The staff were very very polite and very helpful. the location was outstanding. sea, sand, pool everything was perfect. food was delicious. Elisabeth and Irini working at the reception were friendly and very helpful, but I would like to thank especially Vasilis Chalil, who was always smiling and very helpful during my holiday. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will definitely not regret and you will have a perfect holiday that you will never forget in this hotel.

The location is great , 100 meters from the sea shore. 15 min walk or 4-8 € to the city. Staff are very nice and helpful . There is a balcony. Breakfast was very good , a lot of variation.the pool bar/ restaurant had good food at a reasonable price. There is a cattle for coffee or tea.air condition was very good, which is so important.

Upon check out, everyone at the same time it took 20 min to get an elevator, as it is so small only 2 people with suitcase can fit. Other times, 4 people can fit any of the 2 elevators. The shower is very small. But clean. The pool is not very big but it is great.

We spent 5 days in this hotel and it was an incredible experience. For context we are both students and we found the value to be excellent. When we checked in we were greeted with to glasses of sparkling wine. We booked a sea view room, adn it was amazing. The room was clean, bright and renovated. It was a very nice place to be in. It also faces the sunset, so you get incredible views at the end of the day. All the room amenities are included in the price of the room, including the bevereages in the minibar. The hotel is located just in front of the beach and a quick walk from the center of Rhodes. We also had rented a car and never had any problems to find a parking spot around the hotel. The star of the show was definetely the service. After spending a couple of days in Athens and having a really bland experience with waiters and staff, it was so refreshing to find such a welcoming and attentive staff at this Hotel. Specially the buffet staff were amazing. Kristos, Irene and Vasillis were the most friendly staff we have ever encountered at any Hotel. They were super nice to us, asked how our day was and gave us suggestions on places to visit around the Island that were always on point. I can't stress enough how friendly they were to us and how comfortable they made us feel.

The only piece of criticism we have is that the elevators are pretty small and fit only 2 people at a time so at certain times of the day we had to wait a bit to get to our room which was on the 5th floor.

The receptionist who greeted me was very attentive; her name might have been Anastasia (she was blonde, but I’m not sure if there was another female receptionist). She immediately offered me coffee and gave me the room around 11 a.m. My colleagues working at the hotel’s bar, upon realizing I was in the tourism industry, offered me drinks in the evening. The maid or housekeeping supervisor who cleaned the room was also very attentive. Thank you!

Very welcoming staff with drinks and a spacious nice room came with all the facilities and things needed such as soap, shower gel, hair dryer etc as expected. Nice restaurant and pool area! Understanding staff about cancelled flight and having a late check-out.

Hotel staffs are very friendly. The hotel is clean and in a great location. Within walking distance to the sea. The breakfast of the hotel is quite rich and varied. A hotel where you can safely stay in Rhodes.

Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff, nice sea views while having breakfast and from balcony! Its the sunset part of island so every day sunset :) I loved my stay!

You have to pay for gym 5€ and for sauna €10 per hour. The beds were a bit too soft for my style but apart from this I really like the hotel :)

Am unsure about the frosted glass bathroom doors and bright lights when visiting the bathroom during the night they could do with a night light in there as you end up disturbing the other person in the room-doesn’t feel very private with the frosted glass door and the shower is good but small cubicle

The hotel staff were very professional and very friendly. Irene in the restaurant was particularly observant, attentive, warm and welcoming. She made the trip such a delight for us.

The bed and pillows left much to be desired

Room was available before checkout time! We had an early flight out the next morning and they made a little breakfast box for us because we couldn’t enjoy the buffet. Wonderful facilities, very helpful staff. Would definitely go back if given the opportunity. Beach was also very nice.
