Hotel is located a short 5-min walk away from gate E9 which happened to be the gate I needed to reach the next morning. Staff was very kind and helpful in giving me directions and tips for a safe journey. I had not eaten all day and decided to order from the menu, which arrived quickly in 20-30mins, just enough time for me to take a shower and sort my luggage.

Piraeus even the best location if you're looking for "touristy" attractions, can look sketchy and intimidating all around (loud music playing in every other alley) but hotel was nice and when catching a ferry early in the morning, it's definitely worth it.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel during four nights. Everything was excellent from start to finish. I arrived at the check-in desk on Aug 26th 2023 at around 11am and my room was ready. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and attentive. I proceeded to my room which was very clean and cozy, it easily accomodates at least two adults and one child. All toiletries included. To my surprise, there is even a small balcony. The main purpose of my stay was to rest and I greatly accomplished this. The rooms are very quiet with regards to outside noise. Noise coming from the hallway was barely felt and it has more to do with how other guests unlock/lock their doors and how hard they close it. Staff was excellent, particularly Miss Roula, she is very kind, patient, friendly and customer service oriented. Thank you soooo much Roula. Overall it was a great stay and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Hotel location was pretty good for getting the ferry we had booked (from gate E9). Price was reasonable but didn't include breakfast although this was only 7 euro per person (and very good value) and available at their sister hotel (the Faros 1) which was only a short walk away. In a quiet area and close to quite a few good restaurants and cafes.

There didn't seem to be a price that included breakfast (although as stated previously there was a decent breakfast available for only 7 euro from their sister hotel nearby).

It was a quick stay after arriving to the port at 2300 and leaving the next morning at 0900. 15 min walk from the port was easy with a family of 4. Staff was helpful in finding a cab to the airport in the morning, locating a bakery and ATM. We tried to get a cab on the street but cab drivers didn’t want to take us due to the hour drive in traffic before asking the front desk for help. Clean, cold ac, comfortable and good pricing.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff, room service and really smooth check in and out. Air conditioning. Functioning fridge. We didn't experience any disturbing noise coming from outside as some reviewers have mentioned. Also our room didn't smell bad at all as some complained. There's no water boiler in the room but room service brought hot water when requested. Really good location when taking a daily trip to the islands. We ordered food from the room service (they have a menu in the room), the food was cheap and simple but we enjoyed it.

The hotel presents well from the outside, is easy to locate and near the port ferries. Inside everything was clean and tidy, safe and comfortable.

I would have liked a desk to work at, though the staff brought one to me from outside, which was nice. I would have also liked a side lamp rather than only the overhead lights.

Clean room, big balcony, 5th floor, access to more open air. Good room service. Closer to restaurants, churches, and port. Easy access to Athens by taxi.

Smoking smoke, made me passive smoker... Not a good place if you are not a smoker. At least the property can consider 1 or 2 floors strictly for non-smokers so that it will make more people happy.

We booked this hotel because we had a very early ferry in the morning and we wanted to be close to the port. This was absolutely the right place. Clean and spacious room, very friendly staff, breakfast delivered to the room at no extra charge. Will definitely come back if I ever need to stay in Piraeus again.
