Good quality hotel and helpful staff everywhere. Breakfast buffet was well run and decent. Sunset from our sea view room was amazing, nice pool area. Restaurants nearby are excellent, no need to walk to Rhodes old town which is 15 min away.

Only criticism is that if the hotel is busy then there is a ridiculous rush for sun beds at 9am, with lots of towels going out and not enough sun beds for a hotel this size. Fortunately right across the road is a nice if pebbly beach with sun beds to hire instead. Very windy at most times as this is the west coast of the island, be aware!

At start we received a room without a view to the sea (it had a view to another hotel, we had no curtains and the room was dark, the AC was noisy and we wanted to move to another hotel). After we complained, we were transferred to a nice room and things were great.

People would place their towels on the pool sun beds from very early in the morning so that it would be very difficult to find a sun bed to lie on.

Breakfast and pool area were really overcrowded. The pool beds were almost never available.

The hotel is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from the old town, right on the beach with a view of a great sunset every evening! It was very clean and the staff were very helpful.

The pool doesn’t get the sun until 11am which wasn’t flagged before we booked. As sun worshippers this was a big thing for us. There also aren’t enough sun beds for the size of the hotel, people reserved sun beds early every morning.

Really friendly staff and great location deluxe sea view room was very spacious. Check in and communication made really easy and hotel informative about excursions and local area.

Only ask would be 24 hour service for even just water or soft drinks - after 11pm there wasn’t any way to purchase anything and out of season nearby shops were closed. (This may have been different for all inclusive guests we were b&b)

The hotel is perfectly located just across from the sea and a short walk in to the old city. We loved the furnishings in the lobby and in the renovated bedrooms - all light-coloured wood and greys - and the view. The staff were all very friendly and the receptionists were especially helpful. We visited in April just after the hotel opened for the summer, and the food was reasonable but quite basic. Perhaps it will improve as the season progresses. We had no problem parking our rental car right outside the hotel and in the centre of town (may be different in the middle of sumer). All in all, we really enjoyed our time at the hotel and our visit to Rhodes town and the rest of the island, especially Lindos. Worth hiring a car - although the hop on hop off Rhodes bus stops right outside the hotel.

No drawers and very little storage space in the bedrooms. Water splashes outside the shower because there's no shower door.

Close to beach and 10 mins walk to old town, poolside and decor, and incredibly friendly staff host Michael who knew everyone and was super welcoming.

Main restaurant had no direct natural day light, this was slightly set back from pool cafe.

Amazing view and an excellent location, very convenient for exploring the island. Taxis and buses are always available outside of the hotel. Great breakfast and they provide free entertainment in the evening around a beautiful pool. The stuff was attentive, polite and helpful. The manager Mixalis went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. We will be back!
