we stayed in the apartment which is situated just behind the hotel everything was very new and stylish with a big comfy bed,the pictures don’t really do it justice.Electra and her staff cannot do enough for you genuinely lovely people,location so central beach 2 minutes in one direction and marina shops bars and restaurants very short walk in other direction.

nothing really just be aware that the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs so not really suitable for people with mobility issues as no lift but the hotel does have.

Amamzing hospitality provided by the staff. The two receptionists were caring, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I sprained my ankle hiking the Richtis gorge and they quickly arrnged a taxi for me to take to me the local hospital. The place is nice with a personal touch that makes you feel like home.

Very good central location. 5 minutes walk to everything. Staff were very friendly and always asking if we were ok. Clean rooms with great air con. Nice to have a lift in a relatively small hotel. Quiet at night for sleeping.

We liked everything about the property. If we were being picky slightly more comfortable balcony seating would have been nice.

Hermaioni welcomed me with smiles and good attitude and would be ready to help me with any problem I had. she even helped me park my car outside. the location of the hotel is amazing, just near al the restaurant, the lake, the beach and the shopping streets. the room was ok, small but comfortable. I had a view to the lake from the window.

the shower vas very small and no where to put your shampoo and soap there.

Small, quiet hotel. Booked a high floor large double with views over the bay. Car park behind hotel 5euro for 24hrs. Great staff, very clean and also smelt clean.

There was a kettle and cups in room but no coffee, milk or tea. When I asked if there was coffee for the room answer was no, so not sure what kettle was for. Fridge had reasonably priced drinks (no sugar free option) but no water even though it was on price list.

The Ikaros is in a fantastic location close to the centre of town and also the beach. The room is a very high standard, comfortable and with fantastic views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Great position just a short stroll down to waterfront, beach, shops. Nice and quiet too. Ask for room 404! Balcony and good sized bathroom. Delightful hosts. Didn’t have breakfast at hotel so can’t review. Parking available in a lot right next to hotel entrance. Eur 5 per 24hours

Family run, very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast is great value for money and the views from the breakfast room could not be better. Hotels position is excellent as you can walk to anywhere in the town easily, so no car needed.

This is a good hotel with friendly staff and a truly excellent location. Two minutes away from the pebble beach, and two minutes' walk in another direction takes you to the marina, many restaurants, lake and main shopping area. Parking is available nearby fairly cheaply and breakfast on the top floor with fabulous views is also available (may be as an extra). There are lots of beaches nearby, we visited Almyros beach which is beautiful and only 7 minutes' drive. We found the hotel served as a useful base to explore Agios Nikolaos, Heraklion (archaeology and archaeology museum) and to sail to Santorini as a day trip.

Ikaros Art hotel is an excellent place to stay in Agios Nikolaos. It is located in a very central place near everything. Super clean and comfy. All personal working there were super helpful kind and sweet. Such a lovely place to stay with polite personal. I would definitely recommend them to other guests. Great job :)
