As a business traveler from North America, I put a lot of emphasis on convenience, value and the overall guest experience. I am quite comfortable to report Savoy Hotel in Piraeus exceeded my expectations. The most important points for me were the ample private parking and warm greeting at the front desk. Before even entering my room (quite big actually), the guest experience was friendly, inviting and positive. The dinner menu was reasonably priced, delicious food (I had the Black Angus Steak!) and the main bar/lobby reminded of a downtown Toronto hot-spot. It appears some renovations transpired which has spruced up the property. Great job! Will come back again - no hesitation.

I cannot say there was anything that I did not like. A very positive experience and a great location. A short walk to a bustling pier complete with beautiful boats, small bars and nice restaurants. Great stuff all around!!

It is an old hotel but with new areas, so I'm not expecting a palace I was only there for two nights to sleep while visiting some friends in the area. I liked the downstairs foyer and the street tables and chairs are great for a drink or while I was waiting for friends to pick me up to head down to the Port restaurants. - The staff are very nice and they understand the value of customer service. One worker even opened the elevator door for me when I first arrived. - I will definitely stay here again in the near future.

we liked the location but we had some bad experiences that Our bed sheets were dirty and it seemed like they were used and they were not clean.The receptionist he was so polite amd he changed them immediately in the middle of the night and the receptionist proposed to have free accomodation in the future.we are travelling a Pireus so often it is so good behavior .We would like to accept this offer. We really like the hotel so definitey we will continue to choose it.

The staff was awesome and very helpful. The location was perfect for leaving on a cruise the following day. The room was just the right size and the breakfast was an added benefit.

2 additional rooms booked directly through the hotel were not available, nor did they have a record of the reservation when we arrived. After showing the email confirmation I had received, the person at the desk , Dora, was kind and accepted their error and found accommodation for 2 couples though the hotel was fully booked.

At first we were at a room that was very outdated and noisy. Than due to a problem in the air conditioner they moved us to another room which was much better. Breakfest was ok for me, had all the things i need. The staff are wonderful,very kind and willing to help. I also really liked the machine in the lobby that you can buy water bottles, it was much needed.

The room was outdated, small shower, small elevators. My recommendation is to order a mini suite room

Excellent location, right in the heart of Piraeus. Within a 10 minute walking distance you can visit attractions and find plenty of nice shops, bars & restaurants. The room was spacious with high speed wireless connection, and cleaned on a daily basis to the nearest detail. Lastly, the cuisine has both traditional and international options!

conveniently located walking distance to cruise terminal. Very clean facility, and our balcony room offered an amazing city view. Meals were also great!

Our room was sufficient but quite small. For the same price my sister got the penthouse room. Just a bit strange. Not really any complaints though as the staff were great and extremely accommodating.The breakfast was wonderful.

The room size and bathroom size were small as well as the bed.

This was the perfect location for the cruise we were going on. The port was just a few blocks away. Was an easy walk to go look at the bay the night before the cruise. We took a taxi since we had a few luggage. It was only $5. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Theadora upgraded our room to a top corner 2-bedroom suite with wrap around balcony and got us in early. Was great views and we sat outside and had beers which Penos brought up to us each time we called. (Don't lose this guy!!) Was so nice to relax after a 20 hour travel day. Magda was awesome in the bar and restaurant. She took very good care of us and was really informative about the area. I haven't had such an awesome experience like this in a long time. These people really care and like what they do!! Keep up the awesome job!!! Will definitely be staying again when I am there in a couple of months. 10 out of 5 Stars!!!
