Our stay at Trianon was a very pleasant one indeed. The room was very comfortable and cleaned well. We travelled as a family with two young children. The parking was very convenient too. And the location of Trianon is just right, close to all amenities and just 15 minute walk from Chania old part where most of the activity is. There is also Bakery Plakopoulos round the corner for delicious breakfast and lunch treats on the go. We also travelled from Chania to the Eastern beaches, including Elafonisi, Falassarna and Balos Lagoon. Trianon is highly recommended and would definitely visit again.

If I had to mention something it would be the doorless bathroom (where there is the wash hand basin) for total privacy, although the shower and toilet had their own doors.

Secure car parking under the apartments. Great room - bed and linen very comfy. V efficient aircon which was v welcome. Had everything you need for a short break. Toiletries and bathrobe are nice extra. Shower has great pressure - as does basin which was v fierce and covered everywhere! Location is really good, 10 mins walk to the beach area with lots of bars and restaurants. Then from there another 10mins to old harbour/town (or walk via back roads direct to old town in an easy 15mins). Also, supermarkets and cafes in square v close by in 3-5mins. This is a great base for a few days in Chania. Safe area, residential mostly and not noisy despite being near some quite busy roads.

The room was great, and staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us tips on what to do and where to find what we needed. Clean and nice facilities. Some nice cafes nearby for breakfast. It's about a 15-20 min walk to the busier parts of Chania.

The only windows in our room were towards the courtyard, and people walking past to get to their rooms. So it wasn't nice keeping the curtains open at all or getting daylight inside. There is a gym, but it's not very well equipped and it's in the basement, you need ask staff to let you in. We managed to do a little exercise there though, but don't expect good quality machines.

Very beatiful residence. Modern and comfortable we enjoyed our stay very much. Just 15 min walk to the old town. It has a private parking that is fundamental in Chania. Our trip was based on daily visits to the most beatiful western beaches in Creta and on evenings in the town center so the location was perfect for us.

We did not find any problem in our stay. I would say that this is a residence that fits perfectly guest with a car and do not mind to walk 15 minutes to reach the city center.

We booked the superior apartment and it was absolutely amazing. We had a lovely and very big terrace, with everything you need for drying the clothes. The apartment was big, with many storage spaces, a comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The location is great, having multiple cafes, bakeries and many shops nearby. The walk to the port/ Chania center is 15 min. The private parking was also a plus, as we didn't have to worry for not having a place to leave the car.

The only thing that could be improved is the cleaning service, to be performed on a daily basis and not every other day. But this is a bias, as we were travelling with a toddler (aka mess lover).

Kind and friendly staff, gave us some good recommendations, and they were always smiling. Great location, near to some nice caffetteria, restaurants, ATM, supermarket and just 15 minutes far walking to old town. Just 20-25 minutes far by some great beaches as Seitan Limani and Loutraki Beach. Facilities is quite modern Stable and fast WiFi Really useful free private parking

The hair dryer was slightly uncomfortable. We asked in advance through booking.com to get a room far from any kind of noise, and actually the room was far from the street... throughout our stay of 5 nights, we woke up every two hours due to crying babies next to our room..we guess soundproof across rooms is not really well done. We suffered much from it.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Comfortable bed and large sofas. Has an equipped kitchen but we didn't use it. Great terrace as well. Lots of natural light due to the big windows (which had block out curtains)

The shower/bath had a ledge very high (that I missed) so it was actually a little difficult to get in as I am short. Managed to kick it hard by accident twice. Also I thought it was closer to town centre but at least it wasn't as noisy as my previous stays.

Adriana and everyone working there are just great! We can't wait to come back! She gave us some great tips as to where to eat and what to do. We felt welcomed from the very first second. And we arrived a bit late but communication beforehand via booking and the late check in went smoothly!

Not much, really the only thing was that the pillows were a bit too high to sleep really well, but we just stayed two nights and did not ask for other pillows.

Location was great if you have a car. Free secure parking beneath the accommodation. It's also easy to drive in and out of Chania from this location. The room was exactly as photographed and spotlessly clean. The gym had quite a selection of equipment.

Our room was the closest to the street which is a little busy with cars/motorbikes zooming past. It would have been nicer to have a room more further away from the street. From Chania centre/old town/harbour, you're talking about a 10-20min walk depending on your speed!

The property looks new, it has fridge, tv, shower, A/C, bathrobes, safe. The property has its own parking which is included in the price of the accomodation. You will need to take a card from the reception for you to get in and out of the parking for which you need to make a deposit of 15€.

It’s a bit far from the old port of Chania - 20 mins walking. It does not have slippers and ironing facilities.
