Absolutely loved the staff. The beautiful lady at the front desk had incredible customer service skills. Warm, kind, helpful, funny, very personable. She is very good at her job of welcoming guests and helping them. The chef for breakfast was also wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He puts on a fabulous spread for breakfast. There’s something for all tastes. They kindly organise transport for you. We got a taxi twice through them and it was easy. We also got the free shuttle from the cruise port to the hotel. A smooth and well organised experience. The rooms were fabulous. We didn’t get to go to port in Mykonos on our cruise due to bad weather, and when we went into our room, guess what picture was on the wall. Mykonos! I’d say we were meant to have that room 😂. We highly rate staying at this hotel. Clean, convenient and super friendly.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. One thing to mention though. The lift is only big enough for one person and one suitcase at a time. No big deal. But, to get in and out, you need to open the door yourself. It doesn’t automatically open. So pull it open to get in and push it open to get out.

Maria at front desk was excellent and knowledgeable. An asset for your hotel. Breakfast one of the best. Philip was great.

I liked a lot of things, but I suppose the two biggest factors were the location and the staff. First of all, it's in a beautiful area right by the port. But more importantly, every interaction I had with the staff was great. These people weren't over-the-top with customer service. I mean, they were just basically nice people, which is rarer in hotels than you would think. In particular, one of the front desk ladies, Maria, she was just a nice, cool lady. The guy who managed the morning buffet was always helpful. And even the cleaning lady for my room was very friendly.

This is my preferred hotel to stay at when arriving at and leaving Athens. As a single female traveller, the free shuttle between the hotel the ferry terminal is invaluable, especially when my ferry arrives late at night. This time my ferry got in at 23.20 and my driver was waiting for me. No need to look for, wait for, and try and get a reasonable rate from a taxi, it makes it all simple, safe and stress free. The hotel is clean and well presented. The included buffet breakfast is excellent with choices of cereals, cooked eggs and bacon and omelettes, a selection of cakes, croissants , bread, pies, fruits, cheeses, yoghurt, cereals and more, with hot and cold drinks. There is a lot of choice and the helpful chef was there to explain the different choices. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. The hotel is situated in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the harbour with plenty of yachts to look at, a selection of shops (including M&S) and an abundance of coffee shops, takeaways and eateries. It is excellent value for money and a perfect choice when ferry travel is involved. This time I stayed 2 nights, but would happily stay there longer.

Great location with many restaurants and markets within very short walking distance. The staff was very welcoming and super helpful with providing us with recommendations for food and also directions on how to easily go into Athens (easy 10min walk to a nearby subway station, then approx 20min to get to Athens, and you skip all the city traffic). The room itself was clean and very comfortable. We loved that it was only a block away from the marina, with a surprisingly busy and fun nightlife, without hearing any of the noise from our room. We easily coordinated transportation needs (airport pickup with them confirmed a few days ahead of time and free shuttle to the port to hop on a cruise ship, about 10min away). We were also happy with the breakfast options and thought it was convenient and fairly priced. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay outside of Athens!

I booked this Hotel, because I wanted to stay two nights in Piraeus, before I travelled to Naxos. I landed in Athens in the night, went to Piraeus by bus. From the bus station they've told me, I've called the hotel and they picked me up with their shuttle bus after a few minutes. The room I've booked was small, but I've found everything I needed. It was clean and very quiet. The stuff was very friendly. In the morning I could have european breakfast from 6 until 11 o'clock. The hotel is situated very close to "Marina Zeas", a small harbour with nice atmosphere. The morning I left, they've brought me to the harbor to my ship with the shuttle for free again, both shuttle trips were free. For shure, this was not my last time in this hotel.

There was nothing, I don't like.

The location was fantastic and close to all the restaurants and activities of the pasilimani port and the shopping district. The room was nice and clean and staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a lot of options and I appreciated it before my journey to Hydra. I absolutely would recommend this and would stay here again. The free shuttle to the ship made everything easy for me.

The hotel was very quiet, but I had neighbors come in late at night that I could hear in the hallway which woke me up. This is true of most hotels, but it might not be good for someone that is a very light sleeper if the hotel were very busy. It is November so it is not the high season.

Pick-up from the airport was easy; “George” (sp?)was standing outside baggage claim with a big sign. Every staff member we encountered was very pleasant and helpful -language was no barrier at all. Breakfast choices were great, whether you wanted a more traditional European meal or American. Location was within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the metro, although the hotel offered a shuttle for anyone needing one within the immediate vicinity.

There’s nothing we didn’t like, although it did take us a bit to figure out that the room key also controlled lights and the A/C.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the breakfast in the morning; the food was very good. I could tell that the chef took great pride in his cooking. And, breakfast was served very early so there was no worries about missing out if you're leaving early in the morning. The location is very near the waterfront, where some excellent restaurants are located. And, there's a large grocery store near the hotel. Best of all, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the cruise ship terminal. Overall, our stay was very comfortable because of the staff and the amenities.

The elevator was only large enough for one person! But, that's not unusual for Europe in general.
