, beds were comfortable, air conditioning was great! The bathroom was large, the shower was great!

There was no top sheet on the bed - so I was either too hot or too cold. The elevator was weird - although I appreciate why it had to be the way it was (small), it was still not as convenient as it could have been. The little bistro was nice but a little inflexible. Also, the electrical outlet on one side of the bed was broken, which meant I couldn't use my smartphone as a clock. We mentioned it right away, but I don't think any attempt was made to repair it, since it was broken for the full stay.

Ideally located in the centre, within easy walking distance of attractions. Upon request, a kettle and cups were provided. so that we could make our own teas/coffees Quiet hotel (no excessive noise heard from other rooms, just some occasional conversations in the corridor) and, though in the heart of the city, there was little external noise. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was ok (my wife preferred the selection more than me, I have simpler tastes), though I much prefer the buffet-style set-up experienced at many other hotels than the tick list the night before procedure as is operated at this establishment. The curtains in the room were a little hard to draw. Good wardrobe space with a good supply of coat hangers. Plug sockets by the bed.

Best location we could imagine. Incredible staff. having a room on the top floor was frat as it was very quiet for most of our stay.

the room could have definitely been cleaner. I found two nail clipping on the the floor and the bed wasn’t also seemed like it wasn’t properly made. Also, the shower needs some maintenance. the drain kept closing up and the paint on the ceiling is peeling off. breakfast has an incredible variety but many other places in the area have better food, I’d opt to eat out.

breakfast, location, condition of the rooms, cleanliness. The staff was amazing and so helpful. They even helped us with dinner reservations before our stay. The rooms were very clean and they even left cute little gifts! We loved the breakfast concept - felt like we were having a brunch. And the breakfast staff was so lovely and warm like the rest of the team. Would definitely stay here again.

nothing really - just one thing to note: there a couple of stairs at the lobby you need to take to reach the elevator. It might be difficult if you have problem walking.
