The location was perfect. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Great air conditioning, not too harsh, not too weak and the controls worked well. Nice generous shower. Very friendly staff. House keeping was only done when we were out, which was a nice touch. Loved the lighting and the private balcony. The bed was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this place and would likely book the same again if we ever came back.

Could have done with a few more facilities in the room (for the price). A line or hooks on the balcony to dry clothes for example, would have been useful. One of the lights didn't work but there were so many options anyway this didn't really matter. Please note there's no lift so something to consider if you have accessibility requirements.

My recent stay at Mirabile was wonderful. Located right in the heart of Chania, this hotel is ideal for exploring the city while offering a calm retreat after a busy day. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the quality of the bed, which made for a perfect night’s sleep. The staff were exceptional—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist. Overall, Mirabile combines convenience, comfort, and excellent service. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania for business or leisure.

Amazing and romantic boutique accomodation right outside of the old town. You just cross the road outside and enter the pedestrian only old town. The suite exceeded our expectations. Staff were so kind and helpful with ordering a taxi, giving me a thinner pillow, giving extra water, etc. I can’t rate this place highly enough. We can’t wait to come back.

Pillows were very thick foam ones so good quality but too thick. It would be nice if they had a stock of other pillows like medium and thin ones so you could change for one that suits you better.

.the location was very good, close to the old city as well as the new one. The room was modernly decorated with two levels, upper with a bed as well as a bathroom. The room was well equipped. The staff was very helpful and super nice. We rented a car through the hotel which was very good, with a fair price and great service.

If you have any issues with climbing stairs don't book this place... In order to get to the hotel you have to climb around 30 stairs. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable enough, with a wooden beam in the middle, kind of like two beds joined together. The space for 4 people could be a bit of a challenge since it is cramped a bit. In one of the room, the water from the upper shower leaked down and caused damage on personal belongings. It was believed it happened due to lack of usage.

The location is unbeatable - close to old town with plenty of options for restaurants and bars and many of them are even open 24 hrs. The room is extremely clean as well with on-point daily cleaning service with so much attention to details. The most amazing part, however, is the services. My luggage was delayed and the first few days of my stay involved a lot of back and forth communication with the airline and the delivery agency. Stefania took care of it. She went out of her way to hunt down the delivery agency when they sent the wrong bag, and have my luggage waiting for me in the room when I spent the day on the beach. Can’t thank her enough but everyone I met at the hotel was just delightful and so attentive. Highly recommend this hotel and definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!!! We will be back for sure ❤️

Beautifully appointed suites, very luxurious, although a little small for 2 adults and 2 kids. The location is amazing, just across the road from the main walk through the old town. Perfect if you want to spend time in the old town and/or party until late.

Be warned this is right next to the partying center of the old town. At night it is loud, so if you are light-sleeper, just beware there is noise outside all night long.

Staying in this property was what made our vacation truly amazing; it’s located centrally, you can reach old part of the town just in few minutes as well as the beach, shops, clubs and bars are just around. The staff were friendly and truly and exceptionally helpful, so thanks to them for all their support! The room itself was extra clean and neat and had a beautiful view on a busy street which we loved to enjoy!

Breakfast was great although it was only open for two hours. Angela was great to deal with allowing us to check in two hours early and more than willing to accommodate our needs. I read that some people complained about the noise however we had no such issues probably due to the fact we were located on the ground floor (Athena room) and facing away from the road.
