Nice designed hotel, use of good materials. Very friendly staff, you feel welcomed. Valet parking available which is convenient. Modern light system in use, which is confusing in the beginning but once you get the hang of it, it's nice. Situated at the city center. Big suite.

Lack of kettle, and the coffee tabs were not for free, one box should be free especially at the suites. Parking slightly expensive. Many of the egg products were not made fresh but with powder or similar ingredient. Coffee without taste, but that is a personal matter.

Everything was great - the location, the friendly staff, the room with super comfy bed. The hotel is modern with attention to the details and preference to comfort and functionality. I appreciated the way the parking was arranged - I just stopped in front of the hotel and the staff took care of it after. The breakfast was really outstanding. Especially liked the extensive eggs menu. Got extra attention to specific diabetic diet. Strongly recommend.

The coffe capsules are not free of charge. Small detail but it was disappointing to find out at the check out. Not usual for 5 stars hotel. The breakfast was not very rich

since it’s central, staying at the first floor can be a bit noisy. I didn’t like the structure of the room; shower is in a tiny space and sink / toilet are outside the shower.

Everything was PERFECT! Peple who work at the hotel are so nice, polite and professional. True 5-star experience. Spotless clean, wonderful reception, very nice rooms same as those on the photos. Soundproof rooms. Breakfast is top quality. Sigma Gastronomy restaurant provides top class food and wines. Ladys and gentlemans from the restaurant are so nice, smiling and doing ther best to provide the best service. They even took care of my 1 year old son to feel comfortable at the restaurant. I have to say this was the best hotel in Thessaloniki I've ever been to. We were staying in two rooms for whole week, and it was a great pleasure for me, my little son, my wife and my father. Thank you so much, we will come again for sure! All the best from Serbia!

The location is just perfect - right in the heart of Thessaloniki, close to shops, restaurants, cafes, bars. To get by car in the middle of the city is an experience, but the solution for parking they offered was great. The room was spacious with all needed. They offer buffet breakfast, but also a la cart options served on the table. I recommend the Healthy Omelette. Very, very good! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We stayed only one night, but definitely our favorite hotel In Thessaloniki.

For the one night stay I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

Superlative reviews raise suspicion, but my recent stay at S Hotel Boutique deserves nothing but superlatives. I felt at home from the second I walked through the door, despite my appearance (clad in sweaty and partially ripped cycling kit). The hotel staff was kind, professional and welcoming. The room: delightfully large, stylish, and sleek. And it came with a balcony. Excellent breakfast, too. Special shout-out to Sophia for the drinks service and restaurant tips and Tylos for his help with packing and shipping my precious bicycle. Very much appreciated. A memorable stay. If you're in Thessaloniki, this is the hotel I would recommend. Wholeheartedly so.

If I have to nitpick, then I would say the temporary lack of seafood on the dinner menu. The wine selection (Thema white!) and service are outstanding.

From the moment we walked in the staff were just so friendly.. We stay in so many hotels i don't even rate them anymore...but this special hotel i just had to commend ..the room was the best thought out room plan and size! 2 spaces for suitcases! Long length mirror!... Breakfast was awesome! Again the friendly staff made it and the house maids were beautiful and friendly..everyone was happy to be at work! Special thanks to the guy at desk we didn't get his name .his recommendation for dinner was excellent When we come to thessaloniki again we will only stay here!...awesome hotel!

Not there long enough!

This hotel is by far the best in Thessaloniki. Electra Palace is flashier (and has a better breakfast), but S Hotel excels in every other category. The rooms are modern, spacious, fresh, everything is new. The staff is superb, they are super professional yet very warm and homey, perfect combination and just what you expect in Greece from a top notch hotel. Location could not be better, close to both Ladadika (where most of the restaurants and bars are located) and close to the seafront and Mitropoleos street bars where you can sip your coffees, drinks and enjoy the crowd. We come to Thessaloniki at least 5-7 times a year, and if we do not rent an apartment (for longer stays) S hotel is our first choice. Lastly, but importantly, this hotel is a great value for money.

The cold cuts and hard cheeses at the breakfast lack variety (although they are high quality). The same goes for the pastries. At this point we have to say that the quality of the buffet is more than adequate for this type and class of the hotel, but if anything can be improved it is the breakfast buffet.

The property is a boutique hotel in an ideal central location to the key attractions and shopping strips. The rooms were larger than average and the king bed was extremely comfortable, best shower we had in Greece. The staff were very helpful and even accommodated my partners difficult breakfast choices and our other needs, door service parking, printing etc. loved the ruins at the entrance.

After a 5 hour drive, we arrived 1 hour early for check in. Understandably we were advised the room was not ready and to return at 3 (check in time). We then returned at 3:30 and got told it was still not ready and was asked to wait another 20 minutes. No tea in the room and when asked for some tea and a kettle, was charged 4 euro per teabag. Not a lot of facilities beyond the room, bar and restaurant. View from balcony a little ordinary.
