The hotel was beautiful, and the staff very kind & helpful. The breakfast was good (with a suggestion to try to have the pastry products more warm). The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We tried the food the first day and it was also excellent. There is a free parking space available but with few spots so you should make a reservation in advance (its not easy to park around the area of the hotel). A very nice touch was the welcome drink that they have offered us the moment that we arrived.

We loved our stay at Hyperion so much! It was really clean and modern, the staff we so kind and friendly. They heard it was my birthday so arranged some balloons and wine in our room ☺️ The location was perfect as it was an easy walk along the beach to the bars and restaurants but not loud at all. I had a full body massage at the spa and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had! She was so wonderful and it was a great way to finish a day relaxing by the pool. The beach was a 2 minute walk away and we loved going for a swim with the locals every morning. We were told that the hotel was at capacity whilst we were there but you honestly couldn’t tell at all, it was really quiet. We always manages to get sun beds by the pool 😎 We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

The lady on the reception was very friendly and welcoming. Complimentary mini bar and welcome cocktail at the bar was really nice. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable with large balconies looking over the sea. The children enjoyed the swimming pool, towels were provided and our teenagers were able to use the gym by themselves. The location was very good, a short walk to the sea, a little further to the Venetian harbour but very walkable and meant we got to explore lots. We were also grateful for the parking and the hotel had a very calm and relaxing feel to it. Breakfast was also great.

My modern room had a comfortable bed, a rainfall shower, satellite TV, laptop safe, a small balcony with chairs and a partial view of the sea. A varied buffet breakfast was included in the price. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is a new hotel which offers good value for its location just outside the tourist centre of the city - it is a 15 minute walk along the seafront to the Venetian harbour. If you have reserved a free parking place in advance, access is from Agias Lavras at the rear of the hotel.

People walking along an outside corridor can see guests who are sitting on or sleeping in the bed in any of rooms 103/203/303/403/503. This is possible because the curtains are positioned too far away from the window, with a gap at one end, and there is a mirror on the wall at that end. I reported this problem to the hotel, and the workaround was to place a towel over the mirror - but the problem can only be fixed by moving the curtains closer to the window. I hope that the hotel takes steps to fix this problem soon. The small fridge in the room was also very noisy, and I had to unplug it.

We stayed for 20 nights. And it was just great! The view, just amazing! The hotel brand new and elegant. Close to the Venetian Harbor. Great neighborhood. I wanted to combine work with vacation and they gave me a perfect business room, with all necessary amenities. But the best thing about this place are the People. Most of all, People. They enhanced our experience with their warmth, availability, authentic smile and great guidance for the entire stay. We would like to thank all of them: Eleni, Caterina, Eirini, Stefano, Argiro, Kleada and the manager Iorgos.

Amazing hotel at a perfect location in Chania! The hotel is new, the rooms are spotless clean (towels actually smelled cleanliness), and the bed is very comfortable. Complimentary, the room offers nespresso machine (capsules are not nespresso, but you get 6 per day), small bottle of wine, some sodas and water. Included breakfast was standard average, but definitely something you could eat to start your day. The staff was wonderful and always helpful. I would definitely stay there again. If you re looking for a hotel in the city to enjoy the nightlife, and want to drive to the better beaches away from the standard crowded ones along Platanias etc., then this is the place to go.

The view is obstructed especially if you are in the first and 2nd floors.

A modern boutique hotel well situated to the historic city center of Chania. Enjoyed the 10 minute walk along the restaurant lined boardwalk/beach. Rooms were large and liked the technology in room. Two blocks behind there is a small beach area lot of locals used. Great place for swimming. Had a great breakfast selection. Ordered dinner one night and the food was delicious and prices in line with restaurants! Overall, from checking in to checkout the staff was professional. Price for location was fair. If you have a car recommend to reserve their parking early. I did not, but had no issues finding slots on streets behind hotel.

We really loved this hotel from the moment we walked in. It for sure was one of the nicest hotels of our 17 days in Crete. It has an excellent location with it being a 10 minute walk to the old town area and less than a 1 minute walk to many different restaurants and the sea. The rooms are modern and the front desk staff is very nice and accommodating and always available. The breakfast has a lot of offerings but they probably could have added sparkling wine. The only complaint I have about this hotel is an odd complaint as to a form that was found in the room from management stating that they would give you a cash rebate back if you gave the property a good review on booking.com (which made me wonder if that approach had skewed the reviews of the property and also made me wonder why they would do that given it is an excellent property that would get good reviews on its own, but even more odd than that is that the form asks for personal banking information of its guests. Like I would really give my bank account to somebody in hopes of getting $30 euro back. I attached a picture of the form for your reference and booking.com may want to look into this as well. However, although I felt it was my duty to report that oddity, we loved the hotel with its modern finishings and great location. Also further positives, The minibar was prestocked for free, nice amenities as to soap, shampoo and etc. and the swimming pool was nice and clean and they gave pool towels.

- very nice boutique hotel that is a bit on the side of the city centre, still in walking distance (10 minutes nice walk to venetian harbour) - beach (rather small one) 30 metres from the hotel - a lot of restaurants around - very nice, friendly and caring personel that genuinly care about your feedback - room was very clean and spatious designed in a good way - free wine and water in the room - if someone is interested - taxi to the airpoirt cost is 27 Euros - reception will arrange it for youwithin couple of minutes - some rooms has a beautiful sea view (we didn't book one.. maybe next time)

- few little things that I've send in separate feedback to the management (what is important it is nothing service related) - in my personal opinion breakfast choice was bit limited, however we stayed there only for 2 nights and before high season - perhaps that is the reason

The breakfast was excellent with all you could possibly want, both warm and cold alternatives, fruits, greens, bread, cereal, pancakes, pastries, bacon and egg and so much more. We stayed for a week and everyday there was new alternatives to choose from. The hotel is situated perfectly at walking distance from the venetian harbor. If you like to swim in the ocean you just have to walk down a couple of hundred meters to the paved walk by sea (that leads to the venetian harbor) and there just go down a few stairs and your all set to enjoy the clear water. The stadium with the 400 m track is just 300-400 meters away from the hotel so I would recommend this hotel for track & field athletes going on a training camp. The hotel provides massage services at their spa so that's a bonus as well. The rooms are very clean and well planned and the bed is the best one I slept in at a hotel. The staff is very helpful and the service is excellent. We would recommend a stay to anyone going to Chania!

Our room was on the "roadside" of the hotel and if your not used to sleep where there is any kind of noise you might prefer a quieter room with sea view on the other side of the hotel. We slept well though in the comfy bed!
