Fabulous location and wonderfully friendly staff. The best breakfast I have had in a hotel, ever! The grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful and the views across the bay are stunning.

Our bed was a little hard, but I do have a bad back and the staff tried to help by putting a topper on the bed. Our sea view bungalow was a little smaller than I’d envisaged, all very lovely but the dressing area was a little cramped.

Beautifully designed, it never feels like being in a large hotel. The bungalows are scattered across the garden up to the seafront. A lot of places to stay by the beach or the pool, but as always the best spots are to be taken early on! We had booked a bungalow with sea view and got an upgrade with a private pool. The room was very comfortable. The food is delicious, starting with breakfast that has a nice mix of Cretan and continental food, to dinner where we ate all 4 evening at Adeste restaurant: quiet and village-like feel.

The beds were maybe a bit too soft to our liking. A few more hooks would be handy to hang towels and clothes.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is a design marvel, with a minimalist Art Deco style blended with Aegean influences. The hotel features numerous modern art pieces and is also a botanical marvel, showcasing plants from various regions of the world. There are multiple restaurants, and we had the opportunity to dine in all of them— the food was amazing! The hotel boasts a spacious shoreline, which is impressive considering its size, ensuring that there are always spots available for guests to enjoy. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic breakfast. Amazing thought to minor details. Staff very kind to both young and old or anybody needing any help. The staff are very well trained. Lots of local food and wine. Very little waste and thoughts concerning the environment. Wonderful place.

Shame that the pool was too cold to swim in but can understand that it is not worth heating for the few weeks that are needed.

Almost everything! Especially the staff. Location. Outstanding breakfast. Comfortable beds. Amazing loungers and good food. Very clean room. Loved that we never needed to leave the resort as there are 3 restaurants and great service.

Needs better differentiation on reserved beach loungers. Would be nice for the beach and pool bars to have the same menu. Almost 4€ for 50cl of water at the beach or pool is really too much for.

10 points! This is an excellent hotel with a unique atmosphere and great staff. We will definitely come back. We have been given one of the old, not renovated rooms initially. That room was not we were expecting according to photos, where there is all modern room photos. When we complained about the room condition, Front Desk team tried to help, moved us another room which was not we booked for and since we had a water leakage there, they upgraded us a Pool Villa which was quite nice place to spend our days. Big thanks to Maria from reception team for support.

Probably the best beach we went to was the hotels private beach. Great recommendations by staff for restaurants, olive oil making, car rentals, and they were helpful/sympathetic when the airline lost our luggage. Nice breakfast

Not the hotels fault as it is online but we have a 4 year old and the pool has nowhere he could stand. They did let us go to their sister property which had 3 pools and was much more for families to use their pool which was great.

The chairs in the outside porches of the bungalows or outside rooms are uncomfortable to sit at for an evening . And some of the sun beds on platoons need changing now as they are quite weathered and stuffing coming out ect for 5 stars . Wouldn’t expect this

some guests leaving their possessions on sun-bed groups, to secure a good location, and not using it for 4+ hours. The Hotel states it will remove any items if beds are clearly not in use, but it was overlooked regularly…unnecessary irritant by selfish guests
