Amazing location, right at that centre, 5 mins walk from Aristotelous and the new metro station of Venizelou, which doubles up as a museum.. Hotel is renovated, well designed and the rooms are quite large and with high ceilings and great light. Breakfast room was also very nice and breakfast itself was very good.

We could have used a lot more closet space and there were some details that would have made our stay easier, such as towel hooks in the bathroom, and possibly an extra chair in the room, as the couch had been turned into a bed for our family stay. Nonetheless, this was an amazing choice for city centre Thessaloniki.

Nice, friendly staff in all departments. Check-in was quick and I was reminded of a refund due to me that I had forgotten about, and the iron and ironing board I had requested to borrow were already in the room when we arrived - that's brilliant service. Breakfast was a huge selection of hot and cold options - you will not go hungry ! Room was large with a comfortable bed and large sofa. Location is excellent - right on Tsimiski Street with all its shopping; dining options in all directions. Waterfront promenade 2 blocks away as is Aristotle Square. History is everywhere !

Aircon kept malfunctioning which required re-setting by reception.

The location is perfect. All important tourist attractions of the city, promenade, restaurants, cafes, shopping streets are within walking distance. The view from the room is beautiful on buildings with imposing facades. An exceptionally rich breakfast and professional, friendly, accommodating staff contribute to a pleasant stay

There is nothing that I would characterize as not liking.Perhaps a slightly larger dining room would contribute to even greater enjoyment.The kitchen staff's dedication to their work contributes to the fact that even in this insufficiently large space the guest feels good enough.

The location is top (very central), the room was big and clean. Eventhough we were staying on the 1st floor it was very quiet when the windows were shut, considering the noisy streets. The breakfast was very good as well. A nice variety of food, very fresh and tasty. Dogs are allowed! <3 The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful.

We would have prefered an acutall double bed, not two single beds moved together but other than that there’s really nothing to complain about.

The staff was fantastic. Very professional, kind and helpful. The location was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate were available in the breakfast room all the time (though I would have enjoyed making coffee in my room). Breakfast was served every morning. It was always tasty and fresh with enough variety for a 3 night stay. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and stay again myself.

Could use more electric outlets in the room, especially by the bed. Other than that everything was fine.

The location is perfect. Breakfast was delicious with various food. The room was big and it was a nice place to stay with a baby. The reception staff was great and full of valuable information. We really liked all of them.

Breakfast staff was a bit unpleasant. The whole time we felt like they were counting our bites and watching how much and what we eat. Felt like every time we went to take some food they were judging us. It was uncomfortable eating around them. The parking was a bit far away. We had a stroller with a baby and suitcases and it was hard to carry all that to the hotel.

Great location, you step out of the hotel and you are right in the city action...few min walk to aristotelous square, few min walk to ladadaika restaurant area. Easy and fast check-in, good breakfast selection. Even though it's on a very busy road, the soundproofing is obviously very good, which is great. Secure public parking available near by, paid 25euro for 24hours.

Getting there by car is a bit difficult, being on a busy road in very central location. During the busy traffic time of the day, you can not even stop with the car to offload luggage.

In summary, this hotel offers a prime location near the bus station from the airport and the promenade, with the Aristotel squad right at its doorstep. The abundance of food options, including the farmers market, ensured culinary satisfaction. The cleanliness, friendly staff, and great breakfast options further added to the overall positive experience. While there is room for improvement in some areas, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One major issue was the excessive noise during the night, which made it challenging to sleep without the aid of earplugs. The nearby traffic seemed to be quite chaotic and contributed to the disturbance. Despite the overall positive experience, the noise factor did detract from the overall tranquility and relaxation that one would hope for during their stay.

Loved the fact that all personnel was so keen on providing the perfect accommodation. A couple of hours upon my arrival there was an issue with the bathtub in my room. After bringing it to the attention of the receptionist, the issue was immediately resolved by offering me a new room on the newly renovated floor. The following morning I mentioned to one of the waitresses at breakfast that I'm a vegan. The following day, even though it was her day off, she specifically asked that I'm provided with all options available. Very, very much appreciated! The housekeeper of my room had the best smile and was so sweet every time we encountered each other! Dear Elias, Christina and Vefa, you made my short vacation a lot more special! Thank you!

The breakfast was great with many choices. The location was very convenient. Literally in the center of the City. The room was clean and the staff very friendly.

The things we didn't like were not of big importance. We had a family room but it was only one room actually.Double bed,sofa and a ranch all together. The bathroom had a ventilator but a window would be better. And we had no place to hang our towels to get dry. Only a small thing on the wall like a sticker. Other than that we enjoy our stay and we will choose it again in the future.
