Spacious and comfortable rooms, kept very clean daily and staff were prompt and very helpful. Location is very handy to metro line 2 and a 15-30 minute stroll to main tourisr areas.

Per other reviews, as you exit to the right of the hotel there’s a couple of blocks of “sketchy” establishments and their customers, as well as urban decay. However, no one approached or hassled me and I felt quite safe all the time, even very late at night. This is very easily avoided by exiting to the left of the hotel and then walking one or two blocks left or right as you walk to tourist areas.

Iasonos Suites is an aparthotel in the centre of Athens. It is located next to Metaxourgeio Metro Station, so it is easily accessible from the Airport and you can easily access the whole of Athens. Monastiraki, Plaka, and the likes are within walking distance. The aparthotel itself is a newly renovated building. The renovation feels like a quality one, and not like a flimsy superficial renovation. The room was spacious and had a beautiful urban-chic style. The staff was helpful and kind, and most of the time there, although I did not expect to meet someone. Overall, it was a very good experience for both me and my partner.

Iasonos Suites is located next to an arterial road that has traffic 24 hours every day. During the day, that was not an issue, but during the evening, when you try to sleep, I found the traffic noise slightly bothersome. Although the renovation is solid, it seems they didn't pay attention to soundproofing the windows, and if you are a light sleeper like me, it can be an issue. Then, you might want to know that Iasonos Suites is located next to a red-light neighbourhood - not the fancy type. Knowing Athens well, that was not an issue for me, and I can assure you that the immidiate vicinity is definitely safe to walk around at any time of the day - that said some extra discretion may be required in the evenings.

My room was very clean and you could tell that the room has been newly furnished. The Nespresso machine was a pleasant addition. I would like to highlight that all the staff has treated me very kindly and was always happy to assist me with any inquiry.

Yes as some comments have mentioned you can hear some street noise, but it's something I would expect from booking a room in the city (and it makes the accommodation well connected). I would not rate the noise as too loud. There are some dodgy streets (redlight) close by but I was able to easily avoid them walking to and from the hotel and did not feel unsafe at night.

This is a brand new property with spacious and bright suites. Ideal location next to metro station. coffee shops and restaurants just in walking distance . Highlight for sure the view of Acropolis from the rooftop. Super clean rooms with fast WiFi smart tv and workspace ,professional staff and very friendly, happy to assist you in every way. It’s totally recommended and I will choose for sure for my next trip to Athens .

At the reception you have in Ms Valavani an exceptional person, what an asset to your business. Knowledgeable about the city, very good recommendations, very attentive to our needs, very helpful and kind. The other young woman at the reception was also extremely helpful 😃🙏🏽 Also very grateful for the courtesy coffee machine and water in the room.

I regret there’s no possibility of having breakfast on site. TV offers programmes in Greek only (not that TV is really important but as it’s in the room). Not the best location but nevertheless within walking distance to interesting spots and excellent restaurant (Mironi) and hop on & off bus stop.

Spacious ensuite room with very good air-conditioning. Comfortable bed and modern furnishings. Hotel offers a very efficient taxi transfer service at a reasonable rate to the airport and to ports. Staff pleasant and helpful. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, as is the Metro. We felt it to be safe to walk to supper and back, although it's probably wise to avoid the more run-down narrow alleyways beyond the hotel very late at night.

Be aware that there is traffic noise from the street below.

The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. I informed the hotel of my early arrival and they suggested they would try to arrange for an early check-in, but I didn't expect much. When I arrived to the hotel at 7:30am, the room was ready and I could take rest after an overnight trip.

The main downsides of the place is a sketchy area it is in, where I passed through a street where people were doing drugs on my way to the city centre. But the hotel has a door that is locked at all time, so if you are travelling by metro or taking a bigger road, you're fine. Another issue I noticed is the level of street noise. I wanted to go to sleep early, but it was still busy outside and I could hear the noises. I fell asleep anyways, but if I could have had trouble sleeping, it might have been a larger issue.

I would highly recommend the Friendly and Professional Staff, Easy Access to location Fast check in procedure, Brand new Building with elegant touches . Amazing view of Acropolis from the roof top . Convenient location next to metro station, Fast Wifi.

+ clean big modern room. + good wifi. + staff available at the reception till midnight. + nice terrance on the roof (a bit bare, a would say).

- very noisy due to the 24h traffic on the big road next to the property, but good ear-plugs are enough to sleep. - neighborhood studded with brothels and homeless junkies: they are harmless, but still it's better to be careful. - curtains let the light to go through the edges, so in the morning it's impossible to keep the room dark - no hooks in the bathroom for the towels. - no power outlets near the desk.
