A Hotel with real character right in the heart of Ladadakia. Good self service breakfast with a selection of egg dishes. Booked a cab for me for the airport.

The Hotel's five stars were not shining in the bathroom, which was very tired. It needs a deep clean to remove paint marks and water marks. The shower screen and bath sealing was a real bodge job and appeared scruffy and grubby. The bathroom let down an otherwise excellent establishment.

The hotel's location is perfect, the room are nice, the bed that opens up was very squeak but other than that everything was fine. there is no parking for the hotel' only 1 parking space for all the guests so If you are comming with a car it alittle problam beacause its in the center and its very bussy. there is a big public parking right on the hotel but it needs patience to find an open parking space. it costs 6 Euro for 4 hours from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday its free.

the hotel has to make arragments with private parking for the guests so the will pay reasoneble price

Loved the staff and very walkable location: a block from the beautiful Port Stroll to the White Tower and along the harbor, also the closeness to other restaurants and night life. For those interested in experiencing the late night dining experience with other Greeks, this is the place. The outdoor restaurant is on the corner of numerous other outdoor dining venues, all filled with great choices for dining. Our room, however, was right above this action and the first night the revelers went well past midnight. But with closed windows and heavy curtains, it was less noisy. If this concerns you, recommend a room not facing the outdoor streets, rather the inner courtyard. Not the best view, but nice and quiet. They also had 2 nice bikes for rental which we thoroughly enjoyed. Note: of our 2 weeks in Greece, this was the only old charming hotel that had an elevator, all the others that were over 100 years old, had only stairs.

Noisy outdoor restaurants, as mentioned above. Get a room on the inside courtyard for the quiet.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right on the center with many taverns restaurants and pubs just around it. The room we got was huge! Living room plus bedroom with a tiny terrace viewing the pedestrian street The staff is amazing! Very helpful and kind will ton of patients to explain and ensure they’re understanding our needs and support.

The furniture is dated. Cigarette smell was coming out of the AC in the bedroom.

An amazing quite luxurious hotel in an amazing location , the bathroom was huge. Hotel was full of antique furniture & marble.

The breakfast let the hotel down a little , the coffee was from a push button machine & it was a bit grim. Also the fresh fruit had hung around for a tad too long.

The front desk people were very polite and helpful, the room was clean and good enough for a one-night stay. It's in the center of ladadika and it's convenient. I would stay there again.

In the morning the cleaning staff was yelling outside my door while they were cleaning other rooms but this was a quite minor inconvenience. Other than that everything else was good.

Good location in lovely square and 2 mins to water front. Upgraded room was spacious and comfortable. Pleasant reception staff.

Breakfast is really bad. Very miserable waitress at breakfast didnt acknowledge us at all. Lacking in 5 star services.

In the touristic center of Thessaloniki. All around restaurants, coffee bars and shops. 2 min from a public parking. 5 min from a close garage. Historic building well renovated. Very comfortable large bed.

Very clean, comfortable bed and central Position and streets around. Good break fast with few options ( could be more offer).

We stayed 3 nights in September. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. Everything was high quality, the decor, the beds, the bathroom. In spite of being in the centre of the very lively district of Ladadika the sound insulation of the windows guarantees quietness. Strongly recommend Bristol Hotel for a stay in Thessaloniki, obviously without a car because parking would be a nightmare

Location was fabulous! Staff were very helpful and made excellent dinner recommendations. The decor of the hotel was pleasant, full of interesting antiques. With only 20 rooms, it felt rather like visiting someone’s manor house more than a hotel! Loved it!
