The staff! They are extremely friendly and helpful and professional (this includes staff at the desk, at the restaurant, bar, cleaning staff,...) I travel a lot and this is one of the best experiences I had with regard to the staff! Pool with a decent size. Excellent breakfast with a good choice and good coffee. Location is convenient. Room is spacious enough and has everything one need (including a desk and a small fridge, reading lamps at the bedside,...) . Plenty of warm water in the shower.

The room and bathroom are a bit dated (but they are very clean and there is ongoing renovation work in the hotel, so maybe this will change soon). For those traveling with small children, the closest beach may not be the best, but this is not the hotel's fault.

Great location, next to beach, close to medieval town. Local shops, bars and restaurants. The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in! Lovely pool & pool area. Helpful staff. Air conditioning. Clean. Wonderful shower. Balcony over looking the pool was superb view.

Nothing. There’s a few things that they still need to finish off as the hotel is undergoing refurbishment. Which is absolutely fine, the bits that are finished are to a high standard. The work didn’t effect our stay at all. We had a brand new room which was excellent.

Good location by the beach, with bus stops from/to the airport and other west side bus routes very close. 10-15 minute walk to the old town and KTEL bus station. Friendly staff, a nice pool area (although quite small) and a good breakfast. Good value for money, recommended.

There was no "do not disturb" sign for the room door. I don't need cleaning daily and I definitely don't need towel or linen change daily (why should it be done when traveling when I don't do it at home either :), also it's not environmentally friendly to change and wash towels daily ), so that's why the sign for the door is essential. I had to change the key card twice, because it stopped working (and yes, I kept it separated from my phone so that was not the reason). Also the safe wasn't working, I tried twice and it gave me an error and closed the door without a code.

The staff are brilliant, friendly and quick to help. They provided mattress toppers and a fan when requested, it's very clean and great value. They were renovating whilst we were there and this was managed really well with little noise or disruption to guests. They've also moved the pool so it's in the sun now. Great location in a less touristy area, and still easily accessible for major sites.

The breakfast is reasonable given the price and I wished we'd asked for the mattress toppers sooner as we found the beds a little hard.

The breakfast was superb, and the actual Hotel and the room were perfect, the location is great as well.

Staff was not as professional or helpful as I would have liked. No major complaints though. Hotel was advertised as having free guest parking, but parking was reserved for employees only. Numerous technical issues as well, including with the elevators, partly related to power outages due to the fires which isn't something I hold against the hotel.

Room was clean and roomy, with plenty of storage, and the balcony was large enough for two to sit out comfortably. Pool was nice.

The beds were quite hard. I had read this in other reviews, and had not expected it to be an issue, as I like a hard bed, but these were very hard. Also, the hotel is a bit of a walk from the old town if you are thinking of dining out there every night, but we didnt mind it that much as we found that there was a good selection of restaurants within a five minutes walk of the hotel (in the new town area).

Great hotel, 2nd visit to this hotel. Rooms and main reception area clean and comfortable, Good air conditioning, great location to nearby beach and restaurants and in easy walking distance to the old town. The staff were all fantastic from the night man at reception when we arrived to the bar staff making excellent cocktails. also a decent size pool to relax in the afternoon. Will certainly be back again if in Rhodes

it’s not a luxury hotel at all but as an evacuee from the forest fire in the south of the island I was more than happy with my stay. The pool is very pleasant, and it’s across the street from the beach.

There were water and electrical shortages but that seemed to be out of the hotel’s control given the fire crisis on the island. The staff seemed to be doing the best they could given the situation.

The location was amazing. Hotel staff went out of their way to make suggestions and steer you into the right direction to make sure you had the best visit possible. The staff were friendly personable fun and extremely professional.

Breakfast was very good with a good variety well cooked. Receptionist Angelia was very welcoming and efficient in advising and booking trips. Pool was very inviting. Had a very good stay. Thank you.

Maybe a brochure on the premises, to be found in the room, with timings, menu and so on.
